Raising his ninja blade high, B aimed at Rinjin's heart and stabbed down once more.

"Squish!"

The blade pierced through his heart. Rinjin couldn't hold back anymore, spitting out another mouthful of blood.

As Tsunade's pupils shrank to their limits, Rinjin's face softened, and a faint smile curved at the corners of his lips.

"Don't… don't swallow my blood. It's poisonous."

Rinjin still remembered.

Those experimental subjects from the Jashin Cult—when injected with his blood, their bodies sprouted weeds uncontrollably, eventually turning into bushes.

Tsunade stared blankly at Rinjin's face, feeling as if time had stopped at that moment. Silent tears streamed down her cheeks.

"Rin… Rinjin!" For the first time, she called his name, struggling to stretch out her hand, wanting to touch Rinjin's stiff face.

At that moment, B looked down at the pitiful pair of "lovebirds" with disdain. He stretched out his foot and kicked Rinjin's body aside with a look of disgust.

"Even in death, you're still clinging to each other. How nauseating!

Fine, I'll grant your wish and send you both to the afterlife together."

Saying this, B raised his ninja blade again, aiming for the hollow-eyed Tsunade.

Just then, A, carrying C's corpse on his back, quickly stepped forward to stop B.

"Second brother, the obstacle is dead. Take the hostage and complete the mission!

We're still two hours away from the Fire Nation's border. Don't waste any more time;

If Konoha's reinforcements catch up to us, in our current state, we won't stand a chance!"

Hearing this, the utterly exhausted B sighed and nodded reluctantly.

As the two prepared to carry away the now puppet-like Tsunade, something unexpected happened.

Nearby, Rinjin, who appeared lifeless and no longer breathing, suddenly grinned, his face twisting into a sinister smile as if he had risen from the dead.

In the distance, at the spot where Rinjin had previously fallen, two severed hands were crawling toward each other. They moved eerily and finally formed a hand seal.

"Sword incoming!" A furious roar echoed through the battlefield!

The massive sword that B was holding began to tremble violently. Before he could react, it slammed into him with unstoppable force.

Rinjin had been biding his time, hiding his *Magnet Release* ability, waiting for this exact moment.

After all, once his trump card was revealed, his opponents would undoubtedly guard against it.

And A's mastery of *Earth Release* was far too skilled. Exposing *Magnet Release* prematurely would mean losing his last chance to turn the tables.

So, even when Rinjin was being pummeled mid-air like a live target, he refrained from using his flying sword technique.

As for his severed arms, they weren't left behind by the *Flying Raijin Jutsu*. Rinjin had deliberately left them there, intending to form seals unnoticed.

"Crack!" A crisp sound echoed.

B's head instantly exploded into a thousand bloody fragments, scattering like peach blossoms across the ground.

The massive sword didn't stop there. It continued its trajectory, heading straight for A's head.

A, being older and more experienced, reacted quickly despite his shock.

Ignoring his horror, he rapidly formed a seal with his blood-stained hands and vanished from his spot using a *Body Flicker Technique*.

But there was no way Rinjin would let him escape so easily.

In the distance, his severed hands formed another seal.

"Screw you! Sword Twenty-Three!"

In an instant, the massive sword in mid-air disassembled, transforming into a cloud of iron sand that reformed into ten slender long swords. They shot toward the spot where A reappeared.

The transformation from a massive sword to long swords drastically increased their speed.

Still reeling from the dizziness caused by forcibly using the *Body Flicker Technique*, A barely had time to react before countless flying swords zoomed toward him.

"Damn it!"

"*Earth Release: Earth-Style Rampart!*"

In that moment, A resorted to his most familiar jutsu.

A sturdy earth wall rose up, blocking the incoming swords. Dirt and debris flew everywhere.

Unfortunately, the *Earth-Style Rampart* could only defend one side, while Rinjin's flying swords attacked from all directions.

Using the last of his chakra, A cast an enhanced version of the *Earth-Style Rampart*.

In an instant, earth walls rose on all sides, forming a dome-like barrier that shielded him completely.

The flying swords relentlessly struck the barrier. In the distance, Rinjin's hand seal changed, forming the "Monkey" seal.

The next moment, the ten flying swords split further, transforming into countless short swords that swarmed toward A's earthen dome. Dirt and debris filled the air, but under A's chakra reinforcement, the dome regenerated continuously.

For a moment, the two were locked in a stalemate.

