Naruto: The Gamer Hokage

"Kakashi was a genius but so what? He failed every team before yours because he emphasizes teamwork over everything. But, even he didn't realize it until he lost everyone."

"You had the entire village sucking you off. But what did you do? Unlike me, you were loved by everyone. But what did you do? Unlike Hinata, you had the confidence to ask anything from the village but what did you do?"

"Unlike Kiba, you had an amazing talent in Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu but what did you do? You did nothing, Uchiha Sasuke. You did nothing and you are asking why am I strong?"

"Do you want to hear the truth Sasuke? If you had asked others for help. If you had used your clan influence for something good, you would've surpassed Chunin Level strength or maybe even have strength closer to that of a Special Jonin by now."

"But, you did nothing. And, now no matter how much you try, you can't surpass me. Because unlike you, I have made friends who would help me, met teachers who would help me and understand where the true strength comes from."

"You are only strong when you are desperate to protect someone you love. In my case, it is people who understand me and my dream."

At this moment, Kakashi didn't know whether to feel proud or devastated. Because what Naruto said truly inspired him but he could see the look of devastation in Sasuke's eyes.

Naruto was harsh, extremely harsh and it was the first time someone was this harsh against Sasuke.

On the other hand, Kurenai was smiling the whole time. She was really glad she stuck with Naruto. While she didn't have a lot to do with his strength, she was glad to be part of his growth.

Before this mission, she hadn't felt very useless but right now, she wanted to improve her strength, be useful to her team, and help them grow.

"Maybe you are right, Gaki. Before this, I always believed that Haku was nothing but a tool to me. But, deep down, I was taking this mission so I could end my Missing-nin role once and for all to give Haku a better life."

"You should leave as fast as you can. I don't want to see the villagers spot you."

Zabuza and Haku nodded. Before they left, Zabuza gave a slight nod and said.

"Thanks for everything, kid, no, Naruto Uzumaki!"

Naruto smiled as Haku used Body Flicker to disappear from the bridge.

Twenty minutes later, the villagers came to the bridge and saw the damage done to the village.

Naruto also gave the wealth that he had promised to Tazuna. It was just an act since he had already given it.

"So, are we going to leave now?" Kiba looked at Naruto and asked.

"Ahem! I am still your Jonin Sensei, Kiba." Seeing his student asking Naruto for instruction made Kakashi embarrassed.

"Since the threat of Gato is down, we can leave. But just in case, let's stay until the bridge is finished. We can also use this time to train." Naruto didn't care about Kakashi's embarrassment and replied.

Naruto, Shikamaru, Hinata, Kiba, and Sakura left.

"So, how does it feel to lose the command over your genin?" Kurenai looked at Kakashi and chuckled.

"Does this happen every time with you?" Kakashi asked.

"Yeah! Unless he needs the advice, Naruto usually leads the team and that team includes me and Tenzo." Kurenai nodded her head.

"He is really strong. He is already leading a team and has good knowledge of politics. Do you want to report it to Hokage?" Kakashi asked.

"Of course! Naruto doesn't care about it. He is open with Hokage about most of the things that he does. Otherwise, he wouldn't have told us about the contract." Kurenai answered.

Kakashi frowned suddenly and asked.

"Isn't he afraid that Hokage will do something against him for this contract?"

Kurenai rolled her eyes and asked.

"What can Hokage do against him? He has already proven to be stronger than most Jonin including myself. He has a powerful mind and knowledge of Konoha."

"Most importantly, he is a Jinchuriki. If Hokage wants to punish Naruto, he would have to reveal the inside details about the contract and this could lead to major consequences against Naruto which even Hokage wants to avoid."

Hearing her words, Kakashi's eyes widened as he asked.

"So, you mean to say he did everything knowing Hokage can't do anything against him?"

Kurenai shook her head and said.

"Hokage can do a lot of things but he also has a way to get what he wants. That's how he was able to train Kyubi's power."

Kakashi looked a bit worried.
