The Buggy Pirates' strongest member was Buggy himself, who was D- Ranked. While every other crewmate was E- or F Rank. But Surprisingly, the Buggy Pirates numbers were close to around one hundred pirates, If he kept them all his shadow army would reach over two hundred.

To no surprise, almost all the Buggy Pirates became Basic Rank Shadow Soldiers with just a small portion being Normal Rank, and Buggy was the only Elite Rank. The only issue he was having was that Buggy lost his devil fruit powers, becoming just a Rogue class Shadow Soldier. 

In the end, he was a man of his word and kept his promise to feed all the clowns to ChouChou. After all the shadow soldiers were sacrificed to ChouChou, he grew bigger than the Lion Ritchie becoming a truly magnificent and frightening beast.

Leo was contentedly feasting on sea king steaks. While he had dispatched the clowns, his preference was for sea king meat, particularly from the 100-meter class that Brionac had defeated. He also herded some to the surface, providing the Shadow Soldiers with combat practice. They had all advanced in level, with the weakest now at Elite status and others following.

Moreover, he had recruited seven additional Shadow Soldier Sea Kings. The following day, he sighted a caravel-sized ship bearing a Jolly Roger. Eager for a skirmish after his daily training, he commanded the Pearl to close in on the pirates. Once near, he stowed it in his inventory.

Currently, Hector stood atop the crow's nest, eavesdropping on the pirates.

"It appears this crew is en route to the Grand Line. I must act swiftly before they venture too far from my intended path."

He chose to abandon stealth and leaped from his perch, landing squarely in the middle of the deck.

"Ahoy, my fellow buccaneers, I am the main event today! And our theme is survival."

King took the pirates by surprise as they were busy celebrating their departure to the Grand Line. Vaulting into the air, he swung his leg and bellowed.

"Tempest kick!"

With a forceful kick, a blue, blade-like wind materialized, nearly a meter in length. The sharp gust struck an unfortunate pirate, inflicting a deep gash across his chest and rendering him unconscious. He didn't even have time to scream before his consciousness faded and his body fell to the ground, soaked in his own blood, with a look of surprise and unwillingness to die, clinging to life.

"You cur!"

"Where did he spring from?!"

"Oh, my god! He killed, Kenny!

"You Bastard!"

"Men, take him down and rip him to shreds!"

Enraged, the pirates glared at Hector, and upon their captain's command, they brandished their swords and rifles at him.

"Open fire!"

The Captain roared, taking aim with his firearm.

Yet, before he could squeeze the trigger, the rogue vanished from sight, only to reappear behind one of his crewmen.

The pirates fired at the spot he was before avoiding the barrage of fire, the guy who he took cover behind dropped dead after he said "Finger Pistol", with a hole in the back of his neck. Discovering that another one of their crewmates had died, they all fired at him again. But this time, he stood still and said two words "Iron Body".

Several bullets landed on him and penetrated his clothing, but stopped when they reached his body. When the sound of gunfire ended, the pirates with swords were already running towards him with a look of hatred.

Without hesitation, he performed several kicks, forming multiple sharp wind blades that were launched towards them.

The wind blades only delivered wounds similar to a regular common sword, it still wasn't at the level of piercing bodies, leaving behind severed limbs. Still Tempest kick at the beginner level was deadly in the East Blue.

Most of the attackers died, while the survivors were left bleeding from their injuries. However, the pirates didn't stop attacking, when Hector saw that group was was charging with blades while another readied a volley of gunfire, We couldn't help but get a wide grin in excitement.

The screams and howls of the pirates continued as their lives were being cut by Hector. Ten minutes the surrounding area quickly became very quiet. The ship was filled with unmoving bodies of pirates all thrown on the deck of the ship. Most of his Rokushiki techniques had Ranked up to E after facing nearly 50 ranked D to C fighters.

Moments later, the ship was swarming with over 40 Shadow Soldiers, mostly Normal and Elite. Hector had hit the jackpot with that crew and was now aboard the Black Pearl, having had it consume their ship. He was currently tallying the treasure he had seized from the pirates: weapons, bullets, swords, food, and more.

Hector's voyage to Cocoyashi Village proceeded without incident, and after a day of full-speed sailing, he arrived. He had ascended to the deck and taken respite in the captain's cabin.

Gazing at the island before him, the Conomi Islands Archipelago, home to Cocoyashi Village, he contemplated Arlong's dominion. Not only over this village but also over many others, from which he extorted money monthly. Now, Hector looked towards the Marine base, his expression sour.

In the distance stood a tall tower, shaped like a mouse's head, the sole significant structure on the small island. It was linked to several smaller buildings, likely barracks or mess halls.

The base had six docks for medium-sized Marine ships, four of which were occupied. This was Marine Base Three, tasked with equipping and supplying Marine Branches Twelve through Eighteen, designed according to Nezumi's preferences.

Infiltrating the base was laughably simple; with only a skeleton crew on the docks, all Hector needed to do was dispatch them and convert them into Shadow Soldiers. Letting the new Shadow Soldiers, guide the others they orchestrated an inside attack. Severing all communication lines first and their weapons depo's, then gradually reducing their numbers.

An hour later, when the Marines finally realized the assault, chaos ensued. They scrambled about the base in disarray. Only one or two had been guarding the armory or the communications room, making them utterly defenseless, as these were the initial targets. The onset of the attack had gone unnoticed, and now it was too late, all because Nezumi's rule was that complacent.

When they finished wiping the base the Shadow Soldiers brought the surviving Marines who weren't able to stop trembling under the onslaught.

"S-stop!"

Hector turned and blinked owlishly at the trembling Marines.

"Y-you're under arrest!"

They were all trembling like leaves in the wind, their legs shaking so badly that some peed themselves. Finally, the head honcho squeaked in fear

"Wh-who are you! Are you all insane! This is a Marine Base! You can't do th-grk!"

He couldn't finish his squawking as Yubashiri cut his head off.
