Dressrosa.

Doflamingo sat on the couch, crossing one leg over the other while holding a newspaper.

"Fufufufu! What a terrifying guy!" he chuckled.

"Is he planning to go to war with the Beasts Pirates?"

A bead of sweat dripped from Doflamingo's forehead.

As one of the Seven Warlords who dealt with the Beasts Pirates, Doflamingo knew better than anyone how powerful Kaido was.

In front of Kaido, he didn't even dare to entertain the thought of resisting. The terrifying presence Kaido exuded had left a lasting impression on him.

"Put the idea of contacting him aside for now," Doflamingo ordered.

"Understood, Young Master," Trebol responded.

"Have we figured out why he's heading to Water 7? Is it for shipbuilding?"

Water 7 was a renowned shipbuilding hub, home to the world's largest shipyard. The Pirate King Roger's ship had been built there.

It wasn't out of the question that Sanders, planning to form his pirate crew, might be heading there to commission a large pirate ship.

"It doesn't seem like it. He appears to have shipbuilding skills himself, but recently there's been news that someone is inquiring about the whereabouts of Celestial Dragons near the Sabaody Archipelago."

"And as it happens, there's a Celestial Dragon near Water 7 right now," Trebol answered.

As a broker in the underworld, Doflamingo naturally had his own intelligence network.

"Fufufufu! Is the hunt about to begin?"

"How exciting! The world's about to descend into chaos!!" Doflamingo laughed with excitement.

The reasons behind Sanders' betrayal of the World Government had already been uncovered by many. Now, Sanders' intentions in heading to Water 7 were becoming increasingly clear.

The news that Sanders had rejected Kaido's offer and defeated Jack in one punch spread like wildfire across the seas. Many speculated whether Kaido would retaliate and seek revenge against Sanders.

However, it soon became apparent that Kaido wasn't making any moves and remained in the New World.

At this moment, many began to truly recognize Sanders' strength. His 1.5 billion Berry bounty was now seen as justified by many.

Sanders, unaware of all the rumors, was still lingering around the waters near Water 7, searching for the Celestial Dragon.

Finally, three days after his swift victory over Jack, Sanders' Observation Haki detected a luxurious cruise ship.

He moved from the deck to the helm and began steering his vessel at full speed toward the cruise ship.

In this world, very few people possessed luxury cruise ships. The seas were filled with pirates. Even the kings of World Government member nations rarely ventured out on such ships.

The only ones who dared to wander the seas aboard such lavish ships were the World Nobles—the Celestial Dragons.

Few pirates dared to harm the Celestial Dragons.

Before long, the cruise ship appeared in Sanders' view.

Compared to this grand vessel, Sanders' boat was just a small, unassuming craft. The cruise ship towered dozens of meters high, spanning ten floors, with numerous bodyguards dressed in black suits standing on the deck.

A white flag fluttered at the top of the mast, bearing the emblem of a red hoof, the Hoof of the Soaring Dragon.

This was the Celestial Dragons' unique symbol.

"Finally found you. Good thing I didn't give up," Sanders muttered with a cruel smile as he looked up at the flag.

Lightning crackled around his body as he accelerated, pushing his boat to top speed toward the cruise ship, creating waves in his wake.

The commotion soon caught the attention of the bodyguards in the lookout post aboard the cruise ship.

"There's a ship approaching fast!" one of the lookouts reported to the bodyguards on the deck.

"Did you see a flag? Whose ship is it?" asked a man in a suit who appeared to be the captain of the bodyguards.

"No flag. In fact, it doesn't even have sails!" the lookout responded.

"Are you kidding me? How's the ship moving without sails?" The bodyguard captain shouted in disbelief.

"But I swear it doesn't have any sails."

"Everyone, prepare yourselves. We can't let anyone crash into the Celestial Dragon's ship."

The bodyguard captain began issuing orders, putting his men on high alert. If anyone dared to harm a Celestial Dragon, those responsible for protecting them would face a fate worse than death. At the very least, they would be branded with the "Heavenly Dragon's Hoof" and turned into miserable slaves.

None of them wanted to become slaves. Living like that was too painful; death would be preferable.

Inside a lavish room on the cruise ship, Saint Charlos , a Celestial Dragon, lay on an exquisite bed covered in rare furs. Several beautiful, naked young women were massaging him.

Unlike other Celestial Dragons, Saint Charlos wore a square-shaped glass dome over his head. In his hand, he held the ends of multiple chains, each linked to a slave's collar.

The slaves varied in appearance. Some were towering, muscular brutes crawling on the ground like dogs, while others were curvaceous women without any clothing. But they all had one thing in common—eyes devoid of life, trembling in fear.

Suddenly, Saint Charlos furrowed his brows and opened his eyes. The girls massaging him immediately froze, terror etched across their faces, and they dropped to their knees.

Bang!

A gunshot echoed in the room.

Saint Charlos had pulled out a pistol and, without hesitation, shot one of the masseuses in the head, her skull exploding instantly. Blood splattered onto the other slaves, causing them to tremble even more violently.

"Useless trash. If you can't even massage me properly, what's the point of keeping you around?" Saint Charlos sneered cruelly.

"Throw her to the dogs."

The bodyguards in the room showed no reaction, having long grown accustomed to such scenes. They swiftly brought tools to remove the corpse and thoroughly cleaned the bloodstains from the floor, even going so far as to spray some perfume.

Just then, the sound of cannons firing rang out from outside.

Saint Charlos eyelids twitched, and a glimmer of interest flashed in his eyes.

He shook the chains in his hand, and the large brute immediately crawled over and let Saint Charlos ride on his back. The other slaves crawled along behind like dogs, while several men in white suits and masks followed closely behind.
