One Piece - Life Choice Ask Me to Kiss Marine Goddes Hina

Chapter 30: 030 New Demon Sword, East Blue

For someone like him who has been using a Sword for many years, he can feel the energy contained in it just by holding it without doing anything else.

Next, he decided to purchase a storage ring.

Although the space isn't large, it's perfect for storing his Sword in special circumstances. Otherwise, he might find himself unable to use his weapon in critical situations.

He clicked on the introduction of "Heart Cross: Demon Sword Power".

[Heart Cross: Demon Sword Power: Attach it to any weapon to transform it into a demon sword. Enhance its abilities by killing enemies or devouring other demon swords]

"Nice one!"

It happened that his other sword, Long Yuan, was only a good grade sword and could no longer keep up with the current battle.

The gift Momousagi gave him was afraid that it would break if he exerted too much force.

In other words, many good grade swords are replicas of the supreme blade. The Long Yuan sent by Sister Gion is one of these replicas of the Demon Cutter.

To make it easier to distinguish, Lynch decided to rename the Long Yuan given by Sister Momousagi to Dragon Slayer or Heart Cross Demon Sword.

"Buy, use, and merge with Dragon Slayer!"

[100,000 points consumed and used successfully.]

"Huh? Don't they all say demon swords are very evil? Why no reaction?"

After merging, Dragon Slayer remained unchanged except for an added grimace on the sword's hilt.

[Ding. Host, as the creator of the Demon Sword, the Demon Sword will not attack you.]

"That's it..."

After shopping, he was left with only 2530 points.

Lynch glanced at his shrunken point and sighed.

He still needed to earn more points!

He purchased two additional double training scrolls (one week each), one for Hina and one for himself.

At this point, he's completely broke, with only 530 points left.

"Uncle, we will go. I'll see you another day."

"Take your time."

Mission accomplished, Lynch is ready to leave Reverse Mountain.

Before leaving, Uncle Crocus and Laboon came out to bid him farewell.

On the way to East Blue, the Marines gathered together and whispered among themselves.

They had been doing nothing but killing for a month, and now that they were suddenly free, they were still a little unaccustomed to it.

"I always find Colonel Lynch scarier."

"Yeah, especially with those two swords at his waist. I can't shake the feeling that they're alive, you know?"

"Oh no, I thought I was the only one who felt that."

"Every time I get near him, my legs and feet feel weak, like I'm being hunted by a wild beast."

"What are you talking about?"

Suddenly, a large shadow obscured the sun.

"Smoker, we were just talking about Colonel's swords."

"Swords?!"

Smoker looked suspicious and asked when Lynch had changed to two swords.

He walked straight over and asked, "Can I see your sword?"

"No." Lynch refused coldly, "A swordsman's sword is like his wife, how can anyone touch it?"

"..."

Smoker said speechlessly: "What if your sword is male?"

"..."

"Fine, but you can only touch this one."

Lynch was curious about what would happen if someone else touch the Dragon Slayer. He wouldn't let anyone use it unless he didn't use it at a critical moment.

After a moment's thought, Smoker reached out and grasped the demon sword, The Dragon Slayer.

The moment Smoker held the handle of the sword, the ghostly face on the sword lit up a purple aura.

The purple light reflected in Smoker's eyes, turning them purple.

Swish~

Smoker suddenly swung the sword and struck a Marine at his side.

"Enough!"

Lynch shouted sharply, and the grimace pattern on the Dragon Slayer sword faded.

Smoker woke up with a start and threw away the dragon-slaying sword in fear. He was frightened for a while.

"I was...controlled by this sword just now?"

"Don't throw it away." Lynch felt distressed and picked up the Dragon Slayer, "Actually, this is a demon sword. If you're qualified for it, you won't be controlled."

"Demon Sword!"

Smoker was so frightened, "Don't you know that none of the swordsmen who used the demon sword in history have a good death?"

"It's fine, he's well-behaved." Lynch reassured, patting Dragon Slayer at his waist.

"Well behaved..."

Smoker recalled the scene where he was controlled just now, and looked at Dragon Slayer who was sitting quietly on Lynch's waist, with a complicated expression on his face.

He really wanted to say something: Look how well-behaved your sword is.

"Lynch, come try my freshly baked waffles."

"Yeah, Smoker, you're here too."

As Hina approached with a plate of waffles and a glass of orange juice with two straws inserted into it, Smoker knew that this was not for him.

He silently walked away.

The dog food was enough to fill him, and he had to eat a few handfuls of it every day.

Click, click.

Afternoon tea passed with Hina's company.

In the blink of an eye, on the second day, everyone crossed the Red Line and arrived smoothly in East Blue.

East Blue.

The gentle sea breeze brushed against their faces as Lynch embraced Hina from behind. She stood at the bow of the boat with outstretched arms, embracing the sea breeze.

"Is this your hometown? It truly feels like where you grew up, Hina. Even the sea breeze seems sweeter here than anywhere else."

Smoker tilted his head to the side: "Ugh~ This is the disgusting stench of love."

Hina returned to East Blue after a long absence, with a happy smile on her face.

"Um... Boss, sorry to interrupt. That scent you're smelling seems to be coming from over there," Joseph pointed out cautiously in the distance.

"That... a restaurant? No, it's the pirate crew!"

On the sea, a pirate group with chef hats on them was fighting fiercely with another group of pirates.

The various aromas floating on the sea are coming from the kitchen on the ship.

"Smoker, please, just knock out the pirates."

Lynch gently touched Hina's soft belly, not wanting to move.

Smoker is enough to defeat these small-timers from East Blue.

"Whisper..."

Smoker reluctantly moved, cigar still in his mouth, transforming into smoke and flying over.

In just a few blows, Smoker knocked out two boats full of pirates.

He brought over the captain of both groups, who looked confused and disoriented.

They seemed to be asking themselves: Who am I, where am I, and why am I captured alive?

"You two tell your name and I'll see how much your reward is."

The two captains raised their heads dullly. Before they could recover from their failure, their bodies suddenly trembled.

"Sea... Pirate Nemesis, Hobert Lynch!"

One of them was so scared that he took several steps back.

The other golden-haired pirate sighed, "Even against all odds, I couldn't escape. If I hadn't been afraid of running into you, I'd be on the Grand Line by now."

"Idiots, why are you talking so much? Answer Boss Lynch quickly!" Joseph scolded.

"Burk Knight Pullman."

"Redfoot Zheff."

Lynch became intrigued upon hearing the two names.

Isn't this Zeff, the pirate who later adopted Sanji? It seems he's still operating as a pirate in East Blue at this time

Lynch ordered his men to take away the other captain, leaving only Zeff.

"I've heard that you are a pirate, but you're not too bad and you haven't done anything harmful to the world."

Zhepu didn't understand why the pirate nemesis was telling him this.

"How about you cook a meal for me and my crew? In return, I'll set you free."

"You're not tricking me, right?"

Zhepu's eyes never blinked. Nowadays, do any Marines willingly let pirates go?

"One promise, nine dishes."

"Okay, but there are a lot of you, so I'll need my crew's help to make enough food."

"Sure."
