NOVEL NEXT Chapter 1: rebirth and awakening
You know, I always believed that nature was unbiased and only took back what was hers. But gods? Gods are biased as hell. I must've angered them somehow because from the start of my day, everything went wrong. First, I was walking to the store when, out of nowhere, an earthquake hit. A chunk of the street rose up and a 16-wheeler ramped off it, heading straight for me. I barely managed to barrel roll out of the way in time.
Next, during my daily nap in the forest, I woke up feeling unusually cold. Opening my eyes, I saw lightning crackling above and smelled chlorine. Rolling to the side just in time, three lightning bolts struck where I had been sleeping. So much for my peaceful nap.
The last straw was a satellite falling three feet in front of me with no warning, knocking me back. After all that, you'd think a misfired bullet from a neighbor cleaning his gun wouldn't happen, right? Wrong. That's how I died.
You know, I don't even know how long I've been here. Seconds? Minutes? Hours? Days? Months? Years? Decades? Centuries? Millennia? All I know is there's nothing here, and it's cold. At first, unbearably so, colder than the coldest part of Antarctica.
Through meditation and senjutsu training I learned from watching Naruto, I adapted to the cold. Eventually, I could create ice and snow, though it was hard without much water.
One day, while practicing, I heard a voice behind me. "Well damn, I didn't expect someone to last over a billion years here. I thought you'd go insane after the first month." Turning, I saw a smoking hot goth girl. It took me a second to realize it was Death of the Endless.
"Did you say I've been here for a billion years?" I asked, praying I misheard.
"Nope, you've been here for exactly 1,359,538,883 years, 5 months, 29 days, 12 hours, 34 minutes, and 45 seconds. Well, 1,359,538,883 years, 5 months, 29 days, 12 hours, 35 minutes, and 12 seconds now. Anyway, you died because a couple of gods were arguing, causing their powers to flare up and affect Earth. As compensation, I'll send you to a random world of the anime you watched with nine ability slots. So, do you want to take it or not?"
I didn't have to think long. This could determine if I died early or rose to the top. As soon as I agreed, a screen appeared with six slots for abilities and one for the world. The slots spun rapidly until they stopped, and my eyes widened at my picks.

" Death asked and i immdently choose conquorer's since with my six eyes plus infinity sensing isn't that important and i can also use the six eyes to use chakra enchased strength so armament isn't need as of now but conqueror haki is insanely broken and if i can create the techniques i always thought off or read in a fanfiction i am damn near guaranteed to be strong.after i made my choid i heard a snap before I blacked out.
When I opened my eyes, I was in a dark room dimly lit by torches. Trying to move, I realized I couldn't. The familiar connection everyone has with their body wasn't there. After several attempts, I gave up and waited.
Hours later, a man and a woman, both gravely injured, entered. The man had deep cuts all over and was missing an eye, while the woman had burn marks and deep cuts, her clothes drenched in blood. The man held a jar with black kanji, a seal from what I knew of them.
"We're out of time. We need to seal the Six Tails in him now," the man said. The woman nodded, tears streaming down her face, knowing she was signing her son up for a fate he didn't deserve and that neither of them would live to see him grow up.
The woman, despite her tears and visible pain, began to prepare for the sealing ritual. She whispered soothing words, her voice breaking as she spoke. The man, with determination etched on his face, started to chant, activating the seal.
I felt a strange energy envelop me, a mix of warmth and an icy chill. The room started to glow as the kanji symbols on the jar lit up. The energy flowed from the jar into me, and I felt an overwhelming presence take root within my body. It was the Six Tails, a powerful entity that now resided within me.
"Forgive us," the woman sobbed, her hands trembling as she placed them over the seal on my abdomen. "We wanted a better life for you, a chance to grow up without this burden."
The man, his voice strained from the pain, looked at me with a mixture of regret and hope. "Survive, Jinx. Grow strong. One day, you'll understand why we had to do this."
As the ritual came to an end, the last of their strength faded. The man slumped to the ground, his lifeless eyes staring into nothingness. The woman, her tears still flowing, kissed my forehead one last time before collapsing beside him.
I lay there for what felt like an eternity, trying to process what had just happened. The room was silent except for the crackling of the torches. Slowly, I began to regain control of my body. I moved my fingers first, then my hands, and finally, I sat up.
Looking around, I saw the lifeless bodies of the man and woman—my parents. I didin't feel attached to the man since like in my past life i didn't either but the woman i felt sad over since i was attached to my mother since she taught everything i know from how to please a woman, how to make men give what ever you want without fucking them and even how to assassinate someone plus more.i then felt a sting in my eyes after remembering my mother and how she was probably suffering after my death and my vision became more clearer When i looked around the room i saw some gardening equipment along with a shovel so I dragged them out of the room and buried them near a sakura tree that surprised me. After i finished burning them i looked back at their house that i awoken underneath and started explore and just saw that my father which was named Takumi uchiha who great grandmother was mito uzumaki little sister along with him being the twin brother of mikoto uchiha the mother of sasuke and itachi. And while he got some benefits of the uzumaki bloodline his sister didn't

I slowly walk over to it using the walls as support and trying to ignore the heaven defying headache i'm having. When i got to the mask i read the note and it was a suppression mask that would make my eyes more enhanced but not overload my brain. I quickly put the mask on and it took a couple minutes for the headache to go away then i breathed a sigh in relief then looked around my house one more time to see i forgot something but i didn't find anything until i stepped on a loose floorboard which i then ripped out and there was 18 scrolls in it.

