Uchiha Family Residence

Two young boys, one tall and one short, returned from outside the village and walked into the Uchiha family residence.

The tall boy had a forehead protector on his head and wore a green jonin vest. He had short hair and a prominent round nose. There was a sword on his back.

The slightly shorter boy also wore a forehead protector. He was dressed in black clothes underneath and a grey vest over them. He had slightly long medium-length hair, handsome features, and bore a vague resemblance to Uchiha Fugaku.

These two were Uchiha Shisui and Uchiha Itachi, who had just returned from a mission.

"Shisui."

"Itachi."

Along the way, the Uchiha clan members greeted the two geniuses warmly, proud that their family had produced such exceptional talents. Little did they know, these two were actually ungrateful wolves.

One was brainwashed by the Third Hokage and had become a diehard fan of him, attempting to control his clan members with Kotoamatsukami. In the future, he would kill his fellow clansmen and even his parents, destroying the Uchiha clan, and becoming the culprit behind its downfall.

After they left, Uchiha Fugaku stood in the yard, his face calm, but his mind racing. The return of Uchiha Shisui and Uchiha Itachi made him feel uneasy.

Uchiha Itachi had not yet awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan and posed no threat to him, but Uchiha Shisui was different. The eye technique of Kotoamatsukami, which could permanently modify one's will, was a "Sword of Damocles" hanging over his head.

He didn't want his will to be tampered with. If that happened, he would no longer be himself but just a puppet.

"How can I avoid having my will modified by Kotoamatsukami?" Uchiha Fugaku pondered.

If he wanted to avoid having his will modified by Kotoamatsukami, the best way was to kill Uchiha Shisui, who possessed Kotoamatsukami, and then destroy or take control of his eyes.
