Naruto: Fourth Hokage Orochimaru

Chapter 21: Chapter 21: Edo Tensei

"So this is the Fire Capital," I murmured after entering the city, the Fire Capital is much more glamorous than Konoha, but it makes sense, this is where the Daimyo lives, the lords and masters of the Land of Fire, so it's normal for the city they reside in to be luxurious.

"Come on, let's find a hotel before meeting the Daimyo," I told Shikaku beside me, I had named him my assistant and personal advisor right after becoming Hokage.

"Yes, Hokage-sama," Shikaku replied, behind us followed a large caravan carrying the ceremonial gifts prepared for the Daimyo.

These gifts included items I created with Arc of Embodiment, such as jewelry, soaps, scented candles, and high-quality fabrics.

After wandering through the streets and attracting the attention of civilians, we finally arrived at a reputable hotel and checked in.

"Welcome to the Scarlet Pavilion," greeted the receptionist.

"Hello, how much is each room per night?" I asked.

"It's 1,000 Ryos per night, we can also store your belongings in the warehouse for free," the receptionist replied.

"Then I'll take four rooms," I said and paid the money, as for our belongings, everything was sealed in scrolls, so they could stay in the rooms.

"Perfect, your stay at the Scarlet Pavilion is confirmed, here are your keys, the rooms are on the third floor," the receptionist said with a smile as she handed us the keys.

"Thank you," I replied briefly, watching Shikaku organize the rest of the team accompanying us in the caravan.

After ensuring everything was in order, we headed to our rooms, once inside, I quickly examined the place, it was comfortable, with elegant but not overly ostentatious decor, a well-chosen design.

After settling in, we requested a meeting with the Daimyo, who didn't even bother to send someone to greet us despite knowing of our arrival.

After two hours waiting under the scorching midday heat, we were finally allowed to enter the castle, which was at least a third of the city.

A bored-looking servant, dressed in fine clothing, guided us through endless corridors without even glancing at us.

"This way," murmured the servant, opening a door leading to an even larger waiting room.

"Be patient, his excellency will be ready to receive you shortly," he said and left.

"They don't seem very enthusiastic," Shikaku said, frowning.

"Let them be, they're testing our limits, they want to see how quickly we lose our patience," I said, realizing their intentions.

"Tch, what a bother," Shikaku muttered, annoyed.

Finally, after another long wait, we were told we could enter the throne room, as we crossed the doors, a group of servants lined up on the sides bowed slightly, but no one spoke.

In the center of the room, the feudal lord of the Land of Fire awaited, seated on an elevated throne, covering the lower half of his face with a fan decorated with traditional symbols.

"Ah, the new Hokage," the Daimyo said, closing the fan partially to reveal a smile, "what an honor to receive you here, Orochimaru-dono, my apologies for the wait, important matters had me occupied."

"A pleasure to meet you, your excellency, I am here to pay my respects and officially present Konoha's gifts," I replied, bowing slightly.

"Ah, yes, the gifts, always a pleasant gesture, by the way, I heard you commanded the troops in the last battle, achieving a crushing victory," the Daimyo said suddenly.

"I am flattered, in truth, I was simply fulfilling my duty as a ninja," I replied with my sincerest smile, if you know what I mean.

"Hahaha, I've always said it, the Fire Daimyo is the strongest in the world, you ninjas are the chess pieces with which we demonstrate our greatness, it's only natural to feel honored," the Daimyo said, laughing, followed by the entire court.

'Does he have a brain tumor?' Shikaku wondered.

"Of course, Lord Daimyo, we are merely sacrificial pieces, that's what you mean, correct?" I asked, narrowing my eyes, he covered his face with his fan and spoke.

"It seems you understand, as the Fourth Hokage, you must comprehend that the Daimyo is the most important thing for the ninja villages, no interest is above this, I suppose as Hiruzen's disciple you understand this perfectly, right?" the Daimyo asked, narrowing his eyes.

"I understand," I replied.

"Excellent, then, congratulations on becoming the Fourth Hokage, the most important figure after the Daimyo!" he exclaimed.

The Daimyo raised a cup of sake that had been prepared by the servants and lifted it before the court.

"Today, we celebrate a new era of success for the Land of Fire, as Daimyo, I am proud of what we have achieved, for the Land of Fire!" the Daimyo toasted, a chorus of applause echoed in the hall as the court members mimicked the gestus.