The last four scrolls were different with two of them being summoning scrolls for the crow's and a branch of the fox clan call arctic foxes. The next was a stolen method for black lightning that my mother got from infiltrating the hidden cloud a decade ago and my father copied it before putting it back then leaving the cloud. And from the contents it was like how many people thought and black lightning was a kekkei genkai but no one new the elements besides lightning but it seems the other method was yin but it was more complicated then most other kekkei genkai where the user had to condense lightning while also vibrating it with making it go out of control but controlled at the same time drastically increasing piercing and pure destructive power.
The last scroll was a theory on how to get the mangekyou without killing someone and it required a very power genjutsu or method to make your emotions become agitated enough to trigger the legendary eyes. There was also a small note saying that even though he didn't use the method my father also had the mangekyou which he got at the same time as his sister when their mother died. A idea then came to me and remembered that there was a jar of medical liquid in the bathroom then quickly went back to my father's grave then dug up his grave and plucked out his eyes and put it in the medical liquid then put the dirt over the grave again then put the liquid in the inventory that i discovered when looking through the house. The storage space was basically another dimension where time didn't exist so anything would retain their previous state but they have to be non-living or dead kinda like isshiki's storage space.
I then left the house and started to go into a random direction letting the wind guide me and was curious about where i would end up.after a couple of hours i arrived at a lake and decided to stop since and took out a rice ball that was in the refrigerator back at my house along with a lot of other food i stored up. "Hmm i should start practicing my ninjutsu i don't when i will face bandits or worse rouge ninja. I mean i got infinity, blue and cleave plus dismantle but i also can't waste my gifts just because of that!..... Wait, do i have my own curse technique?" i thought in my head before trying to see if had a system but i didn't know the activation word so I just used the generic phrase and thought "info" and immediately a window opened.

I took a quick look at my info before my eyes landed on 5 sections: my chakra, tailed beast and elements, cursed energy and bloodlines. For my chakra it was not surprising that it was in the upper tens of thousands but i had no reference to measure. As soon as i thought it another screen popped up.

My mouth hanged at the information but was glad that i had a reference for future development and explains my chakra level since i was only a distant relative of the uzumaki's so i probably had like regular anbu level chakra i mean look a boruto who can't spawn anywhere near the shadow clones of his father even thought he's a quarter uzumaki but i plan to fix that either it be though quest or some orochimaru assistance and use karin's or naruto's blood. To be honest i honestly forgot about saiken since them since their not really shown but from what is shown would really help my ice release since i could either use his acid release imbued with my ice or imbue my ice with his bubble release and spread it out more and make it more unavoidable and versatile. I took a second look at my bloodline and the thing that worried me was the six eyes since if it was a bloodline that means it can get passed down which could be dangerous for future descendants but the most dangerous thing was the potential for another six eye's users after people find out about my dojutsu since it's inevitable and i ain't going to be like the others and try my hardest to hide my abilities but i would keep my head low until i get some backing. However the only ones i could go to was konoha more specifically the uchiha clan and hoped i can stay with my aunt.
I sigh and sat down near the river and got into a meditation pose and closed my eyes and relaxed my body.after a while i felt the terrain under me turn softer so i opened my eyes and saw a snowy landscape with pitch black trees with snow falling from a huge storm cloud that flashed dark magenta lightning but the most eye catching thing was the eclipsed son that had light falling from the sun that lead to a mountain range and from what i can see there was a huge crater impact in the middle.
"Why does this remind me of dark souls…..yea this definitely reminds me of the soul of cinder boss arena…. I like it" i said and i noticed a presence in a large cave at the base of the mountain range. I walked up to the cave and the presence i felt before was becoming more tense but another thing that was odd was that like a light pink substance was dripping from the walls but i only kept a watchful eye so i don't step in it since this should be saiken's acid and i don't know if i can't be effected in my mindscape or not. After a while i came to a large cavern with the strange slime in multiple parts of the cavern and in the middle was a large slug in the middle of the room and looks like it's sleeping.
I walked up to the slug and when i got 10 meters away it woke up and looked at me.
"hmmm when those two idiots stole me from my previous host i thought they would seal me within themselves didn't expect to be sealed in a child espelly their child since everyone powerful enough knows that the ideal time to seal a tailed beast is 6 and below any higher would make the risk to high" saiken said and from the tone of voice even though was high pitch was definitely more female so i'll just go with a her.
"Well it was a last minute plan from what i could tell plus i don't see why we can't get along. I mean we didn't do anything to each other so there shouldn't really be any problem for us to corporate?" i said to saiken and i could see that took her by surprise then moved closer to me and spoke. "Hmmm normally humans would demand my power and chakra rather then ask for a partnership? Your a interesting human you even remind me of the oldest of the old man when he was younger, that mischievous brat always knew how to get his way. Even his younger brother picked it up from him but his kind nature made him more likeable " saiken said and my eyes widen when i heard the last part since if memories are correct the old man the tailed beast refer to is hagoromo and if i remind him of the oldest he must mean indra which is probably the highest complement for a uchiha with the next highest being madara.
"So how about it, you cooperate with me and when i learn the summoning jutsu and i can summon you out and let you roam free. So that sound like a fair deal" i asked saiken and in response she moves one of her hands towards me and i shake it signing the deal." May I ask your name?" saiken asked with curiosity and i look back to my bodies memories and saw that i took my fathers last name uchiha and even my first name stayed the same."Jinx uchiha pleasure to meet you and i assume you have a name" i said pretending to not knowing her name since it would look suspicious. "My name is saiken little Jinx, I'm curious how far you will go" saiken said and after hearing her words i left my mindscape and appeared by the river again and after calming down i looked at my stats again.

