Two days later, in Galley-La's guest house, Coby was lounging in the garden, sipping lemonade that Nami handed him. She stood close, her eyes lingering on him as he drank. Robin sat nearby, her presence unmistakably close. The sun bathed them in warmth, but the tension between the two women simmered hotter.

Nami's sudden attention wasn't just about being friendly. It had been weeks since they last had time alone, with no privacy on the small ship and constant battles since they left Arabasta. She was horny and frustrated, the need for some personal time with Coby gnawing at her. But there was another reason. Ever since the crew's return from Enies Lobby, Robin had been noticeably closer to Coby. Grateful to all the crew, especially Luffy and Coby, Robin had made no secret of her feelings. Adding to the flirting and stolen kisses from before, it was clear she felt a connection with him. And that was something Nami couldn't ignore.

Robin sat just a little too close for Nami's comfort, her fingers occasionally brushing Coby's arm in subtle, casual touches. Each time it happened, Nami's jaw tightened, her jealousy barely hidden. She wasn't about to let Robin get too cozy without reminding her of their connection.

Coby, ignoring the tension brewing between the two women, leaned back in his chair, stretching lazily as he took another sip of lemonade. The rest of the crew, except Luffy who was still sleep-eating and Usopp, who left the crew, was seated around the garden, listening as Franky stood in the center, explaining why he had stolen their money and what he had done with it. His voice was loud and animated as he gestured wildly, recounting how he used the cash to fund the construction of his dream ship.

Franky stood tall, his chest puffed out as he asked the group, "Do you know Treasure Tree Adam?"

The crew's eyes drifted to Coby, who was lounging in the chair, completely at ease with Nami pressed against his arm. Her chest brushed against him slightly as she leaned closer, and he took another lazy sip of lemonade before responding.

"Yeah, but explain anyway," Coby drawled, too comfortable in the moment to care much. The cold lemonade felt perfect, and Nami's touch was doing wonders for his mood.

Franky didn't miss a beat, diving right into his explanation. "Treasure Tree Adam is the strongest wood in the world, but also rare, thus the price. Once, long, long ago, an endless war raged on an island. People died, and the island was destroyed by a rain of cannons, left in ruins. However, the people kept coming back to rebuild the nation near a giant tree, the only one that remained intact. That tree was Adam. The only known ships that use this type of wood are the Oro Jackson, which carried the legendary Roger Pirates. The wood is capable of withstanding cannonballs and gunfire quite easily, showing little wear over time. However," Franky paused, raising a finger, "even ships built out of this wood need a good shipwright to look after them, as it's not completely invincible."

The crew listened closely, their eyes fixed on Franky as he continued.

"This wood doesn't rot like normal timber, and it's almost impossible to break. But the real treasure isn't just the wood—it's the craftsmanship. That's where I come in!" Franky grinned, puffing his chest out. "I used all the money I took from you to buy a huge chunk of Treasure Tree Adam. And with it, I will build you guys a new ship! My masterpiece!"

The crew exchanged glances, surprise evident on their faces. Even Nami, who had been quietly seething over the stolen money, eased up a bit, her brows raising in interest. She kept leaning against Coby, her body close to his, but her attention had shifted to Franky.

Coby bore his gaze into Franky, setting down the now-empty glass of lemonade on the table beside him. "That won't make up for what you did, but we'll take it," he said casually. "No, I'll finance your further expenses and make this new ship even better. We've got Dials we took from Skypiea—you can use them to upgrade your blueprints. What do you say?"

Franky's jaw dropped, tears welling up in his eyes as he tried to keep it together. "My dream... my dream is to make a 'Dream Ship.' If you guys—a crew I favor—were to use it, I would feel honored!" His voice cracked a little, but his enthusiasm was unmistakable.

Coby just grinned, lounging back in his chair. "Then let's make it happen."

The crew, still gathered around in the garden, reacted in their usual enthusiastic blend of surprise and excitement. A small smirk tugging at Nami's lips. "If it means getting a new ship, I'll forgive you… maybe," she teased, looking over at Franky with a playful glint in her eyes.

Just then, the wall of the guest house exploded, chunks of debris flying everywhere. A massive figure strolled through the dust and rubble as if nothing had happened.

"Oh, right. I forgot about this," Coby said with a chuckle, eyeing the newcomer.

