Naruto: Fight or Die

I woke up with a small headache, I don't know why?It could be the after affects of the recovery herbs or maybe something else. I looked over towards my stand where the clock was,I saw that it was five in the morning. We supposed to meet himeko and the other sensei at 11 o'clock in the morning.

I got up from my bed and felt a bit chilly. The sun was still shining but it was not as hot. We are nearing the end of summer. I opened the window and a newspaper flew in my face.

"Ahhhh, what the he'll is this" said loket annoyed. He grapped the news paper of his face but as i saw the content of the news paper my whole face scrunched up.

"The hyuga icident. Late last night the oldest daughter of clan leader: hiashi hyuga was attempt to be kidnapped by a cloud ninja luckily her uncle: Hizashi hyuga...." Said loket oultloud.

What the he'll happened last night and for a cloud ninja to attempt to kidnap the oldest daughter of the hyuga clan it's very suspicious. Are they trying to start a war? But it's only been six years since the war ended. If they bring back the war then many more will die like my father did.

"Sigh. There's always something going on in this world... when will peace come." Said loket somberly to himself.

I didnt want to think about bad news today.I got dressed and grapped my bag and my ninja pouch. I pit my my blue jacket on it looked like it's seen better days. I left my apartment and locked it up.

As I arrive in the training ground I took off my clothes leaving only my underwear and the weighted seals and started my leg workout.

I jumped into the water and I felt the weighted seals dragging me down to the bottom. As I got down I started to do squats.

After ten minutes I heard mutters at the top I didn't want to go up and stop my training. But I heard my name being called out.

"LOKET!"??

I deactivate my seals and swam up. I started to hear the familiar voices as I neared closer to the top.

"See I told you, he didn't come to train." Said Helena.

"Then where is he? He wasn't in his apartment it was locked where else could he be? And his clothes are here too. Do you think he might of got kinapped and hes getting torched right as we speaking" Said liam worryingly

Wham

" dont say something so stupid. Anyway he's not here. Let's go somewhere else" said Helena pushing liam over the head.

They both where about to but I popped my head out he water surprising them.

"Eyahhh" scramed liam.

I looked at Liam with a weird look by him screaming like a girl.

"What are you doing there? And Why didn't you say anything?" said liam trying to calm his heart.

"I was training underneath the river" said loket.

"What!? Are you an idiot what if you die while you are under there" said Helena perplexed.

"It's training do it's okay" said loket.

Liam and Helena looked at me like I was some kind of idiot. I got out of the water to talk to the two of them.

"Is there a reason your interrupting my training?" said loket

"Well first put on your clothes. Before we speak" said Helena while looking away blushing.

"Bro you have a sexy bod" said liam.

My eyes twitch in disgusting, why would I need a boy to say that. I placed my clothes on and helena finally turned back towards me.

"Himeko sensei asked azerth to meet up at the front gate and azerth asked us to collect you" said Helena.

"Wait we still have a few hours before we depart" said loket.

"Well it looks like we are going earlier" said liam.

I grapped my stuff and we headed off to the front gate. As we arrived we saw Allison, azerth, himeko sensei and found sensei.

"What took you guys so long, you should of been here few minutes ago" siad himeko sensei while crossing his arms.

"Well you see we couldn't find this freak in his traing ground until we founded him in the river nearby training underneath" said loket.

I'll make sure you pay for calling me a freak later on you monkey.

Himeko sensei was confused but his face went back to normal as quick as it came. "It dosent matter, you are all here that's what matters. Because you guys where so late that the others already left, I have to explain I short that the reason we are going early is because of the attack last night.

We don't if the cloud ninjas know about what time we leave but just in case we are leaving earlier. " Said himeko.

I nodded my head in agreement as did the others." All right. Let's get going. Before that let's me tell you the formation we are going to walk in. In the front is himeko,behind is allison and azerth and behind them Is liam and Helena while loket will behind them. While I will be at the back as our eyes and ears." Said fuun sensei's.

We nodded our heads in understandment and formed our formation before we left.

"Finally I'm leaving the village and going outside to see the world" said liam excitedly in front of me.

We walked through the gate and I felt for some reason freed like a eagle finally leaving it's nest. I looked behind me and I saw the entrance of the konoha gates fade ways as we kept waling away from it.

Liam looking behind and asked" are you to leave the village"

"No and yes, it feels like I left my home and I feels like it's so far away but at the same time i am excited by what is out In the world" said loket.

"I agree, I'm a bit sad but I want to explore and journey throughout the world. I want to know what kind of cultures they have, what ninjutsu they use is it the same as konoha? Or is it different?. I want to get out of my home and explore the world" said liam while day dreaming.

I smiled at what liam said and I understood that I can always come home whenever I want. We walked for about few hours before we came to a stop to take a twenty minute break. We than started to walk again, the walk wasn't exhausting it was just annoying to have a monkey screech in your ears the whole time.

"Loket didn't you want to play a game?" asked liam.

"No" said loket annoyed.

"What come on we going to go crazy If don't do nothing but walk. Alright how about we play ' the can you find the five things' alright i go first i have to find a squirrel first, oh oh there is one onto my second one.... "said loket.

