Omnitrix of Justice [Ben 10 Fanfic]

Watching the sunrise at my home, my thoughts spanned the last week and a half since the murders on the docks.

That night, as soon as I returned home, I had called the Watchtower asking for days off. I don't know if it was because of my tone of voice, but everyone agreed to only call me if the situation was a global emergency.

Batman surprised me with just one phrase "If you need anything call" he probably already knew what was happening but he hadn't made that call yet.

That night had affected me greatly, it was clear that I had seen death on the day of the invasion when the League united but that night...they were cruel and senseless deaths made by humans.

He made me wonder if the lives we saved made any difference in contrast to all the lives lost every day to crimes like that.

While I was still immersed in my thoughts, a sound began to get louder and louder which I could recognize little by little.

"A boat" Turning my face I was surprised to see how a boat began to approach the island, since I had made it my home no one had ever sailed near it.

Getting up from the ground I began to walk towards where I thought it would stop, maybe it would give me something to entertain myself to forget my thoughts.

As it got closer I was able to identify one of the two people who were in it.

"Ivy? But... according to Batman, he had captured her days before." Trying to see who was driving, I could barely make out a head of blonde hair, so I decided to wait and see who she was.

[T/N: YES! YES! YES!]

As soon as the boat stopped, a very lively and feminine voice sounded "Yyou were right, red, the clock boy lives far from the city!" As Ivy got off the boat in the same outfit as always, I looked at the woman next to her who jumped off.

She was a woman with a gymnast's body, not very tall, she wore a tight blouse and jeans, and her blonde hair was combed in two pigtails, however, what made me a little alert was her face.

As she looked around her I noticed the unhealthy smile she wore and her eyes...they were filled with utter madness.

"Look red, he came to meet us!" Both women began to approach, Ivy walking and the blonde jumping.

"Ivy, it's nice to see you again, tell me who your friend is?" The blonde woman did not hesitate to introduce herself before Ivy could speak.

"Ohh I'll introduce myself, my name is Harleen Quinzel, and I am a psychologist!" Her smile showed me that I had missed a lot of history.

Blinking, it took me a second to recognize her. "I recognize you... aren't you the Joker's accomplice... Harley Quinn."

The woman only smiled a little more strangely when I mentioned the Clown Prince of Crime.

When it seemed like she was going to say something else, a plant silenced her while Ivy walked past her. "Please do not mention that lunatic in her presence, she will start talking for hours," turning her face, she continued. "...I hope it's not a problem that we're here." Looking at them I noticed that they seemed a little tired.

"No, no problem... you want to rest, I have a guest room and you can take a bath, I can tell you need it" While Harley shook her head giving an enthusiastic yes, Ivy just let out a grateful sigh as she accepted.

"Follow me" walking towards the entrance of my home "Once inside I'll tell you the location of the bathroom and the guest room. The bathroom is well equipped...I'm going to go quickly to the city to get you a change of clothes, I'll be right back."

"Thank you... I know you have questions which I will answer when we have a break" Looking at the green-skinned villainess I just nodded as I left my house.

The last thing I heard before leaving made me raise an eyebrow "Whoever sees you red, you've got them trained!" Transforming into XLR8 I ran into the city to buy them some clothes.

Who would have thought that getting clothes for two women was more difficult than it seemed, the task that I thought would take me a few minutes ended up taking almost half an hour.

When I returned home I noticed how quiet everything was, however, the women had not left since the security system would have warned me, so walking to the guest room I pressed my ear to the door.

And indeed I could hear soft sounds that let me know that they were taking a necessary nap.

Letting them rest I left the purchases on the table in front of the room while I headed to watch TV for a while.

Hours later, while I was cooking a meal big enough for three, I heard a door open so I looked out to talk.

"I hope they have ham-" When I saw who had come out I froze because the first one to come out turned out to be Harley, however, it seemed that since her clothes were dirty she had decided to take one of my shirts giving a very provocative image.

"It smells delicious!" While the villain stretched, she allowed me to see how she lifted my shirt, letting me see her agile legs.

"Harley... I'm not going to ask why you're wearing my clothes but in the living room there are the bags with the clothes I bought for you, please get dressed" Returning to the kitchen I heard the woman's laughter as I continued cooking.

