Naruto :Uchiha's Reincarnation

[This guy... has completely overpowered me. Right now, I'm barely holding on thanks to the power of the Sharingan!]

Haruto gritted his teeth as he fought on, trying to figure out a way out of the situation.

In terms of swordsmanship, his opponent was a rare expert. The weapon the Rain Ninja used was strange and unpredictable. Furthermore, the middle-aged ninja was at his physical peak, far stronger than Haruto. Winning in close combat seemed unlikely.

[I need to think of a way to turn this fight around! Fire Style, Wind Style, swordsmanship, illusions...]

Haruto's mind raced. They were still deep within the Rain Country. The heavy rain and soaked ground provided an advantage to Water Style techniques. Using his best jutsu, Fire Style, could be problematic in this environment.

As for Wind Style, he was not yet proficient enough to rely on it in direct combat, though it was useful for boosting his Fire Style. His swordsmanship was on par with the enemy, but that wouldn't be enough to clinch victory. That left him with only one viable option: genjutsu.

Before Haruto could make a move, the battlefield shifted again.

"Ahh—!" A scream echoed as a Rain Village genin was consumed by a swarm of black insects. Another genin, distracted by the scream, was struck down by Furukawa, his head separated cleanly by a swift slash. The last genin, now alone, was overwhelmed by Ketasu and the others, and fell after only a dozen moves, his throat torn by Inuzuka Ryo's sharp claws.

", what should we do now? Should we help Haruto?" asked Furukawa, glancing at the three ongoing battles.

Inuzuka Zhu looked toward Nami Aburame, who remained still, her insects swirling around her in preparation.

"The Chunin that Haruto is fighting is incredibly strong! Even Haruto is struggling. My suggestion is that Ita and I take over Tiemen's fight. Tiemen can back up Haruto, and with his Byakugan, he can counter the enemy's tricks. Nami can assist from a distance with her insects. With all that, we should be able to defeat the strongest Rain Ninja. Once he's down, this fight is over!"

Aburame Nami silently controlled her insects toward Haruto's opponent, while Kazesai Ita and Inuzuka Zhu rushed to confront the tall Rain Ninja.

"Tiemen, go help Haruto take down that Rain Ninja with the umbrella!" Ita shouted as he and Zhu moved to fight the tall Rain Ninja, their ninja dogs alongside them.

"No need, we'll take him on together," Tiemen responded calmly, glancing at the tall ninja in front of him before turning away.

"Hey! You think you can just ignore me?" the tall ninja bellowed in frustration, but suddenly, his body froze.

"Wha—"

"You've been caught by the secret acupuncture technique of the Hyuga clan," Ita said with a smirk, decisively ending the Rain Ninja's life with a swift cut.

Meanwhile, the middle-aged Rain Ninja realized that the tide of battle was turning against him. He attempted to break through Haruto's defenses multiple times but was blocked at every turn.

The sharp clang of clashing metal rang out as Haruto parried the Rain Ninja's attack with his wakizashi. He swiftly rolled out of the way of the following strikes, narrowly avoiding defeat.

The Rain Ninja, desperate to escape, found his path blocked by a swarm of black insects.

"Damn it!" he cursed, pressing a mechanism on his umbrella and throwing it into the air.

"Ninjutsu: Thousand Palms of Rain!"

A barrage of senbon needles shot out of the umbrella, shredding many of the insects. But before the Rain Ninja could flee, a barrage of powerful strikes appeared before him.

"Soft Fist: Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms!"

The Rain Ninja barely dodged the attack from Hyuga Tiemen, but he was now trapped.

Across the battlefield, the other Rain Ninja was struck down by Furukawa and the two Inuzuka clan members, ending his resistance.

Now alone, the middle-aged Rain Ninja knew his fate was sealed. Without his teammates, he would be overwhelmed by the Konoha ninjas. Still, he was determined to take some of them down with him.

Ripping open his shirt, he revealed a detonating tag strapped to his chest. But both Haruto and Hyuga Tiemen were prepared. Reacting instantly, they grabbed their teammates and retreated.

The Rain Ninja tried to chase them but was delayed by Nami's swarm of insects. With no other choice, he activated the detonating tag.

"Boom!"

"Secret Technique: Insect Wall!"

"Earth Style: Earth Wall!"

A sturdy wall of earth, reinforced by a barrier of insects, rose to meet the explosion. The combined defenses blocked most of the blast, though the shockwave still sent the Konoha ninja flying.

Haruto groaned as he stood up, using his wakizashi to steady himself. The battlefield was a mess, with mud and debris scattered everywhere.
