"Who the hell are you flashy bastards?" Buggy bellowed in rage. His blue hair was partially obscured by an orange captain's hat emblazoned with his Jolly Roger, and his enormous red nose was impossible to miss. Crossbones adorned his face, and he wore a red and white shirt paired with a purple scarf around his neck. Light ocean-green pants, secured by a darker green sash, striped socks, pointy clown shoes, and white puffy gloves completed his clownish ensemble.

Roar?

Leo let out a small growl, tilting his head and regarding Buggy as if he were an idiot.

"Why are you looking at me like that, you stupid lion?"

Buggy demanded, pointing at Leo, which caused Hector to snort.

"Sorry, it's just that Leo is critiquing your fashion sense."

Hector retorted, eliciting laughter from Buggy's crew.

The clown's face turned crimson with anger at being mocked.

"These flashy bastards burst in, ruin my party, and mock my attire. I'm so furious I'm at a loss for words!"

"Captain Buggy, shall I descend and teach those fools a lesson?"

Cabaji the Acrobat, the Buggy Pirates' chief of staff, inquired. He's a tall slender man with light green hair and a unique hairstyle that covers half of his face. He wore a large blue and white checkered scarf that covered the lower portion of his face, a sleeveless purple coat reaching down to his knees, white pants larger near the end and held up by a blue sash, and white shoes. 

Buggy didn't have the chance to respond as Hector dispatched Shirohime to confront Cabaji. With a swift slash, she bisected Buggy, catching the unprepared Cabaji, who narrowly saved himself by leaning back on his unicycle, merely losing the hair covering half of his face.

Shirohime noted the oddity's salvation via unicycle. Cabaji, unfazed by his captain's division, picked himself up and smirked broadly.

"You're skilled! I'm Cabaji, Chief of Staff of the Buggy Pirates. As a fellow swordsman, I eagerly anticipate claiming your head."

He sprang forward, racing towardshet on his unicycle.

"Acrobat Technique: Old Man's Flame!"

Shirohime looked Irritated by fighting a clown on a unicycle blowing fire, with a strong swing of her sword, she caused a gust of wind to blow flames away. Cabaji's shoe flashed, its pointed toe trying to hit her ribcage, But she stopped it with the hilt of her KuroWado Ichimonji. She had finally had enough with this clown claiming himself to be a swordsman, she growled lowly in her low-pitched metallic voice.

"You dare to call yourself a swordsman. No proper swordsman would be an idiot who puts oil in his mouth and lights it using a lighter under his scarf. For having no honor, I'm not giving you a proper swordsman's death."

Cabaji laughed darkly.

"Honor? What kind of a fool needs that? All I need is victory! Acrobat Technique: Murder Case in the Hot Spring's Steam!"

He started spinning and hopping like an idiot, kicking up a dust cloud.

Shirohime didn't let him get on her nerves closing her eyes and focusing on the Observation Haki she unlocked reaching Knight Rank. Suddenly, a blade shot out of the cloud which she dodged tilting her body and performing a peerless perfect strike cutting off his hands.

"One Sword Style Sword Draw: Lion's Song!"

Cabaji didn't know what hit him. He fell to the floor screaming realizing his hands were missing and he was bleeding excessively from his stumps.

Her eyes shined blue under her dark hood.

"You have no honor as a swordsman and bring shame to swordsmen everywhere, you cowardly weakling."

As Cabaji struggled to his feet having lost his hands, Shirohime her KuroWado Ichimonji. Gripping the handle tightly she said.

"You have already been defeated and have received the worst shame any swordsman can receive. You don't deserve the honor of losing your life to my KuroWado Ichimonji."

Cabaji growled, Trying to throw himself at her to at least do any damage to her.

"I'll kill you, you smug bitch! Face my strongest kick-GRGH." 

He wasn't even given the chance to finish the technique's name, as Hector cut his head with his Yubashiri.