When I started to bring the food to the table I heard Harley and an awake Ivy walking towards the dining room.

Harley was wearing a pair of jeans as well as a blouse while Ivy had only replaced her leafy clothing with a red jacket however I noticed that she was not wearing anything on her legs.

Feeling my curious gaze she looked at me before speaking "I don't like pants" Having my answer I sat down to eat while she followed me.

As soon as Harley started eating she stopped, making a noise of delight "THIS IS DELICIOUS!" Returning to the food, she began to eat eagerly.

"It's very good, and I like that you knew that I don't eat meat." Ivy was right, so her food was seeds prepared to create a delicious dish.

[T/N: It would make more sense for her to only eat meat.]

Letting them enjoy their food for a few minutes I decided to ask the reason for their visit "Ivy, I told you that you could visit me whenever you wanted...but since you arrived you haven't asked me to transform into Wildvine, plus you brought company...What happened?"

Harley pretended not to hear me while Ivy let out a sigh "We escaped from Arkhan, the green-haired madman started an escape so I took the opportunity to leave, I took Harley because she is not safe with the madman...I thought it was a good idea to be away from Gotham for a while." 

Sighing, I covered my face because of the situation they were in.

"...So they escaped from Arkhan, and are possibly being searched by Batman and the Clown..." Looking at her faces I noticed how both of them averted their eyes.

"-I'll get in trouble-" Looking at my food I spoke "You can stay here for a while, but no crimes or I'll hand you over to Batman!" Harley showed her happiness by clapping her hands while Ivy smiled.

Living with two women was something… incredible but at the same time dangerous, especially if they were both villains.

Being a wanted villain, I had asked them not to go out in public during the day, making the city their place of fun at night, of course without committing any crime.

Sitting on a building I looked at Harley who was doing pirouettes in a nearby playground, I decided to ask the question that had been bothering me since they had arrived.

"Why do you say she's not safe with the Clown... I thought they were accomplices?" Looking at Ivy who was playing with a familiar plant she answered me.

"Harleen doesn't think about herself when she's next to him...she was admitted to Arkhan several weeks ago, the clown threw her from the fourth floor, and some boxes saved her from dying" Looking at the woman who continued with her acrobatics, I continued listening to her.

"I thought I had understood what was good for her, but with a flower sent by oblivion that almost killed her, she is a friend... she's special, I don't want to know that she died because of that crazy man" looking at the woman I could only feel a little sorry for her, it was obvious that what made her be with the Joker was her mental instability.

"Well as long as you get her to behave she can stay, I don't think anyone will look for her in this city" Looking at the plant that had Wildvine blood on it I showed her my hand "Can I?" She doubted it for a second but she gave it to me.

The plant seemed to have gained more consciousness since I had seen it as a small branch grew to hold my wrist while I touched its leaves.

"She is happy to be close to you... however, you seem to have mixed feelings before we arrived" Looking askance at Ivy I spoke.

"...It's nothing, just some questions about humanity," she snorted.

"Humans are a plague, they are killing the world little by little, not to mention the various ways they use to kill each other, they are undoubtedly a plague" Ivy's words gave me a pessimistic point of view about humanity, but it was very realistic.

Looking at the plant in my hand I decided to transform so in a flash I found myself in the form of Wildvine opening communication with the plant.

"I'm happy to see Father! Big Father, I'll be just as big and strong." Smiling, I listened to the little plant's babbling while I noticed how Harleen had arrived next to us.

"I know you will be little one" feeling a gaze caress the plant as I turned to find a smiling blonde.

"I see why Red likes you, you're all green!" A moment later my face was in her hands as she approached. "Even though you only have one eye, you're not bad at all." A second later a root separated her from my face while she laughed.

"Stop it Harleen" Looking at Ivy I noticed that she seemed a little upset.

"Don't be jealous red, he's yours and I'm yours!" That surprised me a little but I didn't give it much importance as I noticed how the small plant was asking for my attention so I let them talk.

"I'm here little one" The babbling only increased to my amusement.

Little moments like that made me forget what had happened and were very needed so I hoped it would last as long as possible.

Unfortunately, the next day, an unwanted arrival ruined everything.

While I was patrolling the city stopping small crimes, a small group of people stopped me. As I approached them, I noticed that they seemed to be watching televisions in a store.