After that, it was time for dinner, the servants began moving quickly, bringing trays full of luxurious food and drinks, we all sat at a long table.

"Orochimaru-dono, what do you think about the establishment of ninja villages, do you believe the First Hokage made the right decision when he decided to create Konoha?" the Daimyo asked.

"Hm, that's an interesting question, Daimyo-sama, I believe he was heading in the right direction, but he fell short," my answer made the Daimyo frown in confusion.

"What do you mean?" he asked.

"You'll find out soon, you might be in for a big surprise," I said, shrugging my shoulders, the Daimyo did not insist further, and we continued celebrating.

Finally, we delivered the gifts and prepared to leave, the Daimyo had retired long ago and didn't even stay to bid us farewell, apparently, he was too drunk.

...

The next day we decided to return to Konoha after spending a night at the hotel, the Fire Capital is a day's walk from Konoha, but this time we advanced faster and arrived in only half a day.

Upon reaching the village gates, we entered after registering, the village has strict control over all entries and exits of any person, including the Hokage.

After entering the village, I separated from Shikaku and the others, then walked towards the Senju clan's territory, I had received a message from Tsunade saying she had something important to tell me.

The Senju clan had many vacant houses, although most had been rented as shops or residences, many abandoned houses still remained.

This is because the Senju clan was dissolved except for Tsunade and her brother Nawaki, who died in an explosion, again because of Danzo.

Upon arriving at Tsunade's house, I entered and walked towards the kitchen, where she was preparing food wearing a white apron, she turned to me as I arrived.

Tsunade left what she was doing and ran towards me, wrapping her arms around my neck and giving me a strong hug, burying her huge breasts against me, causing a bouncing effect.

Without hesitation, I wrapped my hands around her and gave her a long French kiss, it wasn't until I felt the air beginning to run out that we decided to separate, but still connected by a thin line of saliva.

"You've become more proactive, Tsunade, so, what was that very, very, very important thing you wanted to tell me?" I asked after teasing her a bit, which made her nervous.

"Well, I have something very, very, very important to tell you.." Tsunade said timidly.

"Did something bad happen?" I asked, frowning.

"The truth is.. I'm pregnant.." Tsunade whispered, my mind froze as soon as I heard her words.

"..."

"Tsunade, you.. have made me the happiest man in the world!" I shouted, grabbing her and lifting her into the air while spinning around with a bright smile.

Tsunade's face lit up with emotion upon hearing my words, she wrapped her legs around my hips, pressing herself against me as she let out a laugh filled with happiness.

"Orochimaru, I was so nervous... I didn't know how you would react," Tsunade murmured, hiding her face in my neck.

"Tsunade, nothing would make me happier than starting a family with you," I replied, and she placed her feet back on the ground once more.

"By the way, Tsunade, that doesn't mean you and I can't.." I said with a meaningful look.

"Hehe, Orochimaru, you're such a pervert, but don't worry, there shouldn't be any problem," Tsunade replied.

A smile appeared on my face, then I took her in my arms and carried her like a princess, walking towards the bedroom, Tsunade wrapped herself around my neck like a koala, and her face turned as red as embers.

...

Three hours later, we were both taking a hot shower, the steam covered our important parts, Tsunade rubbed her breasts against my back.

"Darling, what do you think about moving in with me?" Tsunade asked suddenly.

"Well, if you don't mind," I replied, shrugging my shoulders, Tsunade shook her head.

"Not at all, that way we could spend more time together," Tsunade murmured.

"Then maybe I should propose to you," I said, turning to face her, "Tsunade, would you marry me?" I said, creating a luxurious engagement ring.

Tsunade's eyes lit up, and she nodded, "I accept."

After that, I placed the ring on her ring finger, she gazed at it, admiring the beautiful pearl that seemed to contain a galaxy within it.

"It's beautiful.." Tsunade murmured, I took her chin and made her look me in the eyes.

"To me, you are infinitely more beautiful," I said and kissed her, starting another round of intense moans and applause.

...

The next day, I entered the Hokage Tower, I had already been here a few days ago after being announced as the Fourth Hokage, but now it was official.

I pulled out a scroll from storage and began reading it, this is the forbidden scroll I obtained after becoming Hokage.

