Naruto: I Kizaru Took Over Team 7

Chapter 18: Eight Inner Gates.

Swish!

In an instant, to everyone's astonishment, Kirito, who had been trailing behind Might Guy, suddenly released a dazzling golden light, illuminating the entire forest.

Just as Might Guy neared the finish line, a brilliant light streaked past him. When he looked forward again, Kirito was already standing at the end of the woods, casually watching him, his expression relaxed.

Might Guy froze, completely stunned. What just happened?

With all five gates open, victory should have been in the bag for him, but now it had slipped through his fingers. Not only Might Guy, but the students who had witnessed the entire event were also left baffled.

"What just happened?"

"A beam of light?"

"Did Teacher Kirito turn into a ray of light?"

"Did he just pass Teacher Guy?"

Naruto was initially shocked but quickly grinned in excitement.

Sakura, covering her face in disbelief, was at a loss for words.

Sasuke, with his usual cold demeanor, nodded to himself, his respect for Kirito growing. This man was worthy of being his teacher. Sasuke couldn't help but think, *Why should I bother with Uchiha Itachi? The Sharingan can't even match Kirito's speed.*

Meanwhile, the students from Team 3, led by Might Guy, were visibly confused.

"Did Kirito cheat?"

"How is that possible? Teacher Kai is so fast!"

"How did he pass me in such a short time?"

"Where is your youth, Teacher Kai?!" Xiao Li wailed in disbelief, as if the sky were falling.

Yuhi Kurenai's eyes sparkled with admiration as she gazed at Kirito. She couldn't help but smile inwardly, *How could the man I, Yuhi Kurenai, love, be so strong? I adore him even more.*

Might Guy, now having recovered from his initial shock, looked at Kirito with a mixture of admiration and determination. He exhaled deeply before saying, "I lost… but you are now my goal, Kirito. I will surpass you!"

With renewed passion, Might Guy pulled out a training manual from his pocket, jotting down notes on speed training. He then threw the booklet to Kirito.

Kirito opened it slowly, finding the six characters "Eight Gates of Dunjia" printed clearly on the cover. Inside was Might Guy's personal experience in training, every stroke clear and concise. Kirito had now obtained the methods to practice the Eight Gates of Dunjia.

Might Guy, though disappointed that he couldn't compete with Kirito every week, understood that practicing the Eight Gates was a grueling process. He would still have the chance to guide Kirito in the future, and perhaps they would spar again.

With a proud grin, Might Guy gave Kirito a thumbs up. "Go for it, Kirito. You deserve the Eight Gates!"

As the two returned to their students, Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura beamed with pride. Their teacher, the man with deep eyes and sunglasses, had just proven himself in the most impressive way.

However, the students of Team 3 were deflated, the excitement they once had now replaced with disappointment. Xiao Li, on the verge of tears, muttered, "Teacher Kai, we lost…"

"Ah, our Team 3 lost!"

Might Guy, seeing his students' despair, gently patted Xiao Li on the head. "Victory and defeat are common in training. This loss means we need to train harder. Let's keep burning with the passion of youth!"

Xiao Li and Tian Tian's spirits were lifted by Might Guy's words. "Okay, Teacher Kai. Our youth is full of passion!!"

The trio of Inuzuka Kiba, who had been spectating, watched in awe. They exchanged glances, their expressions shifting in rapid succession.

Yuhi Kurenai, walking toward Kirito, gazed at him with affection. She shyly took his arm with her delicate hand, looking up at him like a bashful bird.

"You are truly worthy of being Naruto's teacher," she said with a gentle smile.

Just then, the moment was interrupted as Kirito glanced over at Naruto. "Alright, Kurenai, go tend to your students. I need to practice with mine."

Reluctantly, Kurenai nodded and turned to walk towards Aburame Shino and the others, but not without a final playful glare at Naruto.

Naruto, confused, turned to Sakura. "Sakura, why do I feel like Kurenai is mad at me? Did I do something wrong?"

Sakura sighed, putting her hand on her forehead. "Naruto, sometimes your brain just doesn't work…"

As Kirito began to walk with his three students, he thought about the secret book he had just received. He had acquired the Eight Gates of Dunjia manual from Might Guy, and as he flipped through the pages, he saw the grueling training process outlined within. It was clear this wouldn't be an easy task for anyone, let alone someone as lazy as Kirito.

But then, the familiar sound of the system prompt echoed in his mind.

[Ding! Congratulations, host, for obtaining the Eight Gates of Dunjia manual.]

[Ding! The system has successfully assisted the host in mastering the techniques!]

[Ding! The host can now open the First Gate.]

[Ding! Do not worry, host, the Eight Gates will gradually open while you relax.]

[Ding! The prompt is complete!]

Kirito smiled slightly. With the system's help, he no longer had any doubts about the difficulty of the Eight Gates.

As the students gathered in an empty space, Kirito glanced at Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura. While Naruto was familiar with him by now, Sasuke and Sakura were meeting him for the first time. Sakura appeared slightly nervous, while Sasuke's eyes gleamed with anticipation.

"Teacher Kirito," Sasuke said with intensity, "teach me everything you know."

His words shocked everyone around them. Naruto, not to be outdone, quickly added, "Me too, Teacher!"

Sakura remained silent but watched the exchange quietly, a bit envious of her teammates' enthusiasm.

Kirito raised an eyebrow and addressed them. "If you want to learn from me, you'll have to show you have the ability. I'll teach each of you differently. Listen carefully."

And so, Kirito began to tailor his training to the needs of his students, just as he had planned. Naruto would focus on wind techniques and the Rasengan, Sasuke on the Sharingan and lightning techniques, and Sakura on medical ninjutsu. Each would receive a different approach to their training, and Kirito was determined to push them to their limits.