I looked towards Helena for help. She turned her head and pulled her tongue out at me. What did I even did I do to this girl, she really is a miniature bear she gets angry at you for no reason.

I looker towards where azerth and Allison where and I saw Allison laughing with azerth. That damn bastard! He gets to be with allison while I have to be stuck with monkey and mini bear.

"I'll make you pay azerth!" Seethed loket.

"Wait what? What did I do?," said azerth perplexed as to why loket was angry at him for.

We walked for about another three hours before coming to a stop but this time we had a forty minute break. I used this time to do some ninjutsu taining.

We then started to walk again. I looked behind me and asked fuun sensei" fuun sensei. Why is it we can't see the other groups"

"Oh loket, well that's because if we we get ambushed by a ninja we don't have ton focus on so many student rather we can focus on the few students and have bigger possibility to take down the enemy. But also having a line of student will definitely be suspicious because if a enemy ninja of konoha would see us they might take out the students as a way to get revenge." Said funn sensei.

I nodded in understanding I walked thinking about the possibility of a enemy ninja to appear. We kept walking for about another three hours until we saw a village from the hilltop.

"This one of the small villages. The population is no more than hundred. But this village signifies that we are a have a day and a halve before we exit the land of fire. " explained himeko sensei.

We waited for a bit and than we started our journey again. We walked past the village. I asked funn sensei how many more small villages are their around the land of fire. He replied saying" plentiful, If we not talking about the capital city of 'oujisama city' than there is alot".

I thought about how big the land of fire is and how many people love in it. There probably a over hundred million people living in the land if fire. We walked for about another two hours before we had another break for about a hour.

We than walked for another two hours before we saw the sun set. We made camp in the woods we all brought our own sleeping bags. Himeko made the fire in the centre of us and fuun sensei set traps and surveyed the area.

"Humeko sensei is it alright I'd I cooked for everyone. I brought many ingredients to cook" asked Helena.

"I don't mind but did you bring cookwar-" before himeko could finish Helena brought out her cookware.

"I guess you did" said himeko.

"So what are you going to cook for us, actually can you even cook?" Said loket who doubt Helena could cook.

"What?! Of course I can cook.i have you know that I've been cooking since I was five. Ill make you fall for my food until you beg for more" said Helena confidently.

"We will see" said loket. I got up and headed a few seconds away.

"Where do you think your going loket?" Asked himeko.

"I was thinking of going to train a bit" said loket.

"No you will stay here where I have my eyes on you" said himeko strictly.

"But sensei I need to train." Said loket moaning about not being able to go to train.

"You can train here. Where I can see you" said himeko.

"I can go with him, if you want himeko" said funn.

"Are you sure you want to do that funn" said himeko.

"I don't mind. Anyway I would rather watch loket train than sitting here doing nothing" said funn

"Yes thank you funn sensei. Let's go" said loket running off.

"Wait for me loket! I said wait For me" screamed funn in frustration.

Funn followed loket in to the woods where there was big clearing. The only one left was the group.

"I wish I could've said sooner that I wanted to go with them" said liam.

"What liam. You don't think that staying with us isn't fun?" Asked azerth who was sitting next to allison.

Liam stares at the both of them he knew that he didn't want to be the third wheel to the two of them."Yes" said liam bluntly.

Azerth face showed betrayal and sorrow. " is that how it is. You only have fun with loket but not me" said azerth somberly.

"Yes" said liam bluntly again.

Azerths head went down in defeat. " stop being a baby azerth. Liam might not find you fun but I enjoy your company" said allison.

"What really, atleast i have one friend" said azerth.

Liam rolled his eyes. He saw how close those two where since a young age. He ha know allison since childhood and she has never show this much kindness or has never talked to a boy as long as azerth. She was the prettiest girl in the acdemy, she could choose out of so many boys that come and declare a there love for her but she only has talked to azerth.

Even if liam was her friend for so long he knew that he will only be a friend in her eyes.

Whenever liam was with them he felt like a third wheel or like they talk to eachother for so long that they forget about him. But he didn't take it as a bad way he knows that they both like eachother.

"Iam surprised by how much loket has changed. Now he is training more than all of us combined. I thought by coming out of the village he will stop training but he hasn't. And I haven't heard or seen him peeking in the womens bath houses or the girls changing rooms" said allison.

"I noticed it too. It all started since the hospital and from than he has been able to beat hanma hyuga. He also created his own taijutsu technique that even I can't do. It really is a suprise, don't youn think so too liam? You've know him the longest what do you think?" Asked azerth.

Liam stared towards the fire pit. He rembered the night he's mother nearly died in the fire,with out loket I would of runaway and left my mum to die.

"He was always capable of being the strongest. Since the day I've met him and till now I never doubt in my head that he is the strongest. I beleve if he wants something, then there will be nothing that he can't achieve." Said liam while looking at the fire.

There was few seconds of quietness until liam looked towards the two.of them looking at him surprised.

"What?" Asked liam confused.

"I just didn't think you thought of loket that highly" said allison surprised by how much belief and trust he has in loket.