"Still calling yourself 'A'? Today, I'll turn you into 'Red Dragon Tile'!"

Rinjin's chakra surged and then depleted, only to surge again in an instant. Licking his bloodied lips, he was determined to shave A's scalp clean.

Inside the earthen dome, A's face was covered in bulging veins as he desperately squeezed out the last remnants of his chakra.

He refused to believe it. He couldn't believe that this boy, who had been fighting for so long, still had chakra left. He couldn't believe that this severely injured boy could keep going.

Rinjin multitasked, controlling the flying swords to shave "A" while pondering the flaws of his "Sword Twenty-Three" technique.

As a variant application of *Magnet Release*, the technique's full potential hadn't been realized.

After all, Rinjin didn't create this jutsu to show off but as a stepping stone for advancing his *Magnet Release* abilities.

Now it seemed that the technique's power was lacking, and it required too much focus to control.

The reason for its limited power was obvious—his chakra reserves were too low.

Currently, there weren't many ways to increase his chakra capacity.

He could either get his hands on the *Samehada* sword, learn the *Yin Seal* from Tsunade, or go big and seal a Tailed Beast inside himself.

Of these options, Rinjin leaned toward becoming a Jinchūriki.

He had a hunch that if he became a Jinchūriki, he could let the Tailed Beast come and go from his body as it pleased without dying.

But then came the question: which Tailed Beast would be suitable?

The Nine-Tails, with its gruff uncle voice? Definitely not.

The One-Tail, who couldn't keep its mouth shut and loved to babble? No way.

The Three-Tails, with its spiky shell? Too itchy.

The Four-Tails, Son Gokū? Nah, I'm not his "sister-in-law."

The Six-Tails, Saiken? It looks like a pile of white poop. Where would I even seal it?

The Seven-Tails, Chōmei? It's a bug…

The Eight-Tails, Gyūki? Uh…

Thinking it through, Rinjin was stumped. There weren't many good options left.

Should I really learn the *Yin Seal* from Tsunade and become a walking battery?

While Rinjin frowned in thought, A's earthen dome finally stopped regenerating. With a loud crash, it collapsed, revealing A's lifeless body, drained of chakra.

Without hesitation, Rinjin reassembled the flying swords into the massive blade and smashed A into a bloody pulp.

After finishing everything, Rinjin raised an eyebrow smugly and whistled lightly.

"Damn, I'm so cool!"

At that moment, he suddenly remembered something. Tilting his head, he saw Tsunade lying nearby, staring at him as if she'd seen a ghost.

Crap!

Rinjin's heart skipped a beat, and an awkward smile crept onto his face.

"Uh… hey, could you, um, help me pick up my arms?" Rinjin asked weakly.

Hearing Rinjin's feeble request, Tsunade blinked in surprise before nodding vigorously like a pecking chick.

Ignoring her still-numb legs, she stumbled to her feet and tottered toward Rinjin's severed arms.

Watching her shaky figure, Rinjin wiggled his toes and muttered to himself:

"This is so awkward."

But now, a bigger problem loomed before him.

His immortality had been exposed.

What should he do? Kill her?

No, no, that won't work. This girl's already unlucky enough! Besides, the fight had made too much noise. It wouldn't be long before Konoha's reinforcements arrived.

Although they were far from Konoha, they were still within the Fire Nation's borders.

What other options were there? Make her lose her memory?

Jeez, how would I even pull that off?

Seduce her?

Uh… that's not a bad idea!

But this girl grows up to be a money-wasting disaster, completely at odds with my grand plan to become the richest man in the ninja world!

Forget it. Let's just take it one step at a time.

In no time, Tsunade returned, holding Rinjin's arms gingerly between her fingers, as if she were carrying something disgusting.

Seeing this, Rinjin's face darkened.

Damn it! I risked my life to save you, and this is how you treat my two girlfriends—my lifesaving arms???

"Hey, Princess Washboard, help me reattach my, uh… girlfriends… I mean, arms," Rinjin said, struggling to turn around and expose the ninja pouch on his… well, backside.

To Rinjin's surprise, Tsunade didn't get angry for once. Instead, she nodded seriously and reached for the ninja pouch on his… well, backside.

A needle and some thread.

With trembling hands, Tsunade approached Rinjin.

What she didn't know was that Rinjin could have easily reattached his arms himself. He just wanted to mess with her because she had treated his arms with such disdain.

In short, Rinjin was the type to enjoy grossing people out just for fun.