Suddenly, a horrified "Split Split Cannon" erupted from the red-nosed captain himself. Blades attached to various body parts flew towards Hector and Shirohime, only to be intercepted by Leo, who bravely positioned himself in front of the onslaught, taking every hit.

"Hey, you stupid clown! Bring that big red nose over here so I can kick it!"

Hector bellowed.

The entire crew of Buggy widened their eyes in shock, their mouths agape, snot and tears streaming down their faces. Buggy, momentarily stunned, mouth agape and touching the ground along with his crew, quickly recovered and bellowed with only the whites of his eyes visible in his fury.

"FIRE THE BUGGY CANNONBALL! FIRE!"

The pirates scrambled to find the cannon, but no matter how hard they searched, they couldn't locate it, the ammunition, or any other weapon in their arsenal. As their search became more frantic, they realized that everything in their storage had been stolen: weapons, food, and treasures.

"Captain Buggy! Captain Buggy! We've been robbed."

reported a crewmate, trembling with fear, causing Buggy's eyes to bulge in disbelief.

"What did you say?!"

"YOU!!! You flashy bastards robbed me!"

Buggy's face turned an even deeper shade of red.

"You flashy thieving scoundrels. How dare you do this to my crew. I'll kill you all."

"We're pirates, you big red-nosed clown," Hector retorted as he advanced towards Buggy.

Buggy's rage reignited.

"DON'T TALK ABOUT MY NOSE, YOU CURS! MEN, ATTACK THEM—THERE'S ONLY THREE OF THEM!"

As the Buggy pirates prepared to charge, they were suddenly ambushed from behind, impaled by spears, swords, short swords, arrows, and the fangs and claws of shadowy soldiers.

Buggy's eyes bulged in disbelief, thinking Hector had also consumed a Devil Fruit as he watched his crew being defeated one by one. Deciding to cut his losses, he initiated his next move.

"Split! Split! Emergency Escape!"

His previously smug tone shifted to sheer panic when he saw multiple Shadow Soldiers ensnaring his severed parts with nets. Buggy attempted to split his body into even smaller pieces, hoping some could escape to a different location, but it was futile as more nets were cast, indicating they had been prepared for his tactics from the start.

Buggy howled in agony as the Shadow beasts devoured his parts.

"Flashy damnation, what kind of Devil Fruit have you eaten?"

Desperately, he began searching for an escape route. Facing something like this was impossible! Unsure whether it was a Paramecia or a Logia type, he knew he'd be dead if the beasts consumed him entirely. Even losing an arm or leg would leave him crippled for life! To his horror, he noticed Hector's arm, along with Yubashiri, turn black and he stammered.

"You... how does an unknown East Blue kid like you know Armament Haki?"

Indeed, Buggy was familiar with Armament Haki, having encountered it numerous times aboard the Oro Jackson.

Hector's smile widened mischievously.

"Buggy! Buggy! Buggy! Who told you I'm from the East Blue?"

"I expected more from you, being a former crewmate on the Oro Jackson. But then again, you were just the cabin boy, and Pops along with my brothers barely remembered you."

"Then who are you, and where do you hail from, youngster?"

"Oh, my apologies, that was impolite of me; I neglected to introduce myself. I am Hector Barbossa, one of the many sons of the world's strongest man. And I hail from the New World,"

He declared, removing the upper part of his attire to reveal the Whitebeard emblem tattooed on his back. Buggy's face grew pale in realization he stood no chance against him.

"No, No, No, Noooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuu! I can't die here! Split! Split! Emergency Escape!"

Before he could escape Hectore activated his Bloodlust.

-Bloodlust: You are able to magically intimidate an enemy combatant into submission, inducing intense fear into those who are targeted by this technique and decreasing their stats by 50%. It can also be used on multiple opponents at once.

Stab!

Buggy became stunned and his skull was pierced by Yubashiri ending his life. Any surviving Buggy Pirates were to afraid of attack that they dropped their weapons meeting their ends at the hands of the Shadow Soldiers.