The man towering over them was none other than Vice Admiral Garp, and his entrance was anything but subtle. "Garp-san, we were in the garden. Why break the wall? You need to work on your cool entrance tactics," Coby teased, raising an eyebrow.

Garp looked at Coby, unimpressed, and snorted. "Who are you to teach me how to do things, brat?" he said, his tone gruff but not angry. Without waiting for a response, Garp disappeared in a blur of speed.

In the next instant, he appeared right next to the still-sleeping Luffy and delivered a bone-crushing punch to his head. "Why are you still sleeping, Luffy?!"

Luffy jolted awake with a loud yell, rolling around on the ground. "Damn! It hurts! It hurts!" He rubbed his head, eyes wide in shock and pain.

The crew stood frozen in disbelief. Sanji was the first to recover, his cigarette nearly falling from his lips. "What the hell?! It was just a punch! How did that hurt Luffy?!"

Coby rolled his eyes, sighing dramatically. "Where were you when I explained Haki to you guys?"

[Skill Scan initiated on 'Armament Haki'. Analysis in progress… Armament Haki (Busoshoku Haki) allows the user to create invisible armor using their willpower, enhancing both offensive and defensive capabilities. This Haki can harden the user's body or weapons, increasing the damage of their attacks and enabling them to bypass Devil Fruit defenses, especially against Logia users. The hardening also provides additional defense, making the user more resistant to physical attacks. Armament Haki has varying levels of mastery, with advanced users able to emit their Haki from a distance, creating shockwaves or attacking an opponent's internal body directly. It is a crucial skill for surviving in high-level combat. Estimated cost for acquisition: 200,000 SP. Please confirm if you wish to proceed with the Skill Scan and acquisition.]

But Garp wasn't paying attention. He casually removed his iconic dog mask and stood over Luffy, grinning down at him. "There's no escaping my Fist of Love," Garp declared proudly. He leaned in closer, his expression turning more serious. "I heard you've been doing some reckless things, Luffy."

Luffy, still rubbing his head, looked up, his eyes widening even more. "G-G-Grandpa?!"

The entire crew's jaws dropped in unison.

"Grandpa?!" they all exclaimed, completely taken aback. Nami's eyes darted between Luffy and Garp, trying to process what she had just heard.

Nami stared, her eyes wide with disbelief. "Wait, Coby, did you just say Garp? As in Marine Hero, Vice-Admiral Garp? He's Luffy's grandfather?"

Coby chuckled. "Yeah, that's him."

Luffy, still clutching his head from Garp's punch, turned to Coby with a confused look. "You know my grandpa?"

Coby rolled his eyes. "Who doesn't know your grandfather, Luffy? He's the most famous Marine in the world."

Sanji, standing off to the side, raised an eyebrow. "Is he really your grandfather, Luffy?"

Luffy, still rubbing his aching head, nodded. "Yeah, but don't pick a fight with him. He'll kill you! He almost killed me plenty of times!"

Garp, towering over Luffy with his arms crossed, grunted. "Don't exaggerate! I pushed you over bottomless cliffs, threw you into jungles full of beasts at night, tied you to balloons and sent you into the sky… All of it was to make you strong!"

The crew grimaced at Garp's casual recounting of his 'training.' Sanji lit a cigarette, shaking his head. "I think I just found out why Luffy's so damn tough."

Garp continued, ignoring the crew's reactions. "In the end, I left you with a friend of mine, and you trained with Ace. But the moment I took my eyes off you, this is what happened! I trained you to be a strong Marine, Luffy!"

Luffy, standing up straight now, shouted back, "I've always said I wanna be a pirate!"

Garp's face darkened, and he grabbed Luffy by the collar, lifting him off the ground. "Nonsense! You're only saying that because you fell under the bad influence of that red-haired Shanks!"

Luffy's eyes widened, and he struggled to free himself from Garp's grip. "Shanks saved my life! Don't talk bad about him!"

Garp's grip tightened, his face inches from Luffy's. "Are you trying to tell your grandpa what to do?"

Luffy flinched, his defiance evaporating in an instant. "Gyah! I'm sorry!"

The crew stood in stunned silence, watching as Luffy—usually so headstrong—cowered under Garp's imposing presence.