Knock! Knock! Knock!

Suddenly, a knock came from behind the door, and Shikaku entered after receiving my authorization.

"Greetings, Hokage-sama!" Shikaku greeted, standing at attention.

I lifted my gaze from the scroll I was reviewing and leaned back in my chair, gesturing for him to speak.

"What news do you bring, Shikaku?" I asked, noticing his unease.

"I've received a request from the Council to hold an urgent meeting regarding the management of resources after the war," Shikaku reported.

"I see, schedule the meeting for the day after tomorrow in the afternoon, if they disagree, just ignore them," I said, giving little importance to this so-called council, it would be more appropriate to call them "Danzo's lapdogs."

"Understood, Hokage-sama," Shikaku replied, suppressing a slight smile.

"Additionally, while you're at it, tell Danzo to gather all the Root members in the Land of Fire within three days, those who don't show up will be accused of treason," I added after reconsidering.

"Understood, any official reason for doing so?" Shikaku asked.

"Just tell them I'll be handing out medals for their services, but make sure he understands the gravity of the situation if he doesn't comply with my orders," I said, locking eyes with him.

Shikaku nodded slowly, understanding that there was more behind this but decided not to ask, he's aware of when he should or shouldn't pry, and his intuition tells him that asking won't end well.

"Perfect, Hokage-sama, I'll make sure your orders are carried out to the letter," he replied before stepping back and bowing slightly.

"Go handle that and, tell those naughty kids to come in already," I said with an amused smile, Shikaku nodded and left, closing the door behind him.

A few minutes later, two teenagers entered the office, one had white hair with his face covered by a thin fabric, while the other bore the Uchiha clan logo on his back.

"Greetings, Hokage-sama!" the two said in unison, bowing before me.

"Oh, Kakashi, Shisui, welcome, I suppose you're wondering why you're here, am I wrong?" I asked, and they both nodded.

"The truth is, you both impressed me in your last battle, you fought bravely, but the important thing is that I was able to see your talent up close," I said, evaluating them.

"So, I'll get straight to the point, do you want to be my disciples?" I asked, looking at them intently, which paralyzed them, it was only after a while that Kakashi decided to break the silence.

"But we already have our own senseis," Kakashi said, and I nodded at that.

"You're right, but no one said you can only have one sensei, besides, I want the three of you to join the Anbu squad and become my personal guards, what do you think?" I asked, standing up and approaching them.

Kakashi and Shisui looked at each other, surprised by my proposal, Shisui stepped forward, being the first to speak.

"That would be an honor, Hokage-sama, but I would like to take some time to think about it," Shisui said.

'I need to return to the clan and ask for their opinion, this could be a good opportunity to improve the relationship between the Uchiha clan and the village's higher-ups,' Shisui thought.

I didn't rush to respond and observed Kakashi, waiting for his answer, which wasn't long in coming.

"I'd also like to think about it before deciding, I can't answer now," Kakashi replied, being as brief and direct as possible.

"That's fine, you can discuss it with your pillow, if you decide to accept, come to training ground number five tomorrow at eight in the morning," I said and paused before continuing.

"By the way, Kakashi, you have the Sharingan, right?" I asked, and Kakashi tensed up immediately.

"Y-yes, it belonged to my best friend, but I'm not an Uchiha, so I can't control it, and it consumes a lot of chakra," Kakashi said, worried about my intentions.

"That means if you had enough chakra, it wouldn't be a problem, correct?" I asked again, and Kakashi nodded, if he had more chakra, it wouldn't be an issue, but it's not as if he could increase his reserves overnight.

I was about to speak when he saw me holding a sword resembling a hedgehog that appeared out of nowhere, I held the sword in my hand and activated my chakra mantle.

In an instant, the sword absorbed 5,000 chakra points, the sword grew as if it had devoured a cow and became heavier, I held the sword in one hand and took out a seal with the other, then sealed the sword in the seal.

"Take this, it's a Fifty Level Samehada Seal, it contains the power of the Five-Tailed Beast, you just need to attach it to your body, and it will recharge your chakra reserves instantly," I said, handing him the seal.

Kakashi took it with trembling hands as he listened to my words.

"Does something like this exist?" Kakashi asked, surprised.

