A towering figure stood in the icy winds. His eight-pack abs were as solid as stone, and his broad back exuded an overwhelming, demonic aura.

His arms seemed capable of lifting mountains, and his legs were as powerful as those of a tiger or leopard.

The once-severed right hand and self-inflicted neck wound were now fully restored, crackling with electric arcs.

Even the exhaustion from reaching his limits just moments ago had disappeared entirely.

Standing before Sengoku and Zephyr was Arashi, once again in peak condition.

This sight was horrifying. Everyone witnessing this moment could only think of one word:

"Monster!"

In Mary Geoise, within the grandeur of the palace, an elderly voice muttered in disbelief.

"Is he truly unkillable? The severed hand, the slashed neck—all restored. Even his stamina seems fully replenished."

"How can such a being exist?" another voice trembled.

The five elders exchanged grim looks, the weight of Arashi's invulnerability pressing down on them.

"How are we supposed to capture him?" one of them asked with frustration. "Our earlier declaration to eliminate him now feels like a joke."

After a long, heavy silence, one elder finally spoke.

"Notify the Holy Knights. Have them prepare for deployment. If there's even a hint of weakness in his so-called immortality, order them to annihilate him."

The voice echoed through the palace before fading away, leaving the room in tense silence.

The elders understood all too well—Arashi's ability to instantly recover from fatal injuries, even restoring his stamina, was his most terrifying asset.

Combined with his overwhelming combat strength, capturing him was an almost impossible task.

Still, they dared not give up the opportunity to study his lineage factor.

Back near Ohara, on the frozen sea, the battle between Arashi, Sengoku, and Zephyr raged on.

The tides of battle slowly turned against the two Marine admirals.

Despite their ferocity and life-risking strategies, they faced a relentless opponent in Arashi, who had fully regained his strength.

Another day and night passed.

Sengoku suffered a severe wound, a lightning spear tearing open his abdomen and leaving his flesh charred.

Zephyr bore a deep gash across his chest. Meanwhile, Arashi stood unscathed, holding a lightning spear, his body as energetic and unyielding as ever.

This cycle of grueling combat continued for seven days and nights.

At the end of it, Arashi still stood tall, his gaze fixed on the two admirals before him, steam rising from their battered and exhausted bodies.

He took a deep breath and spoke, his voice resonating with authority.

"Neither cannon fire nor bullets can kill me."

"Neither blades nor poison can stop me."

"Even drowning, being buried alive—none of it matters."

He took a step forward, towering over the two exhausted admirals.

"How do you plan to defeat someone like me?"

His voice carried a chilling confidence as he looked down at the two, who were gasping for breath, drenched in sweat.

"The World Government sent you here to deal with me. And what was the point?"

"Even if the entire Marine force were mobilized, even if the Holy Knights themselves stood before me—"

He paused, his voice growing even sharper.

"I wouldn't fear any of it!"

His words echoed across the frozen battlefield, sending shivers through the Marines watching from their distant warships.

"Vice Admiral Arashi is unbelievable!" someone whispered in awe, swallowing nervously.

The two admirals exchanged glances, each seeing the same bitter helplessness in the other's eyes. Moments later, both collapsed heavily to the ground.

For seven days and nights, they had thrown everything at Arashi—relentless punches, coordinated attacks, and even attempts to incapacitate him with Seastone.

Yet every effort was thwarted by his unkillable nature. Even when their combined might managed to kill him, Arashi simply rose again, stronger than ever.

It was like fighting an immortal demon lord, an enemy who would never fall.

Arashi exhaled slowly, his piercing gaze fixed on the two incapacitated admirals.

He was about to take a step forward when a sudden burst of golden light flashed beside him, pulling the two away from him.

"You've won, Arashi," Borsalino's voice rang out as he appeared.

"Are you worried I might attack Sengoku or Zephyr?" Arashi asked suddenly, tilting his head.

Borsalino said nothing, his guarded eyes trained on Arashi.

"Haha! Don't worry—I haven't forgotten my identity."

Shaking his head, Arashi turned around. In a flash of lightning, he appeared aboard a nearby Marine warship, startling everyone.

The Marines instinctively stepped back in fear, but Arashi ignored them. Instead, he leaned toward the Den Den Mushi used for broadcasting.

"The Five Elders," he said with a faint smile. "I know you're watching."

His voice carried a menacing calm as he continued.

"If you want to kill me, come at me with everything you've got. But if you fail—"

His expression turned ice-cold, his eyes radiating deadly intent.

"Don't blame me for storming Mary Geoise and taking those five foolish heads of yours."

As his words settled, the Den Den Mushi exploded into fragments, and Arashi vanished in another flash of lightning, leaving the Marines trembling in his wake.

...

In Mary Geoise, within the palace, the Five Elders sat in tense silence.

"Foolish heads," one elder muttered, his voice filled with anger.

"Enough," another said coldly. "We must consider the implications carefully."

