Naruto: Path towards Godhood

Chapter 1: Meaningful Start

It was a dark morning.

Inside a small house, a kid was sleeping in his bed.

While sleeping, his experience began to change constantly.

The unwillingness, anger, sadness, joy, shock, disbelief, and constant fluctuation of his emotions woke him.

When he opened his eyes, they looked strange. His eyes were normal, but his pupils looked different.

They were red, and a strange magatama in each of his pupils.

"It's that same dream again."

The kid bit his lips and murmured. As blood spilled from his lips, he wiped it away with his finger and got off the bed.

He walked toward a bathroom, brushed his teeth, and finally walked out after washing his face.

He had a small and delicate face. His skin was pale, with a little fat on his cheeks. He changed his clothes to simple grey pants and a black T-shirt.

After wearing them, he walked out of his house and came to an empty backyard.

Although he had come here, he still looked a bit dizzy. So, he slapped his cheeks and muttered.

"Come on, Ken! Forget about that nonsensical dream and focus on training."

He quickly assumed a fighting stance where both of his hands were up. Then, he started throwing punches in mid-air before quickly sweeping forward with his legs while crouching.

He pressed both of his hands on the ground and kicked back before pushing himself up in the air.

He spun in mid-air and swung his leg. As his leg hit the ground, he balanced himself with one leg and used another leg to kick the air.

Although this looked a bit strange, he continued launching these attacks for almost an hour before finally stopping.

After steadying his breath, he said.

"It is good. Now, I can finally balance myself in ground and air. Despite moving my legs and hand, as long as one part of my body is free, I can use it to create a balance."

"With this and my Sharingan, I will be miles ahead of others despite not having any fighting experience. Now that I remember, today is the Graduation Exam."

"Although I have improved a lot, is it enough?"

Ken, or full name, Uchiha Ken, was lost in his words. He was an eight-year-old kid.

Because the kids of his age reached the Graduation during this time, he was also forced to take the Graduation Exam.

As a Uchiha, he couldn't fail the Graduation Exam, so even if he had tried to hide his strength, it would only backfire.

This wouldn't be a normal thought for an eight-year-old. Normally, kids of this age would do anything to stand out.

Ken's mentality only changed a month ago when he started having weird dreams.

It was so weird that he felt like he wasn't dreaming but living a completely different life.

In a world where there is no Chakra, people have developed several kinds of technology, and the world has been divided into nearly two hundred countries.

In this world, he was an ordinary person who lived until his twenties and died because of an accident.

If this was just, then there wouldn't be any problem.

The problem came when this guy read a manga known as 'Naruto.'

At first, this made Ken feel strange. Because, as a ninja, he wouldn't allow this new memory or dream to be real in his mind.

But when he read that manga, he realized this manga and his world were extremely, if not completely similar.

Many things weren't explained, and some things were hidden, but it didn't change the fact that these two worlds were extremely similar.

Even people were the same.

Most importantly, in that book, the Uchiha clan was exterminated by their people, and the person who did that was the son of the Head of the Uchiha Clan.

The problem was that Itachi was just born a week ago.

That's right! Ken was shocked to find that Itachi, who killed everyone in the clan, was born after he received those strange dreams.

Obito Uchiha was his partner in crime, and this guy had also graduated at the age of nine.

Ken was one year younger than him, but he had to graduate since he wasn't the last one like Obito.

Not to mention, the Third Great Ninja War had been going on for months, and Konoha required a new shinobi.

Ken's mind was in shambles for days until he realized that he couldn't change much.

The more he thought about Uchiha's situation, the more it hurt his mind.

Uchiha were suppressed, but they were also arrogant enough to believe they could take down Konoha.

Not to mention whether they could succeed or not, even if they did, the entire village would've been attacked by other villages and destroyed.

Because Konoha possessed the most resources in the ninja world so, naturally, other villages would not hesitate for a second to take advantage of the situation.

So, whether Coup was successful or not, it didn't matter.

Unless someone with strength like Madara or even Tobirama intervened, the Uchiha and Village would fight.

Originally, he believed as long as he could get stronger like Madara or Sasuke, he would be able to save Uchiha.

He loved his clan.

Despite their attitude, he was able to live a simple yet comfortable life for four years after losing his parents, thanks to Uchiha Clan.

He would get a proper subsidy from the village for his parent's effort. But that wouldn't be enough to live a comfortable life.

It was the Uchiha clan who supported his life with the money of the clan. Not only that, he also received everything that his parents had without any disturbance.

This would have been a problem if he was an orphan with no background.

Because there were people in the village who were truly corrupted.

Even Sarutobi Hiruzen wasn't an exception.

That's why he felt lost when he realized he couldn't change the situation of his clan.

He didn't have the power.

Despite having these hard-core dreams for a month, he never managed to evolve his Sharingan from one Tomoe to Two Tomoe.

And he learned why.

His parents also didn't awaken their Sharingan. Sometimes, it wasn't just due to their circumstances. Even their talent wasn't enough to awaken Sharingan.

This was a big problem for him, but thankfully, those dreams helped him awaken one Tomoe Sharingan for now.

Not only that, he was hardly able to master Fireball Jutsu and Manipulated Shuriken Technique.

His parents were also only Chunin.

If he didn't have other knowledge, he would've considered his progress normal.

But when you get the knowledge from another world, you will understand just how ridiculously low your talent is.

Even someone like Sasuke, who wasn't considered a highly talented person, managed to become Elite Jonin from the Chunin level in just three years.

Ken had been training for three years, but he had barely reached Genin Level after mastering Fireball Jutsu, Three Body Techniques, Manipulated Shuriken Technique, and simple Taijutsu of the Uchiha clan.

Unfortunately, no matter how much he panicked, he couldn't do anything, so he just continued his training.

He did train harder.

After all, if someone like Might Guy was able to achieve the pinnacle of Taijutsu with sheer hard work, then he could certainly achieve some level of strength if he worked hard.

Ken's training started from four to nine in the morning. After that, he took a bath and had a simple breakfast with eggs, bread, and milk.

After finishing his breakfast, he locked the door of his house and walked toward the academy.

Since the Uchiha family lived near the middle of the village, the distance to the academy was quite close.

After reaching there, he walked up to his class.

"Ken-kun, Good Morning!"

"How are you, Ken-kun?"

"Ken-kun, I have brought you a lunch box."

As soon as he walked in, Ken was bombarded with girls. These were the future Kunoichi of the village.

Looking at them, he couldn't help but think of Sakura and Ino from his memory. Suddenly, his body shivered as he quickly made his way to his seat, ignoring those girls.

It's not that he didn't dislike them. But, after he received those memories, he was highly attracted to mature women instead of these brats.

"Damn, that guy! Why is he so popular? He isn't even a genius like Kakashi."

"Tch! All he has is that good face. Humph!"

"Did you forget how he defeated you last time?"

"Damn it, don't remind me! It was just a mistake. I won't lose to him again."

Hearing their comments, Ken didn't react. If it was before, he would've sneered.

But now, he knew just how low his talent was and, compared to him, how low these people's talent was.

These people never even appeared in the manga. Only those with crazy talent or at least some level of luck would appear in the manga.

That's because after they graduate, they would eventually join the Third Great Ninja War and .....

Ken clenched his fists as he thought.

'Die!'