"Of course, it'll soon be available for sale, for now, it's just a special edition, but in the future, it'll be as common as kunai or shuriken," I replied, then turned to Shisui while creating another Samehada Seal.

"Shisui, don't think I forgot about you, if you decide to accept me as your sensei, this will only be an appetizer," I said with a tempting smile.

'That's it, take the bait.. mehehe..'

"Orochimaru-sama, is it okay to give us something like this?" Shisui asked, feeling a bit overwhelmed, he's not so naive, he knows full well that no one gives something like this for free.

"Relax, I won't ask for anything in return, if you don't want to be my disciple, you'll still be a ninja of Konoha, as Hokage, it's my duty to care for all of you, consider it a gift or an investment in Konoha's power," I said, returning to my seat.

Kakashi and Shisui exchanged glances, and both bowed, "Thank you, Hokage-sama!"

After thanking me, they left the office, closing the door behind them, I waited a few minutes and activated the privacy seals reinforced by my clones in my absence.

"Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei!" I shouted after forming the summoning seal, suddenly, five coffins appeared before me.

The lids of the coffins slowly opened, revealing the figures I had summoned, I recognized each of them as they emerged from the dust.

The first to step out was Tobirama Senju, his gaze appeared vacant and devoid of personality, I had already placed the seal that allows me to control him, it wasn't particularly difficult since the original Orochimaru was quite competent in this Jutsu, all in pursuit of immortality.

The individuals I summoned were Tobirama Senju, Hashirama Senju, Kagami Uchiha, Torifu Akimichi, and Might Duy, I would have summoned Sakumo Hatake, but unfortunately, he's still trapped in purgatory.

I waited for all of them to exit the coffins before forming a seal and slightly releasing the control over Tobirama, allowing him to regain consciousness and control of his head.

Tobirama slowly opened his eyes, his icy gaze scanned the room before settling on me.

"So, Edo Tensei, even my brother and my disciples are here, is Konoha in danger?" Tobirama asked, analyzing the situation.

"Hello, Tobirama-sensei, welcome back to the world of the living, and to answer your question, no, not yet, but it could be in the future," I said, extending my arms.

"You're Orochimaru, Hiruzen's disciple, I see you've grown, can you tell me why you used this Jutsu? And why can't I move?" Tobirama asked.

"The reason you can't move is because of the seal I developed to keep those summoned through Edo Tensei under control," I decided to tell him the truth, Tobirama frowned upon hearing my words.

"I understand your reasons, but I was Hokage, you know that, right?" Tobirama said, raising an eyebrow.

"Yes, well, you can never truly know if you can trust people.." I said, shrugging.

"Hm? What are you talking about?" Tobirama asked, sensing a strange premonition.

"About your former disciple, Danzo Shimura, he's become a thorn in my side, but that doesn't matter, that's not why I summoned you," I said, looking at him intently.

"Then why? You said the village will be in danger in the future, but I don't see anything happening," Tobirama questioned, I simply took a file I had prepared within storage and threw it to him.

I allowed him to take it by controlling his arm, Tobirama lowered his gaze and glanced at it, after reading a few lines, his pupils dilated.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤDeath Squad

Introduction: A squad composed of ninjas revived with Edo Tensei.

1: All members must agree before their death or be asked after being revived (only applies to those from Konoha).

2: Ninjas who are part of the Death Squad cannot reveal themselves to their families or acquaintances without the Hokage's consent.

3: All members must bear the loyalty seal that prevents them from becoming traitors or a threat to the village.

4: Members cannot use their abilities or knowledge for personal purposes, only to fulfill the squad's objectives.

5: Any attempt to regain autonomy or resist Edo Tensei will be considered treason.

"I see, you want to create your own military force, but wasn't the Anbu squad created for this purpose?" Tobirama asked, confused.

"The Anbu team has been influenced by too many forces within the village, I don't know who I can trust, I have no other choice," I said, revealing part of the truth.

"I understand," Tobirama nodded and continued reading the file, in his time he also tried to do something similar, but it was vetoed by his brother.

...

"Monitoring the Daimyo.. stalking in the shadows.. waiting for the right moment.. exterminating, you want to replace the Daimyo!" Tobirama exclaimed, understanding my intentions, then he looked at the others standing beside him.

"You released me first, if my assumption is correct, you want me to command this Death Squad, am I wrong?" Tobirama asked, piecing things together.