"HAHAHAHAHA! Well, I hope everyone is enjoying this bright day, I prefer the darkness of Gotham but business brought me to your city so I can't do anything!" Making my way through the people I could only look worriedly at the Joker's face on the televisions.

"Well, as I was saying, somewhere in this brilliant city my dear Harley is hiding! I think someone is hiding her so I decided to take some people and hide them HAHAHAHAHA!" A moment later the transmission ended causing people to start murmuring worriedly.

"Damn, I didn't think that crazy guy would come before Batman" Walking away from the store I looked for an alien that could help me find those people "No...No...No...this one might help!" Looking at the shape of a small alien I pressed the Omnitrix.

The people were surprised by a green flash that they recognized, so they quickly searched for the resident Hero of their city, encountering a small white being with the symbol they knew on its chest.

A moment later the small being multiplied, causing a large number of them to fill the street while one walked in front of everyone, gaining the attention of his clones and the citizens.

"Echos split up and look for any noise that corresponds to the clown or the hostages, if you find them, sound a sonic beep for the others to follow" The clones only nodded before everyone began to jump down the street, quickly climbing the buildings.

In a matter of minutes, most of the city was looking at the small beings that each stopped at a certain distance to open their mouths. Without them hearing it, the clones used their abilities to create sonar, each of which together should engulf the entire city.

There were only a few minutes before I heard a sound only perceived by me and my clones, so I quickly began to run towards the direction which, to my discomfort, was the docks.

The police who were searching for the hostages still traveled to the place after one of the Echoes told them.

In a matter of seconds, the echoes began to disappear as they encountered the original, causing only the clone that had found the clown's hiding place to exist alongside the real one.

"The clown is in one of the warehouses to the north while the hostages are in a container to the south, from what I could tell they have bombs" A second later the clone disappeared while I returned to my human form worried.

"How long have you been in the city that you've been able to get bombs...unless you're not working alone?" As the police arrived the officer in charge a woman quickly approached.

"Omnaz the police surround the area, do you know where that crazy man is exactly?" Looking at her I nodded.

"The joker is in one of the warehouses to the north of the dock, but the hostages are in a container to the south, but they are being held hostage with bombs" That alerted the officer who quickly tried to call the bomb squad for which I detained her.

"No, I'm in charge of the bombs, let your officers surround the northern part of the docks, I don't want the Joker to find any way to escape" The officer hesitated for a second before listening to me so she began to move her men.

Knowing that I had time, I began to run towards the containers. Being a few meters away, I managed to hear voices shouting for help.

Transforming into Upgrade, I managed to enter the enormous container from which the voices could be heard.

As soon as I entered I met the hostages who had fallen silent when they saw me.

"I know they have bombs, please don't be alarmed, I'm going to deactivate them all." Everyone stayed still while my arms became semi-liquid, encompassing each of the bombs.

"Ok...they're not very difficult...they're...already" Returning my arms to normal, we could all see how the bombs were deactivated as they detached themselves from everyone.

"Well, the police are at the entrance to the docks, go to them" As soon as I opened the container everyone started to leave quickly however a man stopped to give me some bad news.

"Omnaz, that crazy man took a couple...the woman seemed to be pregnant" That worried me greatly.

"Thank you, I'll take care of it, stay safe." As soon as I saw him disappear, I transformed into XLR8 to run towards the warehouses.

[T/N: F*CK!!! This better not be an INJUSTICE WORLD!]

As soon as I arrived I found the entire place surrounded by the police so I approached the officer in charge who greeted me as soon as she saw me.

"Omnaz, we have the entire area surrounded, there is no way for the clown to escape" Releasing a sigh I spoke.

"Understood, I'm going to enter even though there is a situation...I found out that the crazy man has a partner with him so I'll enter carefully." Having informed the officer, I approached the entrance to the dock, taking the form of Four Arms.

As soon as the darkness of the place completely covered my vision while I tried to find the crazy man, taking cautious steps I prepared myself for everything, however, when the lights turned on in surprise I had to clear my vision.

"HAHAHAHA Kid you got here real quick, I gotta say you beat Batman it usually takes him longer to find me!" Following the voice I found the Joker standing on some containers while he laughed.

"Where is the couple you took?" I wasn't planning on wasting any seconds with that crazy guy.

