"Okay, okay! You guys don't always have to argue," Minato said awkwardly, trying to stop their usual bickering. Once they were both quiet, Minato turned back to Kagetsu and asked, "You and Orochimaru are the best in the village at understanding techniques and the human body. I want to know if there's a way to fix the flaws in this technique?"

"There is," Kagetsu replied with a nod.

Hearing Kagetsu's positive answer, Kakashi's eyes brightened. After all, this was the first technique he had created based on his own needs, and he had put in a lot of effort and energy. He hoped it would succeed and become his signature jutsu.

Kagetsu's response lifted his previously disappointed mood instantly.

"There are three methods," Kagetsu said, holding up three fingers.

"The first method is to perform a transplant surgery for Kakashi. The flaw in his technique is that his body cannot respond and control it properly with his eyes. 

So, he just needs to have a Sharingan or Byakugan transplanted. With the powerful insight and dynamic vision of either, this issue can be resolved.

The downside is that the transplanted eye might constantly consume extra chakra."

When Kagetsu mentioned three methods, both Minato and Kakashi looked pleasantly surprised. However, their expressions stiffened after hearing the first method.

"It's impossible to let either the Byakugan or Sharingan flow out. Especially the Byakugan," Minato shook his head.

"I…" Kakashi opened his mouth, struggling to respond. Kagetsu's words filled him with unexpected joy.

Kakashi fell silent.

He had heard how expensive the technology development department was. Clans that partnered with them were at least like the Kurama clan, which once thrived but was now declining.

"Let's go with the second method," Minato said, seeing Kakashi's dilemma and making the decision for him.

"This is the Blood Armor scroll. Besides Kakashi, anyone Minato-senpai approves of can learn it," Kagetsu said, pulling out a palm-sized scroll from the shadows and tossing it to Minato.

Minato caught the scroll Kagetsu threw. He looked at Kagetsu and noticed his gaze shifting towards Obito and Rin, realizing that Kagetsu was considering his well-being and the favor owed from before in teaching sealing techniques.
