"Indeed, you're tough, but that's your only advantage," Aokiji remarked casually.

After growing larger, Quinn found it easier to attack Aokiji, but he also became an easier target for Aokiji's counterattacks. After all, such a big body was like a living bullseye.

Katakuri and his siblings were on the outer edge of the battlefield, but the beasts moved so fast that they were soon under attack.

Marco and the other Commander fighting the Tobbi Roppo were also caught in the chaos, but each had their own way to avoid it. Marco, being able to fly, had no trouble staying safe. However, the samurai and some ninjas faced a serious threat.

"Help, help!" 

Hundreds of samurai cried out desperately. Some had already been trampled by beasts, while others ran for their lives. Even Kaido's men were fleeing alongside them. Amidst the chaos, an odd sense of harmony occasionally emerged.

Just as a samurai was about to be trampled by a beast, a flash of swordlight swiftly beheaded the huge elephant. Denjirou, who heard the sound, had saved many samurai, yet the beasts continued their rampage unabated.

Inevitably, the samurai were soon overrun by the beasts.

"Damn it, we can't keep this up. Kawamatsu, Shutenmaru, let's stay back and hold them off, buy everyone time," 

Denjiro told Ashura Doji and Kawamatsu. The three of them were among the strongest in the Red Nine Scabbards, top-tier samurai in terms of strength.

"Don't be ridiculous. How can we stop so many beasts?" Kawamatsu exclaimed in surprise.

"Besides, even if we buy time, sacrificing ourselves won't necessarily save them," Ashura Doji added calmly.

At this moment, Aokiji's figure suddenly appeared in front of everyone, Placing his hands on the ground, he muttered slowly: "Ice Age!"

In moments, the earth transformed into a blanket of white ice. The freezing continued to expand, freezing the beasts in ice and filling the air with cold. Above the icy surface, they resembled crystalline ice sculptures, clear and frozen.

"Don't be stunned, The battle isn't over yet" Aokiji said back to them.

At that moment, Denjiro also noticed the Doflamingo crew members fleeing nearby, not far from their position.

"Hmph, everyone, the danger's passed! Show them our wrath and kill them!" 

Denjiro shouted fiercely, boosting their morale instantly. The Doflamingo cadres also charged forward, and the battle raged on between the two sides.

"It's now!"

Quinn's voice suddenly appeared behind Aokiji. Aokiji was bound to be a little weak after releasing such a large power. Quinn also saw the timing.

The heavy blow landed squarely. Aokiji didn't dodge and was sent flying. Quinn grinned triumphantly, remarking, "That move was quite good. But even you aren't invincible, huh?"

Aokiji wiped a trickle of blood from his mouth and spoke calmly, "You think it's over? It's only just begun."

After adjusting his condition, Aokiji quickly launched a counterattack against Quinn. His assault was unusually fast, fueled by the anger of being caught off guard earlier. He abandoned his usual defense and attacked Quinn with full force.

Aokiji turned his fist into an ice-covered weapon infused with Armament Haki, relentlessly attacking Quinn. Despite Quinn's strength, he felt the pain of each blow. He was completely overwhelmed by Aokiji and unable to mount a counterattack.

He was finally kicked away by Aokiji's last blow.

Aokiji looked ahead with indifference as Queen quickly stood up after being knocked back and hitting the ground. Aokiji was surprised; his attack hadn't affected Queen as much as he thought. Queen's body was tougher than expected, 

Seeing Quinn's resilience, Aokiji realized that Kaido must be even more powerfull. Aokiji was eager to witness the battle between Whitebeard and Kaido himself.

"Damn it, using that much power and still facing such explosive strength. The former Marine Admiral really can't be underestimated. In all these years, besides my boss, you're the first to leave a scar on me. But fighting against a Marine Admiral was an honor," Quinn said as he got back on his feet and walked away.

"I'm not a Marine Admiral anymore. I'm a Whitebeard Pirate General," Aokiji said calmly.

"I don't understand why you'd join the Whitebeard Pirates. If you'd join us instead, I'm sure everyone would welcome you," Quinn tried to persuade Aokiji to reconsider, but it was clear he was being naive.

"Interesting. Why would I join you? Besides, your defeat seems inevitable," Aokiji replied.

"What? You think we're already defeated? I'm not so sure. Are you that confident?" Quinn questioned, frustrated.

"Because I have faith in my captain," Aokiji replied calmly.