"Those kids bored me very quickly, crying over their baby, so I gave them a smile and they calmed down from then on! Just look at them!" Following the hand of the madman, I found the couple lying in a corner of the warehouse, so I jumped towards them.

From the moment I knew they had been taken, I had a bad feeling, however, I didn't want to be more pessimistic hoping I was wrong.

Unfortunately what I found shook me: the couple was dead, with big smiles on their pale faces, looking at the woman I could see the tears that she had shed before dying.

"...You killed them, tell me why?" Waiting for an answer, the clown's laugh was the first thing I heard.

"HAHAHAHAHA! There's no reason, they just bored me so I silenced them HAHAHAHA!" Those words altered my thoughts.

The deaths that had occurred days before returned to my memory, the brutality, for no reason, and now this couple who had a whole life with an unborn baby, I couldn't stand it.

The Omnitrix let out a small spark before my form changed in a flash stopping the clown's laughter.

In front of him was the form of Humungosaur which was breathing heavily while delicately holding the two bodies.

"...DAMN CRAZY BASTARD, YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS!" A moment later, before the clown could say anything, he found himself between the powerful hand of the being who looked at him with rage.

"H-HAHAHA...come on b-boy just laugh" Those words made me angrier so I didn't prevent my growth by causing the roof to start cracking.

"LAUGH?!" A second later my body destroyed the ceiling, putting all the spectators on alert as I lifted the Joker above me "YOU WILL NOT LAUGH AGAIN!" A second later, ignoring some familiar voices, I threw the clown toward another warehouse through a window.

Several minutes earlier, on the city island…

"Red, this shower is the best, there is no privacy at all in Arkhan!" Leaving her host's luxurious bathroom, Harleen came out without any clothes, leaving her spectacular figure visible to anyone who met her, with Ivy being the only spectator of her.

"Harleen, if you're going out without clothes at least dry yourself, you shouldn't bother Max by having him clean up your messes." Watching the blonde walk to the room they shared, Ivy couldn't help but compare her slender figure with Max's more robust one.

"The best of both worlds" licking her lips she came out of her thoughts as she flipped through the television channels until a local news report stopped her.

"We have reports that confirm that the city police went to the docks thanks to the local Hero Omnaz where the Villain Joker calling himself the Clown Prince of Crime is located" Frozen Ivy could only watch with her mouth open as the image of the clown was presented.

"For those who just tune in to the Joker, I present the video that you will see below" Sensing the arrival of their friend, both women saw the reason why the clown was in the city "It is not known who exactly the Joker is referring to but it is known that where he appears there are deaths, this channel hopes that Omnaz stops him before any misfortune happens."

A moment later the news continued with the news about him, however, the two women were in their own thoughts until Heleen spoke in a low voice.

"He came for me...Red, the deaths that Mr. J causes will be for me" Before the blonde could continue, Ivy silenced her by hugging her.

"That's not true Love, you are not to blame for anything that crazy person causes, you understand" Holding her face she looked at her finding fear in her eyes "Just as I can assure you that Max knows it, so calm down "Giving her a small kiss ended up calming her down.

"S-Should we go or do we stop Mr.J?" Ivy thought about it for a second until she remembered Max's mental state.

"We will go, but not because of the clown, I am worried about Max... his condition worries me" Harleen spoke, surprising her by her words.

"Yes, he suffers a small slip in his psyche due to some type of event that negatively marked him, so he is prone to acting unpredictably guided by his emotions." Looking at Ivy, she looked at her surprised face before huffing. "Hey, I'm crazy but my knowledge about the human mind is still with me".

Laughing, Ivy released her "Come on, Love, we should get dressed, we probably won't be able to come back." Laughing, the blonde followed her to her room.

A few minutes later, both women were sailing through the sea in the boat that had taken them to the island, their destination the city docks.

Minutes before, a few kilometers from Jump City…

Batman was traveling at full speed in his personal Jet, he had already allowed Ivy and Harley a lot of freedom with Max.

"Master Wayne, Excuse the question but why did you allow them to be free for so long?" Listening to the voice of his loyal friend, Batman did not take long to respond.

"Maxwell suffered an emotional shock the night he asked for a vacation from the League, so I investigated, he witnessed some executions, and I was monitoring him because he needed help, however when the Joker escaped I had to leave him" taking a continuous breath.

