Naruto: Konoha's Kanpu

Chapter 907: Chapter 907 Gekko Kanpū, I'm Not Done With You

"Kanpū-sensei!"

"Grandma Keiko!!!"

"Karin!!!"

Early in the morning, Naruto ran to the Gekko Mansion, enthusiastically banging on the iron gate.

Unfortunately, despite knocking for a long time, no one came to open the door. Naruto, being resourceful, decided to climb over the wall.

Inside the mansion, it was quiet, with no signs of activity.

"Is everyone out?"

Naruto scratched his head in confusion, then made his way familiarly to Kanpū's bedroom and pushed the door open.

"Kanpū-sensei?" Naruto ran to the futon and lifted the blanket, finding nothing underneath.

'What's going on?'

'Where is Kanpū-sensei?'

Naruto started rummaging through the room, searching for Kanpū.

"Kanpū-sensei, don't hide, I saw your clothes!"

"Kanpū-sensei, come out, I saw your hair!"

After turning over every box and cabinet in the bedroom that could hide a person, Naruto walked out of the bedroom with a dejected look, only to see Kanpū, with two dark circles under his eyes, coming around the wooden corridor.

Last night, after entering the bedroom with Mei, they chatted while eating spicy crayfish and oden. When they were done, Terumi wanted to kick Kanpū out. Kanpū initially wanted to leave, but seeing Ao shamelessly staying outside the bedroom and drinking, he couldn't bear to lose. If he doesn't wait for the one-eyed Ao to leave, how can he leave?

Ao, for Mei's safety, thought the same, so the two of them sat in front of the door all night, neither of them would go first, nor would anyone want to sleep. It wasn't until Mei woke up in the morning and chased them both away with her morning grumpiness that they left.

"Kanpū-sensei, where were you early in the morning?" Naruto curiously asked.

"The early bird catches the worm, I was out exercising to keep my body fit." Kanpū said with drooping eyelids, clearly exhausted.

"As expected of Kanpū-sensei!"

Naruto made a perfunctory compliment, then pulled Kanpū towards the entrance, "Kanpū-sensei, let's go train at the river!"

"Naruto."

Kanpū earnestly placed his hand on Naruto's shoulder and said, "I need to sleep... I mean, Naruto, your Jonin Instructor is Tenzo. You have to train. If you want to train, you should go find Tenzo. If you don't go to him, he'll be sad, hurt, and upset, he might cry and lose sleep. Naruto, ask yourself, can you bear to see your Tenzo-sensei in such a state?"

Naruto's facial features wrinkled, pondered, and said: "But Tenzo-sensei doesn't know Rasengan."

'Then go find your dad.…' Kanpū rolled his eyes, feeling sleepier by the second.

"If it's just about training Rasengan, we don't need to go to the river. We can do it in the backyard."

Kanpū sighed and went to the backyard, and then let Naruto to fill a hundred water balloons, then had him create ninety-nine shadow clones, line them up in several rows, and start practicing together.

'Good thing my backyard is big enough, otherwise I really can't fit a hundred Naruto.'

Kanpū lay down on the wooden corridor, closed his eyes, and instantly fell asleep.

...

Sasuke's house.

Sasuke felt pain in his right arm after getting up early in the morning, and even holding chopsticks during breakfast was a struggle.

He knew it was from overtraining the Chidori last night, so he kept silent and endured the pain.

Itachi felt distressed after seeing it. He couldn't help but start to talk and persuade: "Sasuke, the Lightning Release Ninjutsu you're practicing is very dangerous. Don't train alone."

'How does Big brother know that I am training Lightning Release Ninjutsu?'

In doubt, Sasuke recalled the strange sensation from the previous night when he was practicing Chidori at the Naka Shrine's steps, and his heart moved.

'Was it really brother up there last night?'

'Then why didn't he come out… I know, it must be because he was with that annoying girlfriend of his!'

'Damn it!'

'I was training so desperately till late night, and I nearly destroyed my arm, but big brother was out on a romantic stroll in the woods with that woman under the moonlight!

'Now!'

'Now you ask me not to train alone? Why didn't you come out to accompany me when I was training last night?'

The more Sasuke thought about it, the more aggrieved he becomes. Then, his eyes turned red, tears welled up at the corners, and the bonito rice ball in his mouth suddenly didn't taste good anymore!

Sasuke didn't want Itachi to notice his emotions, so he stubbornly turned his head away.

Itachi continued: "Sasuke, if I guessed correctly, that Lightning Release Ninjutsu was taught to you by Captain Kanpū, right? If you have any questions about your training, why don't you go to him?"

'Just because you say so, I have to do it?'

'I refuse!'

