Naruto: Starting By Saving Mikoto

Chapter 84: Chapter 84 Kyubii

While the conversation continued, Hiro turned his attention toward Naruto Uzumaki. He was curious—curious to see what the legendary Nine-Tails looked like, even though he knew the risk.

But Hiro had always believed that with risk came power and understanding.

As his Mangekyo Sharingan flickered to life, locking onto Naruto, a sudden shift took place within the sealed space of the Nine-Tails. Deep inside Naruto, Kurama's colossal form stirred, its ears twitching at the disturbance.

The moment those swirling, eyes focused on it, Kurama's own crimson eyes snapped open, blazing with unbridled fury.

Kurama's chakra exploded violently, like a tempest unleashed. The sheer force of it reverberated through Naruto's subconscious, dripping with hatred and venom.

"Those cursed eyes!" Kurama bellowed, its voice seething with rage. "How dare you look at me with the Sharingan! You wretched Uchiha filth—always trying to control me, enslave me!"

The beast's anger surged, its massive claws scraping against the bars of its cage, as if trying to tear free from its prison.

Naruto flinched, feeling Kurama's overwhelming fury bubbling inside him like an inferno.

His eyes momentarily flickered red as Kurama's chakra began to bleed, responding instinctively to the provocation.

The pressure in the air grew thick, suffocating, as the malicious energy of the Nine-Tails threatened to spill over.

Hiro, sensing the immense spike in negative chakra, quickly deactivated his Mangekyo, leaning back slightly. The air around Naruto grew thick with pressure as Kurama's malicious energy seeped into the real world.

Jiraiya, sensing the sudden shift, moved swiftly. With a flurry of hand signs, he slammed his palm onto Naruto's stomach, reinforcing the seal and pushing back the leaking chakra of the Nine-Tails.

Tsunade watched the scene unfold, her eyes narrowing. She turned toward Hiro, who sat there innocently, as if he had done nothing. But she knew better. It had to be him—he had done something.

"Jiraiya, are you here to cause havoc?" Tsunade's voice cut through the tension, her sharp gaze flickering from Hiro to the flustered Naruto.

"Apologies for the inconvenience, but this matter is serious. I'm not joking, Tsunade. You should come with us and be the Fifth Hokage," Jiraiya insisted.

Tsunade's gaze hardened as she looked at Jiraiya. "You think I'd want to be Hokage? After everything those old fools did?" Her voice dripped with disdain.

"Look at what they've done! They fought wars, sacrificed innocent lives, and put the village at risk time and time again! The last thing I want is to step into their shoes."

Naruto's expression darkened; he didn't understand why Jiraiya suddenly slapped his belly, but he absolutely could not tolerate disrespect toward the Hokages.

His fists clenched tightly. "What are you talking about? You're just disrespecting the Hokages! They fought to protect the village!" His voice trembled with anger.

"Protect?" Tsunade scoffed, her tone dismissive. "They sacrificed too much, kid. They put power over people. They were human too, flawed and foolish, just like anyone else."

"You don't know what you're talking about!" Naruto shouted, unable to contain the surge of emotion. "They were heroes! They fought for us!"

"Heroes?" Tsunade countered, her voice rising. "They were just as much to blame for the cycle of hatred as the enemies we fought against! Look where that brought us! Wars, destruction, loss!"

In that moment, something inside Naruto snapped. The anger bubbled over, fueled by Tsunade's harsh words. "I'll show you!" he yelled, determination etched on his face.

"I'll show you what a true Hokage is!"Before anyone could react, he lunged forward, summoning a swirl of chakra into his palm. "Rasengan!" he shouted, the energy forming a swirling sphere, albeit still unstable.

"Naruto, no!" Jiraiya exclaimed, but it was too late.

With a fierce shout, Naruto charged at Tsunade, his Rasengan aimed directly at her. Tsunade regarded the rushing boy with a mix of annoyance and amusement.

If it were anyone else in her position, they would be seriously injured by such a reckless attack. But she was Tsunade, the Legendary Sannin.

With a mere flick of her finger, she sent Naruto flying across the room, where he landed in a heap, but not without a grunt.

He hadn't been hurt that badly; she hadn't hit him hard enough to cause serious injury."Jiraiya, you're teaching him the Rasengan?" Tsunade asked incredulously, her eyes narrowing as she turned to him.

"Uh... it's not what it looks like!" Jiraiya stammered, raising his hands defensively. "He has potential, Tsunade! I just wanted to give him a little taste of what he could achieve."

Tsunade rolled her eyes. "A taste? You're letting him play with power he can't fully control! Either way, he won't be able to fully learn it."

Naruto, recovering from the impact, shot to his feet, determination blazing in his eyes. "Do you dare to bet?" he challenged, glaring at Tsunade.

Tsunade raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Bet? On what?"

"If I master this Rasengan within a week, then you have to come with us and be the Hokage!" Naruto declared, his voice filled with conviction.

Tsunade paused, considering his bold challenge. "And what if you fail?" she replied, crossing her arms.

"Then I'll give up on trying to become Hokage!" Naruto shot back, unwavering.

Jiraiya watched the exchange with a mix of pride and concern. "You're really going to put that on the line, Naruto?"

"Absolutely!" Naruto exclaimed, unwavering.

 ...

Somewhere in a deep hidden hideout, Orochimaru leaned back in his chair, his fingers steepled as he contemplated the situation. "Kabuto… that unknown Uchiha is with Tsunade. It will be very hard to get her to agree to my terms," he muttered, frustration lacing his voice.

Kabuto analyzed the situation, his mind racing through the possibilities. "Master Orochimaru, I have a solution," he proposed, his tone confident.

Orochimaru raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Go on."

"Why not inform Itachi Uchiha about this unknown Uchiha? He will take care of him while we deal with Tsunade," Kabuto suggested, a sly smile creeping across his face.

Orochimaru considered this, nodding slowly. "Itachi… Yes, that could work. He has no love for the Uchiha clan. If he finds out that one uciha unkown to him is still alive then... hehee.."

Kabuto continued, his excitement growing. "Not only that, but if we can keep Tsunade distracted, we may have a better chance to manipulate her into our plans without interference.""Clever, Kabuto,"

Orochimaru said, a glint of admiration in his eyes. "Very clever indeed. Reach out to Itachi and inform him of the situation. We need to move swiftly."

As Kabuto turned to execute the plan, Orochimaru's mind buzzed with anticipation. The pieces were falling into place, and soon, his ambitions would draw closer to fruition.

Left alone in the dimly lit room, Orochimaru's gaze fell upon the sealing scrolls lining the walls. Although both his hands were now useless, he felt an unexpected surge of excitement coursing through him.

"Two powerful Uchiha with Mangekyō Sharingan fighting each other…" he mused, a sinister smile creeping across his lips.

"If Itachi dies, I profit. If this unknown Uchiha dies, I profit. And if both perish… then it is perfect," he whispered to himself, relishing the thought.

His mind raced as he envisioned the chaos that would ensue—a spectacle of power that could tilt the balance in his favor.
