Dear diary,

We got chickens!

They pecked my hand and it bled. They were so cute!

Ms. Birch said that chickens are modern day dinosaurs. Like, they were dinosaurs a long time ago but then they turned into chickens.

I asked Ms. Birch what dinosaurs are and she said they were like dragons. Say, if I fed a chicken enough food will it turn back into a dinosaur?

I'll make sure to give them tons of food and we'll see. Also my corn are growing pretty well. They're still small and mostly leaves, but when it's time to harvest them I'll give you some.