"Exactly!" I exclaimed, it's a relief to speak with intelligent people. Tobirama fell silent after hearing my words.

"What happens if I refuse?" he asked after pondering for a while.

"Nothing, I'll just find someone else to replace you, the first rule is that you must be willing to take the job, if you refuse, you'll simply return to paradise," I replied.

"Hm.." Tobirama didn't continue asking questions.

"I accept, but I don't think my brother is suitable for this group," Tobirama said, pointing at Hashirama.

"Don't worry, the only reason he's here is to teach me his Mokuton techniques," I said with a smile.

"Mokuton? I don't remember you being a member of the clan, how could you use Mokuton?" Tobirama asked, frowning.

"Don't worry about those details, I'll tell you everything later, for now, help me convince the others," I said, gesturing towards the rest.

...

Thirty minutes later, I led the five of them to the base my clones had built beneath the Hokage Tower.

We soon arrived at the first floor, the largest room was a grand hall where over 1,200 ninjas were gathered, these were the ninjas who died fighting against Kumo and Iwagakure, all of whom had agreed to join the Death Squad.

"When was this place built under the village?" Might Duy asked, his eyes wide with surprise.

"Yesterday," I replied, causing his jaw to drop to the floor, as a user of the earth and wood elements, constructing a base in a matter of days was a piece of cake.

The first floor consisted of a massive meeting hall with a stage-like platform, as well as several training facilities and quarters for the members of the Death Squad.

But on the second and third floors, the situation became even more absurd, on the second floor, 50 Hachibi clones continuously recharged Samehada swords without rest using a full rotation system.

These clones were created one by one by me, as I discovered an important detail about clones, every time I create one, the maximum chakra reserve of the clone is equivalent to half of the chakra I had when I created it.

That is, if I initially had 20,000 chakra points, the created clone would have a maximum limit of 10,000, but if I created another clone, it would only have a maximum limit of 5,000 chakra points, this doesn't mean my maximum limit is divided, it only applies to the clones.

Thanks to my Chakra Conversion ability, the clones can use natural energy to continuously recover chakra, all those transformed into tailed beasts have a maximum limit of 10,000.

After filling the Samehada swords, they are transformed into Samehada Seals and sent to the third floor, where they are used to create more tools.

For example, degraded Samehada Seals, since the Chakra Conversion speed is much faster when I transform into a tailed beast, I have to do that and then send the seals to the clones on the third floor.

The degraded seals are inferior versions compared to the ones I gave Kakashi and Shisui, a seal with 100 chakra points will be worth 10,000 Ryos, so a seal with 1,000 chakra points will have a value of 100,000 Ryos.

As for the 5,000-point seals, they won't even be available for sale; people will need to buy five of the smaller ones to match that power. Of course, I'll place restrictions, I don't want some idiot causing an explosion, only Jounin-level ninjas or higher will be allowed to purchase seals with 1,000 chakra points.

Some ninja equipment is also being created, like senbons that extract chakra from the enemy with just a graze or mass-produced explosive tags, all thanks to Arc of Embodiment.

These two floors remind me of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory with the Oompa-Loompas.

As for the fourth and fifth floors, both are research laboratories managed by clones, to make it less monotonous, each clone decided to disguise themselves as famous or interesting scientists from my past life.

Like a certain white-haired scientist who liked to stick out his tongue named Einstein or another named Senku Ishigami, who calls himself Dr. Stone.

...

"Congratulations to all of you for becoming the heroes of Konoha!" I said, addressing the revived ninjas in front of me.

"As you all know, from now on, you are dead, you cannot attempt to return to your families or loved ones, but as a reward, you will be able to protect them in the shadows!"

"You will be guardians in the darkness, protecting the world in the shadows, even if your actions never see the light!" I exclaimed, mimicking the typical spy slogan, but this didn't stop them from getting excited.

The hall buzzed with the excited murmurs of the resurrected ninjas, even though they were dead, the idea of continuing to serve their village and protect their loved ones after death filled them with hope.

Tobirama, observing the scene from the platform, frowned slightly, though he seemed less tense than before.

"This kid can be very persuasive," Hashirama murmured, even he felt a bit moved.

"Tell me about it," Tobirama grumbled, watching me as I continued my speech.