"I was slightly surprised to find Ivy and Harley next to him, however, they did not cause any crime, they were simply a good distraction for Max, it seems that their presence made what happened to leave his mind, knowing that the Joker escaped to look for Harley, it's logical that he quickly discovered where she was." Batman's voice paused, allowing his butler to think.

"You believe that the Joker can disturb Master Maxwell's mind with his presence" looking forward.

"Yes, it's most likely" Continuing to browse, Batman cut the connection until a few minutes later Alfred spoke again.

"Master Bruce It seems that the Joker has already made his move, kidnapping some people, according to a report from the city he is at the city docks" Batman spoke increasing speed.

"Thank you, Alfred, I must hurry" Ending the call Batman began to press some buttons on his board noticeably increasing his flight speed.

A few minutes later, Jump City Docks…

While the police made sure that no one could leave the docks, they never noticed how a small boat arrived at the scene as well as a jet stopped above them.

As soon as Ivy and Harley walked towards the warehouse where the little plant felt like its father, they ignored the police officers who were yelling at them while Batman appeared in front of them, arresting them.

"Batman, this is not the best time." Harley cut Ivy off with a scream.

"Get lost long ears, we must stop Mr.J!" Batman looked at both women as he took one of the batarangs from his belt.

"You and the Joker will return with me to Arkhan, and" a shout interrupted him.

"...DAMN CRAZY BASTARD, YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS!" The powerful voice was not difficult for the three of them to recognize as the police officers became alert.

"Continue-" again Omnaz's voice interrupted Batman.

"LAUGH?!" A second later a large orange body destroyed the roof of the warehouse near them.

Looking at the dinosaur-shaped being everyone could easily see the Joker in one of his hands while two bodies were held by his other hand.

When they saw how he lifted the clown above him, Batman was the first to move.

"Omnaz stop! Put him down!" Running next to him were the two villains.

"Don't eat him Clock Boy!" Harley moved her arms flustered.

"Omnaz don't kill him!" Ivy was untangling the roots from her arms.

"YOU WILL NEVER LAUGH AGAIN!" A second later everyone saw how the Joker was thrown towards another warehouse while he went through a window.

Harley worriedly ran towards the warehouse being followed by Ivy after she hesitated for a second as she looked at Omnaz.

Batman approached the dinosaur as he walked towards the police to deposit the two bodies.

"I was late...he had already killed them" Everyone could hear the pain in the great being's voice.

"Humungosaur?" Hearing my name I found the same officer from the previous crime call.

Seeing him made me remember the deaths he had seen, as well as the two made by the clown.

"Ask the morgue for three body bags." Getting up, I began to walk towards the windowless warehouse until Batman stopped me by standing in front of me.

"Omnaz, I suggest you stop, your emotional state is not the best, I cannot allow you to kill the Joker" his words were only fuel for my anger.

"And why not! That crazy guy won't get out of this place alive." Pushing Batman away, I continued walking until a small explosion in my back stopped me.

Without turning around I continued walking knowing that he would follow me while I broke the doors of the warehouse, finding the Joker on some boxes while Ivy stopped Harley from approaching.

"HA-HAHAHA BOY WHY ARE YOU LATE HAHAHA" his voice infuriated me as I reached out for my arm to take him.

Being a few centimeters away a wire got tangled in my arm so I stopped while turning around.

"Batman, don't make me fight, that clown must die!" holding his gun Batman looked at me.

"I won't let you travel down that path if I can stop you Max… as soon as you take a life there will be nothing to stop you" Angrily I was going to pull my arm until I felt something else get tangled in my torso so I looked down.

Some thick roots were holding my torso as they traveled towards my shoulders so I looked at Ivy who was looking at me while the roots came out of her arms.

"You should understand me! I will free Harleen from that crazy man" She didn't answer me as she watched Harley struggle with a root that was holding her back.

"He's right, you shouldn't take the path we're on...you better calm down" Those words only made me angrier, I didn't know if it was because of my new DNA or my emotions but I didn't want to stop.

"ENOUGH!" Growing to my maximum height, I stood up abruptly, causing everyone to fly away due to my strength.

The police and reporters who were already surrounding the place looked at the great being in surprise as he destroyed another warehouse just like the villainesses and the dark knight.