"Arashi is unkillable. Even if the Holy Knights are deployed, there's no guarantee they'll succeed. Worse, they might suffer losses."

A deep, heavy voice broke the silence.

"In seven days and nights, Two Admiral + Vice Admirals combined managed to kill him 15 times. In unavoidable situations, he even killed himself 12 times."

"Noted that all these 27 kills are due to his exhaustion and his battle style always destructiveness"

"And yet, none of it mattered. He recovered every time, without any apparent drawback."

"What I'm afraid is that this is not his true power and still holding back."

The room fell silent once more as the elder's words sank in.

"If we can't eliminate him," the elder continued, his tone grave, "then our only option is to recruit him."

"We can see that he still cares about Marines and here, he just wants to prove his so-called 'Justice'"

The others exchanged wary glances but did not object. For centuries, they had ruled the world with calculated decisions, knowing when to fight and when to negotiate.

"If Arashi is forced to become our enemy, it will destabilize the entire world."

"Even maintaining a superficial balance is better than risking total upheaval."

The final decision was clear—Arashi's power, especially his immortality, posed a threat too great to confront head-on without understanding the true nature of his lineage factor.

Until then, they would tread carefully. "Perhaps we should take a more conciliatory approach," one of the Five Elders suggested.

"That man is from the Nefertari family, isn't he? Inform him of this, and let him understand his origins."

"We are not his enemies! Invite him to relocate to the Holy Land and join the Holy Knights!"

The voice echoed in the room, and within moments, the Five Elders reached a consensus on their new plan for dealing with Arashi.

Simultaneously, they abandoned the idea of deploying the Holy Knights. Without absolute certainty of success, they wouldn't act rashly.

A failure by the Holy Knights would cause irreparable damage to the World Government's authority—an outcome they could not afford.

"Surely, they will approve! Although there were some doubts about Lily's actions 800 years ago, that is all ancient history now. More importantly, strength grants the right to choose!"

The Five Elders unanimously acknowledged Arashi's overwhelming power.

With the state of the seas already posing a challenge for the World Government, provoking Arashi further into opposition was an irrational move.

Rationality dictated finding common ground, not recklessly creating enemies.

Furthermore, with Ohara already destroyed, they had made their statement. Negotiations could follow.

Reaching mutually agreeable terms would take time but was far better than burning bridges entirely.

The World Government needed time to handle the chaos of the current era, including the Great Pirate Era sparked by Roger's last words and the rising rebel movements.

.....

At the coastline of Ohara, a Marine warship slowly docked.

Standing at the bow, Arashi surveyed the land with a somber expression. In just seven days and nights, the lush, tranquil island had been reduced to scorched earth.

Only the island's center, filled with books, remained relatively untouched. "What about the others?" Arashi asked in a low voice, his tiredness evident.

Though his body remained unbroken, the seven-day battle against two admirals had pushed his willpower to its limits.

"The civilians and scholars from Ohara have all been relocated to Fortress G-18," Crocodile replied, understanding Arashi's unspoken concern.

His face bore a few scars from the ordeal. Nearby, Barrett leaned against the ship's railing, his body wrapped in bandages as he rested with his eyes closed.

"You alright?" Arashi asked, turning toward him.

"Heh," Bullet opened his eyes and smirked coldly.

"That bastard got it worse than me!"

Arashi chuckled lightly, his gaze softening before turning back to the ship.

"When we return, order the crew to move all those books. Every single one of them!" His voice carried a sharp authority.

"Not a single book should be left behind or damaged!"

Crocodile nodded in agreement.

When the warship finally returned to Fortress G-18, the entire base of 13,000 Marines was thrown into a frenzy.

"Vice Admiral Arashi is back!"

"And completely unharmed!"

"He defeated three monstrous vice admirals and two Marine admirals!"

"Incredible!"

Whispers of awe and disbelief spread like wildfire.

Among the crowd, a young Marine officer named Yvea finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Ever since she had escorted the civilians to safety and learned about Arashi's adversaries, her heart had been gripped with anxiety.

But now, seeing him return unscathed, her fears melted away.

Vice Admiral Arashi's strength was beyond anything she had ever imagined.

However, her relief was quickly replaced with concern. Even if they had won this time, what about the future? The enemies ahead would only grow stronger.

Resolute, Eveya hurried to Arashi's quarters, determined to voice her worries.

She gently pushed open the door, prepared to face the imposing figure of her commanding officer.

Instead, she found Arashi lying on the bed, his eyes closed, a faint snore escaping his nose.

Eveya froze in place, stunned. The image of the invincible leader in her mind was momentarily replaced by a man who, at this moment, seemed completely at peace.

Quietly, she closed the door and walked away, a new wave of emotion washing over her.

"For someone who gives everything for justice... he must be so tired."

A bittersweet smile appeared on her face as her earlier worries dissolved.

"No matter what challenges lie ahead... I will follow you, Arashi. Even if it costs me my life!"