"He's not even trying to fight back," Nami muttered, eyes wide with shock.

Chopper ran around in a panic, his little arms flailing. "The Marines have captured Luffy! What do we do?!"

Coby sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "Relax, Chopper. Garp's not here to arrest Luffy."

Chopper stopped mid-run, blinking up at Coby with wide eyes. "He's not?"

Then both Garp and Luffy fell asleep mid-argument, their heads drooping as they snored loudly. The crew blinked in confusion, staring at the two slumped figures.

"Are they serious right now?" Nami muttered, her brow twitching in irritation.

"Apparently," Zoro grunted, crossing his arms.

Before anyone could react further, Garp suddenly jolted awake, blinking rapidly as if nothing had happened. "Crap! I fell asleep!" he grumbled, rubbing his eyes. But when he saw Luffy still snoring, Garp's face twisted in annoyance. He stood up and stomped over to his grandson.

"Wake up, Luffy! How can you sleep while I'm scolding you?" Garp yelled, his fist already descending on Luffy's head.

WHAM!

Luffy's eyes shot open as Garp started whaling on him. "Ow! Ow! Ow! Stop it, Grandpa! That hurts!" Luffy yelped, flailing around, trying to block Garp's heavy punches.

The crew winced at the brutal sight, but none of them dared intervene.

"And another thing!" Garp shouted in between punches. "How dare you speak ill of your grandpa?!" He gave Luffy one final smack on the head before finally stopping.

Garp spent the next several minutes explaining to Luffy about the Yonkou and the dangers that awaited them in the New World. He detailed the immense power of the Four Emperors, ruling over vast territories and commanding armies of pirates, warning that Luffy and his crew were heading into treacherous waters far beyond anything they had faced so far. He said Luffy had no idea who Shank was, and didn't know what Yonkou represented. Luffy didn't care. He said, "So long as Shanks is okay, the rest is useless."

Garp shook his head with a loud snort. "Oh, by the way, I heard you met with your dad at Logue Town, Luffy."

Luffy tilted his head, blinking in confusion. "Dad? I have a dad?"

Garp picked his nose casually, as if dropping world-changing news wasn't a big deal. "Eh? He didn't introduce himself? Your dad's name is Monkey D. Dragon, the Revolutionary."

The crew's reaction was instant and explosive. Nami, Sanji, Franky, and Chopper all froze, their jaws hitting the ground in disbelief. Zoro raised an eyebrow, while even Robin's eyes widened slightly in surprise. The Marines around the garden who had been eavesdropping collapsed in shock, several of them hitting the ground face-first, overwhelmed by the sheer absurdity of the revelation.

Luffy scratched his head, clearly not understanding the gravity of what Garp had just said. "Huh? Monkey D. Dragon? I don't think I've met him."

Seeing Luffy's confusion and the stunned looks around him, he turned to Coby and Robin.

Coby opened his mouth but then gestured toward Robin. "Robin, you take this one."

Robin crossed her legs, leaning back casually as she explained, "Pirates, do not directly fight against World Government. They are criminals that break the laws set by the Government. Monkey D. Dragon is the leader of the Revolutionary Army. They're actively trying to overthrow the World Government. He's the most wanted man in the world, Luffy."

The weight of Robin's statement hung in the air for a moment as the crew processed what she had said. Luffy blinked, seemingly unfazed, then broke into his signature grin. "My dad's the most wanted man in the world, huh? That's cool!"

Garp, still standing nearby, scratched his head. "Oh, wait. That was supposed to be a secret. All of you, forget about it," he said nonchalantly, waving his hand as if he hadn't just dropped a bombshell.

The entire crowd was dumbfounded, staring at him in disbelief. Nami opened her mouth as if to say something, then closed it, completely stunned. Garp, on the other hand, just laughed heartily, clearly unconcerned.

Once the wall was patched up, Garp and Luffy fought a little longer. Garp saying Luffy shouldn't be so casual after not seeing each other for so long, while Luffy run screaming. In the end, Garp beat him to submission over and over again. The crew watched with amusement and shock as Garp manhandled Luffy, knocking him around like it was nothing.

The two of them continued bickering back and forth for a little while longer until Garp finally announced that he was leaving. The Marines saluted him as he walked off, grumbling to themselves about the bizarre family reunion they had just witnessed.
