Long before Fang Ze, single-handedly and with the Special Task Force, had rescued the entire Miaohua City, the Security Bureau had received notification from top to bottom.

Although they had grown accustomed to Fang Ze performing miracles, the act of saving a million people still made everyone at the Security Bureau a bit excited, especially since their everyday colleagues were involved, which made them feel even more connected to the deed.

Therefore, by the time Fang Ze arrived at the Security Bureau with the commissioners he had rescued, the staff had already been waiting outside to greet them.

Fang Ze smiled and nodded to each subordinate who greeted him, then he plucked Little You from the crowd and took her to the director's office.

Hearing the female director's words, Fang Ze paused and then tentatively asked, "Then... do I need to write a report about the incident, explaining that I set out on the rescue mission without having seen the notification?"

The female director said, "No need. Captain Huo Lin and his team had communication equipment with them. Once the crisis in Miaohua City was resolved, they got in touch with the State, explaining the situation."

"Being able to resolve the crisis and save over a million people in Miaohua City before the Special Case Team arrived is a great achievement."

Fang Ze listened silently, feeling... at least from the female director's words, there seemed to be no major issues. Perhaps Huo Lin was overthinking?