Moving my hand to the rubble that used to be a warehouse, I looked for the Joker, who was bleeding a little but without losing his usual demented smile.

"H-HAHA Boy... let's finish HAHAHAHA" his laughter only bothered me more so letting him fall I looked at him while I raised my foot ready to step on him until I noticed something flying at my face so I closed my eyes.

The explosion caused by another of Batman's batarangs didn't hurt me at all but I knew that wasn't his goal.

When the smoke barely disappeared and I had a moment to see a large number of roots attacking me I defended myself.

Holding the closest ones I began to break them as I tried to walk, however when I felt an attack from behind I moved my tail stopping other roots before they could reach me.

Stopping the roots was not very problematic, however the constant explosions caused by Batman distracted me for a few seconds, which were quickly taken advantage of by Ivy as well as my state of anger.

In a matter of minutes, I was completely trapped in a cocoon of roots as I looked at Batman next to a tired Ivy, several meters behind them was Harley with a smiling Joker.

"Will you calm down now or I should call the League" Looking at Batman and being trapped I decided to take a breath.

"I-I...he shouldn't live Batman" he just looked at me before letting out a small sigh.

"I understand you, crossing that line is too easy, after seeing each of the deaths he has caused a desire to kill him was born in me, to torture him in all the worst existing ways and then finish it" calming down a little I looked at him "But I know that If I allow myself to descend to their level I will never return, I will only fall lower."

Surprised, we could only look at Batman, knowing that he was not the only one struggling with this emotion of ending a life. I looked at the Joker who was already handcuffed just like Harley looked at Ivy.

"You can let me go... Pamela," surprised by the use of her name, she released me while I returned to my human form in front of Batman.

"I...there's no way I can thank you both" Batman didn't say anything to me just gave me a shake of his head before looking at Ivy as he pulled out some handcuffs.

"This is how you thank me for helping you." Batman just looked at her to surprise her.

"You already had your pay while being free in this city for several days," she looked at me with annoyance, so releasing a sigh I responded.

"I didn't tell him, he was probably watching me," huffing, Ivy presented her hands to him so Batman handcuffed her for a moment after leaving us alone.

"You still owe me, you hurt my babies" Looking at the villain's angry face I could only laugh slightly to her annoyance.

"Ivy if I owe you one, when I can, I will pay you back." Seeing me, she walked until she was in front of me and then brought her face closer to mine, kissing me, surprising everyone who saw us.

The kiss didn't last long but it was long enough to cause a riot among the journalists shouting questions.

"...I expected to see you fall due to my poison but I'm not surprised to see that nothing happened to you" Smiling, I gently took her arm to take her to the special transport truck.

"I was cautious the first time we met," she huffed as I helped her into the truck where a smiling Harley was watching us.

When I closed the truck I allowed it to start to drive away while I watched Batman pick up Joker to take him personally.

Walking, I reached them when the police allowed him to take him away.

"Boy, you disappointed me, I expected more from you." Looking at Batman, I asked for permission, pointing slightly at the clown, so releasing a sigh he accepted.

In the blink of an eye, my fist embedded itself in the Joker's nose, breaking it, causing it to bleed while he moaned in pain.

"Take him away Batman, but the next time this crazy guy comes to my city I'll leave him quadriplegic" That surprised Batman while the Joker looked at me with blood dripping down his face.

"That's it, clown, I won't kill you, I'll just make you a prisoner of your own body...so I hope to see you again in this city." The Joker looked into my eyes, hoping to see the lie in my words, but when he didn't find it, he just clicked his mouth.

[T/N: POV Batman: That is the way.]

"I don't like the boy anymore, let's go Batman" Knocking out the clown Batman said goodbye while he got into his Jet leaving me alone in a few seconds.

Looking at the police and reporters I could only sigh as I began walking towards them.

Sometime later…

"If I understand correctly, Darkseid, the guy who tried to conquer the earth, brainwashed Superman, comes, asks for help and we are going to give it to him?" sitting on the Jet next to Superman, J'onn and Hawkwoman bound for Apokolips, she was the one who answered me.

"We can't allow hundreds of people to die, it's up to us to help them." Listening to the answer, I looked at Superman who looked alert, ready for anything.

"Okay, and how long will it take us to get there" a white tube of light answered me as we crossed it, appearing on a planet with a red sky.

