1. Water Training – Sal implemented a new program where students were forced to train on the water's surface, improving their chakra control from an early age.

2. Advanced Technology – Using the spaceship project, he and Orochimaru managed to develop several new tools for ninja training, such as:

Tablets with interactive study materials.

Automated kunai launchers for more efficient training.

An advanced training room, similar to the one Vegeta used in Dragon Ball, but without extreme gravity—only adjustable weights.

Although gravitational technology was present in the project, it was still too complex to be fully implemented, even with Orochimaru's help.

Moreover, Sal discovered that the spaceship project did not include a weapon system.

"If this spaceship had been designed for war, Konoha would be decades ahead of other villages… But it seems that wasn't its original purpose."
