"Eight Inner Gates?!" Naruto shouted excitedly.

"Tsk tsk, this is Might Guy's famous move. It's known as the ultimate taijutsu technique that ends fights with a single kick. This time, I really hit the jackpot! Hahaha!" Naruto grinned, feeling like he had struck gold.

However, when he looked at the system panel, reality hit him hard.

The Eight Inner Gates were unusable.

With his current attributes, Naruto's body couldn't even open a single gate.

"Guess I should start with the daily tasks first," Naruto muttered before turning toward a convenience store.

Naruto's Instant Noodle Economy

When he stepped out, Naruto barely had any silver left.

Instead, he carried a plastic bag twice his size, stuffed to the brim with instant noodles.

"Man, I need to find a way to make money… I can't survive on instant noodles forever," Naruto sighed, shifting the weight of the bag on his tiny shoulders.

He looked down at the massive pile of food.

"Wait… how do they even make instant noodles in this world? What if they mess it up?"

His stomach growled at the thought.

"Well, as long as I don't die from food poisoning, I'll be fine…"

Fortunately, this was the Naruto world, where kids had unnatural stamina.

Otherwise, a four-year-old child hauling such a heavy bag would have collapsed halfway.

Even so, it took him twice as long to drag his instant noodle haul back home.

He grinned.

"No more running laps around Konoha like a damn idiot just to get stronger. This is real progress!"

With this system, his body would finally keep up with his chakra development.

Naruto lay sprawled out on his bed like a lifeless corpse.

For the past 30 days, he had done nothing but eat, sleep, and complete daily missions.

His routine?

Move bed under the window → Lie down → Bask in the sun → Use up task rewards by 10 PM → Repeat.

If the system had emotions, it would have probably crashed from frustration.

Naruto snickered.

"This is peak efficiency!"

Naruto groaned as someone banged on his door.

The door creaked open, revealing an old man wearing a bamboo hat and Hokage robes.

It was the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi.

His eyes swept across the room, and his expression turned alarmed when he saw Naruto struggling to sit up like a dying bug.

"Naruto! Are you okay?!" Hiruzen asked, his voice filled with concern.

"Ah, Old Man Third, I'm fine, I'm fine," Naruto said weakly.

"I'm just… saving my energy. Gotta cut down on ramen expenses, you know?"

He put on the most pitiful expression possible.

"When I save enough money, I'll treat you to ramen, Grandpa Hokage!"

A complicated look flickered in Hiruzen's eyes before he sighed, his face softening into a kind smile.

"I see… Naruto, if you ever have any difficulties, just let me know. Here," he said, pulling out a 10,000 ryo note.

"Use this for now."

Naruto's eyes lit up like a festival lantern.

"Grandpa Third, you're the best!" he said, his voice filled with fake gratitude.

Hiruzen smiled.

"As Hokage, all of Konoha is my family. Since you're fine, I'll be heading out now."

With that, he turned and walked away, puffing on his big pipe.

"Take care, Grandpa!" Naruto waved innocently.

The moment the door closed, Naruto's expression changed instantly.

He rubbed his chin, deep in thought.

That old fox… He almost had me fooled with that 'kind grandfather' act.

No wonder Danzo could never beat him. That bastard just walks around acting like a villain, while Third Hokage puts on the perfect act—caring, wise, and harmless.

Naruto scoffed.

And look at my 'dear father' Minato. He becomes Hokage in Year 50 and turns into a framed photo by Year 51.

"As the son of the Fourth Hokage, the godson of the Third Hokage's Student Jiraiya and technically Third Hokage Grandson, and the child of Konoha's greatest hero... I should have been treated like a prince."

Instead?

"They don't even take care of me. Instead, they let Danzo spread rumors that I'm the damn Nine-Tails demon fox. And then this old man comes in, pretending to be my guardian angel."

Naruto smirked.

Danzo's an idiot.

"One moment, he wants to turn me into a mindless weapon, and the next, he wants to erase my emotions completely. No wonder he's stuck playing Hokage's shadow forever."

Meanwhile, the Third plays the long game.

"That bastard fooled me into loving him like a grandfather. Genius manipulation."

Naruto leaned back with a sigh.

Seriously, Konoha has the most advanced sealing techniques out of all the Five Great Nations.

They aren't even scared of Jinchūriki.

"During the Nine-Tails attack, Minato teleported Kurama out of the village before it could do any serious damage. Hell, Orochimaru's invasion did more harm than the damn fox!"

"And yet, everyone 'somehow' knew about me being the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki?"

Naruto chuckled darkly.

"The only way that happens is if someone wanted them to know."

"And who controls the information in Konoha?"

Hiruzen Sarutobi.

"That old man's been playing 5D chess while Danzo's still learning checkers."
