"No wonder that fruit chose you. You really do have a similar personality to the old Joyboy," Imu said, breaking the usual silence, staring at Luffy with a rare expression of interest.
Nicholas wasn't surprised by Imu's words. After all, over the course of 800 years, many had consumed the rubber fruit. Yet in all those instances, the fruit only ever showed the properties of rubber.
That's why the world only knew it as a Paramecia-type rubber fruit, and not as the Mythical Zoan Human-Human Fruit, Model: Sun God Nika.
Because this fruit has its own will.
"But your host's strength doesn't match yours," Nicholas said calmly. As he spoke, lightning began to surge wildly around him, forming a terrifying thousand-meter-long thunder dragon that shot toward the rubber giant.