After a few seconds Superman noticed something as he pointed us in a direction.

In front of us, there was an attack on a ship that connected to the planet with tubes while a shield protected it.

"Looks like Darkseid wasn't lying after all" Looking at Superman I noticed how he unbuckled his belt as he responded to Hawkwoman.

"Appearances are deceiving, let's be alert, Omnaz, stay with J'onn" Nodding I watched as they both left the ship to go towards the battle.

"You are prepared for battle Omnaz" Knowing what he was referring to I responded.

"Yes J'onn, on Batman's advice I have been visiting a Psychologist who is helping me with my concerns" Happy with the answer he looked for a place to land.

"I'm glad to know that you receive the necessary support." Unfortunately, before we could think about landing, we saw how a robot destroyed the planet's army, so J'onn began to chase it while we shot at it.

While we were destroying several robots, I noticed how the ship's force field disappeared, causing the navy to shoot at it. A few minutes later, the ship began to rise to leave while we saw Superman and Hawkwoman fall to the ground.

Lowering the ship they both entered while we followed Brainiac.

[T/N: Oooooo, this will be interesting.]

"I don't think this will be that easy" no one answered me as they watched the ship enter an asteroid belt.

Following it to a giant asteroid we clearly lost it until we discovered that it was not an asteroid when a tractor beam stopped the Jet.

While the Jet traveled through a large tunnel I was able to see some scenes with countless different images.

"There is no response, our controls are overridden" Listening to J'onn I stopped looking at the images.

"What are we going to do now?" Superman was the one who answered Hawkwoman's question.

"What can we do, if not wait" When we came out of the tunnel we managed to see Brainiac's ship which we were quickly approaching to pass to some kind of hangar.

"Let's go but be careful" Coming out of the Jet I was alert to transform at any second.

Traveling towards us came a small platform which we climbed onto to quickly be taken through several rooms to a chamber.

When we arrived I heard a noise followed by a little steam while a green humanoid being appeared, I assumed that was Brainiac.

"Welcome Kal-El" The being wore armor however what caught my attention was the symbol on his head "I once gave you the opportunity to join me to continue the legacy of Krypton, today I renew that proposal" I slowly moved my hand towards the Omnitrix and listened as Superman answered him.

"You're kidding" Brainiac just raised his head causing a screen to show an image before speaking.

"Because you reject your great heritage, the entire history of your planet, its knowledge, and splendor" The more he spoke the more images of what Krypton must have been appeared "Its incredible mystery is encoded within me" An image showed a couple who must have been related to Superman since the man was identical to him.

"Superman, No...!" Hawkwoman's voice caused Superman to raise his hand, silencing her.

"I am Krypton!" There was no doubt that Brainiac thought he was the best there could be.

"You are just a perversion that dishonors the memory of my father and all my people" Brainiac did not seem surprised by the response.

"That is your final decision" Superman took a step and spoke.

"Read my lips, go to …" Brainiac quickly interrupted him.

"Unfortunate, but predictable" A second later some ships appeared ready to attack so I transformed.

In a green flash, my form changed to that of Four Arms to jump towards Brainiac while the others attacked the ships.

"Let's see if you're durable" his arms stretched out holding me while they produced electricity which fortunately didn't affect me greatly.

While listening to the explosions caused by the destruction of the ships, I attacked Brainiac's torso, causing great damage while he retreated. When he tried to attack me with his arm, I tore them off, leaving him defenseless before I destroyed his head.

As soon as I felt the others land next to me I spoke.

"This piece of junk talked a lot, for being so fragile," which made Superman smile. "They think it's all over."

Brainiac's voice sounded a few meters away from us "You are wrong, this hasn't even started" A moment later a large number of Brainiacs appeared surrounding us.

"Well, it was too easy" A moment later the battle began.

The next few minutes were chaotic thanks to the large number of enemies, while they were easy to destroy, their tactic of outnumbering us was a bit effective.

Destroying two bodies by tearing off their heads I noticed how Hawkwoman and J'onn seemed to be having trouble with a group so I jumped in to help them, having freed them we prepared to continue the fight until a familiar tube of light appeared in the room.

A being that I assumed was Darkseid thanks to the information from the watchtower appeared before firing a yellow ray from his eyes which sailed to attack us without thinking I put myself in the way protecting the others from the attack however the power in the ray It made me fly causing me to take the other two with me.

