Not a Grimoire

Day 172

Dear diary,

Gina's decided to give the house a "little" clean since we still can't go outside.

But I think her definition of little is seriously out of whack. By her definition we have to clean the whole house twice over and maybe third time to make sure it's really clean. We're also fixing up any broken stuff and patching up holes on the walls.

I think she's just been traumatised by the whole kidnapping situation and now she's fixing everything to regain some semblance of control. I don't blame her, in fact I'm quite supportive. If only she would stop the whole child labour thing.

I really don't like wiping stuff over and over again. It's not like we're even going to see the backside of the oven that often. There's no need to make it shine.

Love,

Tina
