Chapter 212: The Overlord of East Blue Descends Upon Cocoyasi Village!

After bidding farewell to her friends Kuina and Zoro, Nami and Nojiko set sail from Shimotsuki Village, heading back to Cocoyasi Village.

They made this journey once a year to pay respects to their late adoptive mother, Bell-mère.

"Tell me what I want to know, or you burn."

The man shook his head, tears brimming in his eyes.

"I swear, we don't know anything!"

"We don't know who you're looking for!"

No matter how many times they pleaded their innocence, Krieg's men refused to believe them.

The villagers had no way of proving their ignorance.

"Then you're useless."

The pirate raised his torch.

Just as he was about to set the man ablaze—

"STOP!"

A furious voice shattered the air.

Everyone turned.

Nami and her group had arrived.

"Don Krieg!"

"What have these people done to deserve this?"

"If they've wronged you, I'll take responsibility!"

"I'll even pay compensation!"

Nami desperately tried to de-escalate the situation.

She knew she was outmatched.

If she wanted to save the villagers, she had to negotiate.

Meanwhile, Uchiha Yi observed from the shadows, shaking his head.

He had anticipated this.

He smiled.
