After Kronos left, ,
Rhea collapsed to her knees, clutching the fragile baby Zeus. Her wails echoed through the cave, raw and filled with unimaginable pain. She held Zeus close, his tiny body barely glowing with the flicker of life left in him.
"Mother!" Rhea cried, tears streaming down her face. "What have I done? What will happen to him? My other children are alive, but this—this is worse than death! What can I do?" She rocked Zeus desperately, her sobs filling the silent cavern.
Gaia stood by, equally devastated but too stunned to speak. For the first time, she regretted every decision that had led to this moment. "Kronos," she muttered under her breath, "you are officially the worst mistake I've ever made. And I Regret giving birth to YOU."
Suddenly, a voice boomed in their heads, freezing the air around them. It was calm yet commanding, and it seemed to emanate from everywhere and nowhere all at once.
"There is no need to despair, my children. This child is not lost."
Gaia and Rhea gasped as time seemed to stop. The cave grew still, and the flickering torches froze mid-dance. "Who—who are you?" Gaia demanded, stepping protectively in front of Rhea. Rhea held Zeus even tighter, her tears momentarily forgotten in the shock of the moment.
The voice chuckled softly, as if amused by their reaction. "Fear not, Gaia. And Rhea, hold your child close. I am known by many names—the Creator, the Origin, the Weaver of Universes, the One Who start All. But to you, my children, you may call me Chaos."
Both women froze, their jaws dropping in unison. "Chaos? The Lord Chaos?" Gaia stammered, her eyes wide.
"Yes, the one and only," the voice replied, almost smugly. "I'll save you the theological debate. Let's focus on the matter at hand—your son, Zeus."
Rhea's eyes filled with hope as she clung to the tiny child. "You can save him? Truly?" she asked, her voice trembling with desperation.
"Indeed," Chaos said, his voice softening. "But his recovery will take time. Keep him safe in Mount Ida, hidden from Kronos. I have taken the 4% of his remaining soul and kept it with me. I'll raise it, re-create it, and return it to him when the time is right. For now, the 1% left in him will keep him alive, though weak. In your timeline, it will take 10 to 20 years, but I assure you, Zeus will be restored."
Gaia blinked, trying to process the magnitude of what she was hearing. "Wait, so… you're babysitting the other 4% of his soul? You?"
"Think of it as a divine daycare," Chaos quipped. "Though I'm far more efficient. Unlike Kronos, I don't eat children. I will raise himas my Own He will be Known as Your and My Son "
Rhea couldn't help but laugh weakly through her tears. "Thank you… Lord Chaos. Thank you for giving us hope."
"You're welcome," Chaos replied. "But remember, Rhea, it's not just about hiding him. When Zeus grows strong enough, he will face his destiny. And Kronos… well, he'll get what's coming to him. Just keep him safe until then."
As the voice faded, time resumed, and the world around them sprang back to life. Rhea looked down at Zeus, now glowing faintly in her arms. She kissed his forehead, determination replacing her sorrow. "I'll keep you safe, my son," she whispered. "No matter what."
Gaia placed a hand on Rhea's shoulder. "And I'll stand with you, daughter. Kronos may think he's won, but this is far from over. i Will Assign Nymphs for taking his care ".
Outside the multiverse,
Kronos cast 4% of Zeus's remaining essence into the void. The multiverse, vast and infinite, held nothing but chaos itself at its core.
As Chaos observed what had transpired. The remnant of Zeus's essence vanished into the emptiness, leaving behind only the echoes of its existence.
Now, outside all of existence, that 4% remnant coalesced into form, appearing before a hand—a hand that belonged to either Chaos or God.
"What are you holding?" Elizabeth asked, curiosity evident in her voice.
"See for yourself," Chaos, or God, replied.
Elizabeth looked closely. "This… this is the remnant of Zeus's . Not adult Zeus's but the newborn essence of Universe 5021, Universal Layer 9, from the Percy Jackson world."
"Indeed," God affirmed.
"How did this happen, honey?" Elizabeth asked, concerned.
"Well, you see, in that particular universe," God began, "an Disturbance occurred. As one Spider-Man might put it, 'Anomaly' is the right term. The anomaly Happened which disrupted the natural order.
Zeus was supposed to be born on Mount Ida and raised there. However, Kronos discovered this plan and, in a cruel twist, destroyed 95% of Views' newborn essence. He did this as a warning, in front of Gaia, his mother, and Rhea, Zeus' mother, to establish his dominance and begin the prophecy of betrayal and overthrow."
Elizabeth listened intently.
"Kronos cast the remaining 4% of Zeus's essence outside the multiverse—into the void itself," God continued. "Only 1% remains within Newborn Zeus Body , a spark of divinity barely keeping him alive."
"So what are we going to do?" Elizabeth asked, glancing at the 4% essence held by God.
"Watch carefully," God said, holding the essence closer. "This remnant retains only its divinity, though incomplete. Without Zeus's Soul Because its completely Vanished Or destroyed, With that world will perish."
"Then we must act," Elizabeth said urgently.
"Indeed," God agreed. "We will recreate a new soul and raise it. By doing so, we can ensure Zeus's does not turn out like the others—paranoid and full of conflict. Peace must prevail at least in one World. You know how Zeus tends to manifest across the multiverse."
Elizabeth nodded. "How many verses have we created now?"
"Countless," God replied with a faint smile.
As they discussed, a presence interrupted them.
"Father. Mother," Samael called out as he approached.
"Samael," God greeted kindly. "What brings you here?"
"I sensed a soul forming in the void and came to investigate," Samael replied, his gaze fixating on the remnant. "This… it's supposed to be Zeus, isn't it?"
"Indeed," God confirmed.
"What will you do now?" Samael asked, his curiosity piqued as he glanced at Elizabeth.
"We'll Create New soul ," God explained. "Because previous one .It's already vanished, so we must start anew."
"Does this mean he'll be my brother now?" Samael asked, a hint of excitement in his voice.
"Yes, indeed," God replied and chuckled . "But before we proceed, let me inform Gaia and Rhea."
