Chapter 7: Chapter 7: Chakra Awakening

Kenta stood in the expansive garden of his family's estate, his small frame straight and his fists clenched tightly in anticipation. At four years old, he was still tiny, but his eyes sparkled with determination.

His focus was on the figure standing before him—a stern-looking Leaf jonin named Hiroshi Sarutobi, who had been hired by his mother to oversee Kenta's chakra awakening.

Hiroshi had the kind of no-nonsense demeanor that made Kenta immediately want to mess with him, but for now, he decided to keep his mouth shut.

Chakra awakening was a delicate process, and even Kenta, with his vast knowledge of Martial Arts from his past life, understood that this wasn't something to be taken lightly.

'Its really fun being a noble. I did not even have to ask to get my chakra unlocked or something. Well, If you are a noble and current Damiyo's Grandson, You would definitely need something to help protect you. I remember Mom saying that I at least had to know how to break from minor genjutsus so that no one tricks me.' Kenta thought

"All right, young master," Hiroshi said, crouching down to meet Kenta's eye level. "Are you ready to awaken your chakra?"

Kenta nodded firmly, his jaw set. "I was born ready."

Technically, He was really born ready since he wanted to train from the moment he was born.

Hiroshi's eyebrow twitched slightly, but he chose not to comment. Instead, he gestured for Kenta to sit down. "This process is straightforward, but it requires focus. Chakra is a mixture of physical energy from your body and spiritual energy from your mind. Right now, your body hasn't naturally started producing chakra because you're still young. My job is to guide you through the process of combining those two energies."

Kenta crossed his legs and sat on the grass, his hands resting on his knees. He took a deep breath, calming himself. "Got it. Physical energy and spiritual energy. Mix 'em together and bam—chakra."

Hiroshi gave him a deadpan look. "It's a little more complicated than that, but yes, that's the basic idea. Now, close your eyes and focus. I'll guide you through the process."

Kenta did as he was told, closing his eyes and taking slow, measured breaths. He could feel Hiroshi's presence nearby, his voice steady and calming as he explained what to do.

"Focus on your body," Hiroshi instructed. "Feel the energy within your muscles, your heartbeat, the flow of blood through your veins. That's your physical energy. Now, focus on your mind. Your thoughts, your memories, your emotions—that's your spiritual energy. Try to visualize the two energies as separate streams."

Kenta concentrated, his young mind surprisingly sharp as he followed Hiroshi's guidance. He imagined two streams—one bright and golden, representing his physical energy, and the other dark and shimmering, representing his spiritual energy.

"Now," Hiroshi continued, "imagine those two streams coming together, intertwining. Let them merge into one."

Kenta took a deep breath and did as he was told. The streams in his mind's eye began to twist and swirl together, forming a single, glowing current of energy. It was faint at first, but then it surged, a powerful warmth spreading through his tiny body.

His eyes snapped open, and he gasped as the energy coursed through him. It was overwhelming, like a floodgate had been opened inside him. He could feel it—chakra, his own chakra, flowing freely for the first time.

Hiroshi's eyes widened slightly as he stepped back. "That's … quite a lot of chakra for someone your age."

Kenta looked down at his hands, clenching and unclenching them as he felt the energy buzzing within him. "Whoa," he muttered. "This is … awesome."

Hiroshi frowned, clearly intrigued. "Young master, most children your age barely produce enough chakra to light a candle. You, however…" He trailed off, studying Kenta carefully. "I'd say you already have the chakra reserves of a genin, if not more."

Kenta blinked, his mind racing. 'Wait, what? Genin-level chakra? At four? Did I have a tailed beast inside me?' That didn't make any sense. He knew chakra was a mixture of physical and spiritual energy, so where was all this chakra coming from? His physical body was still small and underdeveloped, so the only explanation was … his spiritual energy.

Suddenly, it clicked.

'It's because I died.'

Kenta's hands tightened into fists as the realization hit him. When he died in his previous life, he had no idea how much time had passed between then and his reincarnation. For all he knew, it could have been years, decades, or even centuries. In that time, his soul—his spiritual energy—must have grown immensely, far beyond what a normal child his age would have.

"That bastard," Kenta muttered under his breath, thinking of the god who had reincarnated him. "He knew this would happen."

"What was that?" Hiroshi asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Nothing," Kenta said quickly, shaking his head. "Just thinking out loud."

Hiroshi nodded but didn't press further. Instead, he gave Kenta a small smile. "You've done well, young master. Your chakra awakening was a success. But remember, having a lot of chakra isn't everything. You'll need to train your body to keep up with it. Otherwise, you'll burn out quickly."

Later that evening, Kenta sat in his room, flipping through a book his mother had gotten for him at his insistence. It was a comprehensive guide to chakra basics, detailing everything from chakra theory to practical applications. He had pestered her for weeks to get it, and now he was devouring its contents like a starving man at a buffet.

As he read, his suspicions were confirmed. Chakra was indeed a mixture of physical and spiritual energy, and the ratio between the two was crucial. If one's spiritual energy far outweighed their physical energy, the resulting chakra would be unstable, inefficient, and difficult to control. Worse, it would limit future chakra capacity and lead to a weak, easily fatigued body.

Kenta groaned, slamming the book shut. "So that's why the god told me to start training my body as soon as possible. My spiritual energy is off the charts, but my physical energy is pathetic. If I don't fix this imbalance, I'll end up wasting most of my chakra and collapsing after a single jutsu. Not to mention with pathetic physical energy, I would not be pretty good at Taijutsu which is my speciality."

He leaned back in his chair, running a hand through his hair. "Great. So now I've got to train like a maniac just to get my physical energy to catch up. Thanks a lot, God. Really appreciate it."

Despite his frustration, Kenta couldn't help but feel a flicker of excitement. Sure, the situation wasn't ideal, but it was an opportunity. If he could balance his physical and spiritual energy, his chakra capacity would skyrocket. He'd be able to perform jutsu with greater efficiency and endurance, and his body would become stronger and more resilient.

"This is going to suck," he muttered, cracking open the book again. "But it'll be worth it. Time to start training."
