"System, scan that last attack!" Coby called out urgently.

[Skill Scan initiated on 'Conqueror's Conviction'. Analysis in progress…]

The system's voice echoed in Coby's mind, cold and mechanical as it processed the information.

[Conqueror's Conviction is an untapped, uncontrolled manifestation of Conqueror's Haki, triggered when the user's willpower reaches a singular point of conviction. This technique surfaces in moments of extreme necessity or desperation, when the user's resolve becomes so focused that it unconsciously channels their latent Conqueror's Haki into a powerful strike. Unlike fully mastered Conqueror's Haki, this form is wild, unstable, and cannot be controlled or used at will. While it delivers a devastating blow, it is weaker than an awakened form of Conqueror's Haki, and the strain it puts on the user's body can cause physical exhaustion or injury. It is a double-edged sword—capable of turning the tide of a battle but at great personal cost. Estimated cost for acquisition: 250,000 SP. Please confirm if you wish to proceed with the Skill Scan and acquisition.]

Coby's eyes widened. "I knew it…" he muttered under his breath, but there was no time to focus on that now.

On the far side of the bridge, Nami, Sogeking, and Chopper rushed to the edge, looking down at Luffy's motionless form. Nami cupped her hands around her mouth and shouted, her voice filled with urgency, "Luffy! Get up! The Buster Call is about to destroy this place too!"

Chopper, tears welling in his eyes, yelled out, "Luffy! Please! You have to move!"

Luffy, still lying on the ground, forced his eyes open, his vision blurry as he tried to focus on his crewmates. He heard their voices, faintly, like echoes in his fogged mind. He wanted to respond, to tell them he would be fine, but all that came out was a weak, broken mumble. "I-I c-can't… I don't think I can move…"

He struggled to push himself up, but his arms buckled beneath him. His body, battered and broken, refused to respond.

Zoro and Sanji, who had been watching from a distance, exchanged glances. Sanji's face was grim, his cigarette dangling from his lips. "That idiot… He's really done it this time."

Zoro grunted in agreement. "He won't stop until he's dead."

Coby kicked off the air using Geppo, soaring over the crumbling battlefield and landing next to Luffy, who was barely conscious. Lifting him up gently, Coby spoke softly, "Captain, you won the battle. You protected your crew."

Luffy gave a weak, tired chuckle, his eyes fluttering shut as his body gave in to exhaustion. Coby shifted Luffy into a secure position in his arms and quickly leaped back toward the bridge, where the rest of the crew stood waiting. The Buster Call had fully commenced, and the front of the island was being obliterated by repeated cannon fire. The air was thick with the sound of explosions and the crumbling of stone.

Just as Coby reached the bridge with Luffy, two massive warships moved into position on either side. From the decks, hundreds of Marines jumped down, their boots hitting the stone with a synchronized thud. Among them, several were clearly Devil Fruit users, their forms and abilities distinguishing them from the regular troops.

A Marine captain stepped forward, barking orders to his men. "Retrieve Nico Robin! Eliminate the rest!"

Coby, Zoro, Sanji, and Franky stepped to the front, forming the main line of defense. Luffy was down, Chopper still weak from his Monster Point, and the rest of the crew was battered from their individual fights. Robin and Nami stood protectively next to Luffy and Chopper, while Sogeking positioned himself at the side, ready to provide cover fire.

The first wave of Marines charged forward, swords drawn and rifles aimed. Zoro's eyes narrowed as he unsheathed his swords, stepping forward to meet them head-on. "I'll take the ones on the right," he said calmly, his grip tightening around his blades.

"Then I've got the left," Sanji replied, cracking his knuckles and stepping toward the incoming Marines.

Coby stayed in the center, ready to jump into the fray. The Marines rushed in, but Zoro was already moving, his blades flashing in the light as he cut through the first row of attackers. His slashes were swift and brutal, taking down multiple Marines in one swift motion.

Sanji, meanwhile, leaped into the air, delivering blurring kicks to the face of a Marine who had been about to fire his rifle. He spun, delivering a powerful roundhouse kick to another Marine, sending him flying into the ranks behind.

Coby's fists clenched as a group of Devil Fruit users rushed toward him, their powers already active. Coby didn't hesitate. He dodged the first strike, ducking low and countering with a Super Heavy Sniper Pistol, his fist slamming into the Marine's chest and sending him flying into a nearby wall, unconscious.

Just then, Coby spotted a Marine wearing a veil, heading directly toward Zoro. His mind flashed to the moment in the anime—this was the guy who could rust steel. If he touched Zoro's swords, it'd be game over for one of them.

Without wasting a second, Coby used Shadow Step, moving so fast he appeared in front of Zoro just as the swordsman raised his hands to strike.

"Coby?" Zoro's brow furrowed, surprised by the sudden intervention.

"Hiken!" Coby shouted, unleashing a blast of fire from his fist, engulfing the Marine in flames and sending him crashing to the ground, out cold.

"He can rust steel," Coby said quickly. "Don't let him touch your sword. He's down, but stay sharp."

Zoro grimaced, imagining the fate of Yubashiri if that Marine had gotten too close. "Got it." He gave Coby a nod of thanks before turning his attention back to the flood of Marines closing in.

Another group of Marines charged toward them, and Zoro didn't waste any time. His swords flashed through the air in a series of precise slashes. "Santoryu: Tatsu Maki!" he roared, creating a powerful whirlwind with his blades that sent the Marines flying in all directions.

Just then, Coby noticed something down in the sea below. His eyes widened as a detail he completely overlooked hit him hard. "Damn it!" he cursed under his breath, his tone urgent. "How can I be so stupid?"

Without wasting another second, Coby darted toward Sanji, who was busy kicking a Marine across the bridge. "Sanji!" Coby called out, catching the cook's attention. "Wanna see a mermaid?"

Sanji's reaction was immediate. His eyes lit up, turning into literal hearts as he grabbed Coby by the shoulders, practically shaking him with excitement. "A mermaid? I want!!" he yelled, already imagining the beauty waiting for him.

Coby grinned for a split second before launching a powerful kick straight into Sanji's face. "Then go!" he said, sending the cook flying off the bridge toward the sea below.

The crew's jaws dropped in shock. Nami screamed, "Coby, what the hell are you doing?!"

Zoro just blinked, clearly confused, while Usopp and Franky were too busy fending off more Marines to react. Even Luffy, barely conscious, managed to groan in protest from the pile he was lying in.

But Coby didn't seem fazed. He nodded to himself, satisfied with his choice. "I'm such a good guy," he muttered before returning his focus to the battlefield. Sanji would be fine.

Coby watched as Sanji sailed through the air, screaming his lungs out as he plummeted toward the sea below. The sound of his voice quickly faded as he disappeared from view. For a brief second, the crew froze in disbelief.

But before anyone could react further, a loud splash echoed from below the bridge. The crew looked down, only to see a figure rising from the water, carrying a limp and foaming Sanji on her back.

It was Kokoro, landing gracefully on the bridge with Chimney and Gonbe in tow. She dressed as quickly as she left the sea, so besides Sanji, no one else saw her true form.

"Perfect." Coby grinned.

Sanji, still unconscious, had foam bubbling at the mouth, his body twitching as he tried to deny what his eyes had seen.

Kokoro grinned wide, her sharp teeth gleaming. "Heheh! Looks like the cook had quite the shock," she said, patting Sanji's head with a bit too much force.

Chimney jumped down from Kokoro's back, grinning excitedly. "We found you guys!"

Nami blinked, still processing the scene in front of her. "How?!" she exclaimed, her eyes darting between Kokoro's and the unconscious Sanji.
