"What's wrong?"

Inside the Akatsuki base, Konan looked at Nagato, who had a grim expression, feeling a bit puzzled.

"It's Kisame. He brought back the one-tailed jinchuriki."

"What? How dare he?"

Konan seemed very shocked.

Because she knew that Nagato's plan was to wait until the three-tail was revived before capturing the tailed beasts.

The third condition: Gedo Statue is needed to serve as the vessel to seal the tailed beast.
