As Jason's reputation within the Hand grew, so did the challenges he faced. While many of the operatives in the organization were skilled, none had the raw potential that Jason had. His Sharingan, coupled with his knowledge of the Naruto world, made him a terrifying force. But power alone wouldn't be enough to accomplish his goals. He needed allies, ones who could help him navigate the complex political landscape of the ninja world.

One such ally came in the form of Kira, a fellow member of the Hand. She was a skilled assassin, known for her stealth and cunning. Jason had watched her work during a few missions, impressed by her ability to blend into her surroundings, her ability to manipulate shadows, and the lethal precision with which she struck.

Kira wasn't like the other operatives in the Hand. She didn't care about the organization's goals. She was interested in power, pure and simple. Jason knew that she could be of great use to him.

The first time they spoke was during a meeting to discuss the next mission. They were assigned to eliminate a rival faction that had been gaining power in the region. The mission was simple, but the stakes were high. If they failed, the Hand's influence would be severely crippled.

Jason turned to Kira after the meeting, his eyes intense. "I know you want more than just to follow orders. I can offer you that."

Kira raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What are you suggesting, Obito?"

"I'm suggesting an alliance," Jason replied. "The Hand is just a stepping stone for me. I'm going to rise higher than anyone here. But to do that, I need someone with your skills. Someone who understands the art of assassination."

Kira studied him for a moment, weighing her options. "And what do you want in return?"

"I want power," Jason said, his voice steady. "And I need allies who can help me get it. Together, we can take control of this world. The Hand is only the beginning."

Kira smirked. "I'll join you. But don't think for a second that I'll follow you blindly. I have my own ambitions."

Jason's lips curled into a smile. "Good. I wouldn't have it any other way."

With that, their alliance was sealed. Together, they would work to strengthen the Hand, all the while laying the groundwork for Jason's eventual takeover of the entire world.