"AHHHHH" The power in that beam hurt me enough for me to lose consciousness.

Sometime later…

"Omnaz, come on, wake up" Hearing a voice I slightly opened my eyes before a great pain made me wake up completely.

"Ahhhh it hurts, my chest" Looking down I found my armor destroyed while my chest showed a large burn.

"Don't worry, Max, your injuries are serious," listening to J'onn, I looked up and found his worried face next to Hawkwoman.

"I-It was Darkseid right?" As J'onn lifted me he answered me.

"That's right, Superman was right, it was all a trap." Standing completely, I heard Hawkwoman's voice.

"Speaking of Superman, where is he?" J'onn touched his temple as his eyes glowed.

"I can't find him, he must be unconscious or…" Knowing what he was referring to, I watched as Hawkwoman took the mace, being followed by J'onn who carried me very carefully.

As we flew we passed through several images and while my mind was trying not to fall into unconsciousness I thought I heard J'onn mention a planet called Thanagar.

As we flew further, a cry of pain began to guide us while J'onn managed to connect with Superman.

"J'onn...leave me hidden, S-Superman needs help" somewhat hesitant but he did so as the two of them flew into battle against Darkseid and Brainiac.

As I listened to the battle begin I could only breathe trying not to lose consciousness knowing that I couldn't help them at the moment.

A few seconds later I felt someone approaching so raising my eyes I saw Superman holding me to start flying.

"You took a big hit, you need medical attention...however, I need to do something" Looking into Superman's eyes and more or less believing what he meant he spoke.

"G-Go ahead, I think we both...want the same thing...after that attack" A second later we both found ourselves flying towards the room where the battle had occurred and then following a path of destruction.

Listening to a fight, Superman left me leaning against the wall while he walked.

Half unconscious I barely heard the conversation between him and Darkseid before the battle began.

Walking slowly I looked out watching the fight between the two beings, which Superman seemed to be losing, that is until he turned it around with a few blows.

A moment later I felt someone running next to me, finding Batman running towards Superman to try to stop him, however, when I noticed that he looked at me I knew he had a quick action plan so using the energy I had left I ran towards them at the moment. Exactly that a tube of light appeared transporting us.

Appearing on what seemed to be land, I let the pain and fatigue take me down, barely noticing how the Omnitrix was flashing yellow.

Several days later…

Thanks to the damage caused by Darkseid's attack I had to take some time in the Watchtower infirmary, the only favorable thing was that nothing dangerous was happening in Jump City.

While I was resting I was aware of Luthor's appearance in Metropolis, however the only thing I could do was rest while the others worked.

Hours later an alarm woke me up so I slowly got up and went to the infirmary computer to find a news story about the others fighting some kind of robot.

"Well, I think I've had enough rest" Looking for a shirt I started walking towards the watchtower hangar, it would take me a few minutes to get to the city.

Metropolis a few minutes later…

The moment I arrived I found a very large gray being ready to fight everyone to get to Lex Luthor.

"S-Stop" my voice, somewhat tired from the entire trip, alerted everyone as I went down to face the being.

"Careful! He can copy powers!" Listening to Flash, I noticed how the being seemed to scan me before approaching, alerting the others.

"You're injured and you have no powers, just a clock too advanced to copy, why do you come to fight if there's nothing you can do?" With his help, I take a seat.

"Y-Yes, I'm hurt, but I never said anything about fighting, you can read my mind right, well do it?" Notice how his eyes sparkled a moment before he spoke.

"I understand, I allow you" Smiling, I touched the Omnitrix, transforming me into Upgrade while he took his seat.

"Let's go," raising his hand, I didn't hesitate to take it and to everyone's surprise, I merged with him, causing my colors to cover his entire body while our minds connected.

"It's incredible, there is reason in the words, everyone is insignificant, but the universe is vast and full of mysteries" the fusion of our voices sounded as we looked at the sky.

"I want to learn, I want to experience everything, I will not be linked to anyone else" A few seconds later I separated from him, returning to my human form while he changed color and began to rise.

"Where is he going?" listening to Flash I watched Amazo disappear into the sky.

"To look for a place to call home" With those words I let the fatigue take me away as I looked at the sky.