"Hmmm it looks like saiken gave a boost to my chakra along with giving me a kekkei genkai which should be upgrades to water release then kekkei genkai. But i should start practicing" i thought and then i had to choose which element i should try first and i didn't want to start with ice since my body already knows the proportions of the kekkei genkai with water being 60% and wind 40% but i also found out that if i could visualize how that chakra could be transformed into anoter jutsu it makes it easier to master. I discovered this by mere curiosity when after 20 minutes of thought i decided to go with water since it was the base of ice release and could make mastering the kekkei genkai easier.
I took out the scroll of the water dragon bullet then activated my sharingan and memorized it after a couple looks over then put it away and did the hand seals slowly first and immediately when it was over a 2 meter water dragon appeared. i could barely keep my excitement in check since this was my first jutsu and it was a dream come true. A memory came to mind when I read a fanfic about a uchiha saving chakra by reusing chakra in jutsu he already used using his sharigan to accurately mold it. After my my moment of reminiscing i activated my one tomoe sharingan and saw a faint dark magenta energy surrounding the water dragon while also having a faint trail back to me which made sense since i never let go of the final handsign of the water dragon jutsu making the chakra drain constant to maintain it's form but it wasn't that big of a deal since with the six eyes even while sealed thanks to the mask i really only used 0.8% of my chakra every couple of seconds. I then tried to reform the justu in the water dragon into the water shark bullet but as soon as i go to the second seal of the water shark bullet the water dragon exploded sending water everywhere.
"Hmm looks like my handsigns need to be faster for that…or master the jutsu's…." i thought before remembering i hadn't checked my skills menu so i thought about it and a screen appeared with a list of skills that i had.
All though my skills match what i got from death what really got my attention was on my curse technique which looks like aizen's shikai but i can actually trick a person own brain to harm themselves but that would probably only work on fodder shinobi but it can also work even powerful ones i just need to know their fears or atleast make something that effects them but also the restriction of only horror based creations are somewhat limiting. to most people who arn't me since what most people don't realize is that horror is one of the most expansive genres since anything could be turned to horror from a ball rolling passed you to the very ground you walk on turing into a giant plant eating monster the possibilities were pretty much endless. The only thing that worries me is the lost of sanity since it would make me more reckless and in a world like naruto thats a death sentence and it's not like my current level of sanity is from what my therapist considers smart and isane with little to no morals which is different from inane ande smart with smart and insane mean that their genius has no bounds and could be for the most good or the most evil with those people being neutral evil while insane and smart could is someone who became smart with their madness since their mind became unbound by the worry of principles and morality and those kind of people are just evil.'the two prime examples is harley quinn and the joker with harley quinn being smart and insane and the joker being insane and smart.
Another example would be like madara, obito, pain,orochimaru vs someone like danzo….which should be enough said.
Another thing that caught my attention is what looks like reincarnation skill which mostly every reincarnation gets in anime or fanfics like rimiru's great sage and predator or they get a benefit no one else has or is limited in their new world. Mine seems to be a lesser version of maharaga's adaptation but mines has more benefits this his since i can copy abilities and techniques as long i meet the requirment for them or it's translated into another ability. Also with the sharigan and six eyes i could potentially copy it faster but probably only when it came to physical based techniques like swordsmanship and would need further data to test to see if it applies to elemental abilities.
The last thing that caught my attention was the incomplete moon breathing which didn't make sense at first until i read the end carefully and it hit me that i need kokushibo's blood demon art or at least something close to it to achieve full moon breathing. A sudden thought came to me if i got a shop or anything and to test it i thought about a shop and another window popped up that had only two sections activated and that was skills and jutsu.