Sasuke snorted and shouted angrily: "It's none of your business!"

Itachi looked at his brother, who seemed a bit jealous, and a thought flashed through his mind, 'Is it because of Naruto?'

'Of course, Captain Kanpū taught Sasuke the Chidori. As Kanpū's disciple, Naruto must have learned even more powerful Ninjutsu from him!'

'So that's how it is!'

'Poor Sasuke, having to go through this at such a young age…'

Itachi sighed silently. He didn't mean to blame Kanpū. He knew that favoritism was inevitable, after all, Naruto is his disciple, while Sasuke was not.

'But…'

Itachi smiled and said, "Sasuke, actually, the Lightning Release Ninjutsu you are practicing was created by Kakashi-senpai. If you don't want to find Captain Kanpū, you can go to Kakashi-senpai. He should be in the Military Police Force's building. I've taken you there before, so you should remember the way."

'Big brother, you still don't understand why I am angry until now, you…' Sasuke felt even worse the more he listened. He threw down his chopsticks and stormed out.

Leaving home.

With a heavy heart, Sasuke wandered aimlessly and, before he knew it, found himself at the Military Police Force's building.

'Is it God's will?'

Sasuke hesitated for a moment, then walked in.

After being drastically transformed by Kakashi's 'iron fist', the Military Police Force not only removed the Uchiha Clan's 'Pokeball' emblem from the building and uniforms, but also expelled all the radical Uchiha Clan's members, then recruit ordinary Shinobi to fill the vacancies.

In today's Military Police Force, nearly two-thirds of the members are ordinary Shinobi!

As Sasuke entered the building, he looked around but didn't see anyone wearing the 'Pokeball'. But it didn't matter, and he didn't panic. He stood motionless in the middle of the hall, quietly waiting for someone to recognize him as 'second young master of the Uchiha Clan'.

After a while, people continued to come and go, but no one stopped.

Sasuke's brows furrowed slightly, 'I feel that my identity as the Second Young Master has been insulted.'

Fortunately, someone finally approached him at this moment: "Sasuke? It's really you, why are you here?"

'It's someone from the clan!'

Sasuke didn't remember the name of this extra, so he skipped the pleasantries and got straight to the point: "I'm looking for Kakashi!"

"Looking for Captain Kakashi?" The man was taken aback and asked, "Why do you look him?"

"I need his guidance in my training." Sasuke replied.

"I see. Follow me, I'll take you to him." The man said with a smile.

The two of them went up to the third floor, walked down a corridor for a few meters, and stopped outside an office.

"Captain Kakashi, someone is here to see you." The man knocked on the door.

"Let him in."

A lazy voice came from inside the office.

The man gestured for Sasuke to enter and whispered: "Captain Kakashi is a good guy. Sasuke, good luck."

"Un."

Sasuke nodded arrogantly, then walked into the office with hands in his pockets.

The office was simply furnished, with Kakashi's desk by the window.

At this time, Kakashi was comfortably sitting in a spacious leather chair, with the morning sun shining from behind, intently reading a document… cover.

Behind the cover is… 'Cough cough cough'!

"What are you looking for?" Kakashi asked without looking up.

"I need your guidance in my training." Sasuke also replied straightforwardly.

"No time." Kakashi said as he casually swiveled his chair half a turn, the tall backrest blocking Sasuke's view like a barrier.

Sasuke snorted and said: "Aren't you free now?"

"I'm reading an important document." Kakashi replied calmly.

"Nonsense!"

Sasuke sneered, "I saw it when you turned around. You are not reading a document at all!"

"Oh?"

Kakashi closed the document cover and, without any emotion, swiveled the chair back, and asked, "Little brat, what's your name?"

"My name is Uchiha Sasuke!" Sasuke lifted his head proudly, 'Tremble before my name, Kakashi!!'

Kakashi stared at him with his dead fish eye, "Never heard of you."

"You…"

Sasuke was too furious to speak, and then, he was coldly snorted, and said, "But you should recognize this, right?"

As he spoke, Sasuke began forming hand seals: Ox-Rabbit-Monkey.

Lightning Release: Chidori!

Chirp chirp chirp…

Sasuke's right palm emitted a few threads of lightning, which quickly dissipated.

Kakashi watched with an expressionless face, but the muscles around his right eye twitched uncontrollably.

'This must be a joke …'

'I must be seeing things …'

'How could an Uchiha brat know Chidori?'

'What the hell?'

'This is ridiculous!!'

'Chidori is a Lightning Release Ninjutsu that I developed alone, and in the entire Shinobi World…'

As he thought of this, Kakashi's face began to twitch, 'Gekko Kanpū, I'm not done with you!!!'