"If only you thought about me the same way" said azerth.

Liam looked at azerth and said" says the guy who's becoming a genin ad leaving me behind"

"What?! I'm not leaving you behind I'm just spreading my wings and flying off to get stronger" said azerth.

"There you said it your leaving me" said liam.

Azerth and Liam started to argue with eachother. Allison held her head in disappointment." How did I get these type of friends" said allison.

"Can you guys stop bickering like a couple and help me with food!" Said Helena annoyed by their constant bickering.

I arrived in a clearing in the woods, a minute away from the camp. Funn sensei sat atop a branch watching me closely. I performed my clone jutsu but it seemed like I just can't contrate on spinning my chakra around my chakra network without losing my concentration on channelling the chakra to do the jutsu.

"Are you having difficulty with the clone jutsu loket?" Asked funn who appeared infont of me.

"Yes" replied loket.

"Hmmm, that's quite interesting you have the right hand signs down. The basic clone jutsu makes a copy of your self ofcource it easy to see through but using in battle can still be useful." Said funn sensei.

"I've read the scroll top to bottom, I've even done the hands signs so many times that I can do it instantaneously" said loket.

"So what could be the promblem, even if you dont have complete understanding of it you should still be able to perform it." Said funn confused.

"I have a heavy and big chakra network which makes my chakra slow compared to others." Said loket.

Funn sensei looked perplexed." That is interesting. I've never heard of someone having slow heavy chakra or big chakra network. Can I check for myself" asked funn.

Funn sensei placed his hand over my bag and started to feel my chakra network. Funn sensei took his hand of my back and said" you weren't lying you chakra network was heavy and big but what surprised me is that your chakra was spinning like a spiral." Said funn.

"To utilities my chakra I need to make it faster and quicker. I spin it in a spiral direction, circling around my chakra network. I have made progress where I can walk or run and I can keep it active. But as you have seen doing two different things at the same time is difficult" explained loket.

"That does sound complicated, the best advice I can give is let your instincts take over." Said funn.

"What do you mean by 'let you instincts take over" asked loket confused.

" i cant explain it you will have to be actual battle but if could explain it you go into zone where your body moves at maximum output, using your abilities feels so fluid and easy to use and your techniques become lethal and accurate. This 'zone' like state is accumulated after many experiences in battle. You leave your mind blank and rely on you instincts and reflexes, allowing you to do many things at once" explained funn in detail.

"If I can reach this 'zone' state I could be able to simultaneously use ninjutsu and spin my chakra, which will allow me to use both of them at the same time" said loket explaining it to himself and coming up with many ideas.

" like I said before you will need alot experience in life or death situation where you can let your mind go" explained funn again.

I need a way to familiarise myself with fighting battles. I looked towards funn sensei and a smile spread on my face.

"What does that creepy smile mean" said funn worried by what loket will make him do.

" as you came to help me train. I will need to be able to reach this 'zone' state by having a first hand experience in fighting. So come at me sensei with the intent to kill and use all your weapons." Said loket. Getting in his battle stance.

"Wait, wait loket I agreed to help but not with sparring" said funn sensei trying to stop loket.

"This isn't a child anymore, if you dont defend yourself I will attack you" said loket.

I grapped my self made shriken and throw them towards funn sensei. He looked akimg a back but he prepared himself to doge but the shuriken curved towards his head making him startled.

Funn touched the top of his forehead and felt a scratch on his cheek. He narrowly doged it.

"Now you understand sensei. You have to take this seriously or ill kill you" said loket trying to rile up funn.

Funn sensei went serious and said" you asked for it". My body felt heavy and shakened by something. This feeling it feels like I'm going to die. I jumped forward ignoring the punch that was coming towards the back of my head.

I rolled onto the floor a I quickly got up. I looked at funnsensei an realised he's serious. I felt my body shiver by his malice. Without letting funn sensei get the control of the fight I grapped my shuriken and throw ten towards him. Some where curved and some where heading straight towards him.

Funn was prepared for the attack not even needing time to prepared. he doged the curved once with easy and grapped the shurikens that where heading straight for him. But he's body tensed up as he felt something coming towards him.

In that split second he was busy dodging my shuriken I ran towards him and jumped up performing the tornado kick. I directed all the force of the spin towards my right leg to make it more powerful.

Funn sensei was busy dodging while my leg absorbed all the spin making the air around it twist in a spiral. I laughed at him a mid air axe kick.

Bang

As my kick landed on top of his head what I saw wasn't his head but a single hand wrapping it self around my leg. "That's a great taijutsu technique, but it lacks force and power" said funn sensei lecturing me as in middle of a fight.

He grapped my leg tightly and than proceeded to spin me around and launching me a few feet away making me land on my back.

Slam

"Buahhh!" Screamed loket getting his air cut off from the impact.

I saw a kick nearing towards my head, I quickly rolled out the way. I got up in a flash. I still didn't recover from the impact from earlier. Before I released it I saw funn sensei vanished from his early spot.

I felt my eyes bulge out of my sockets as I saw funn sensei in front of me. I tried to back away but he kicked me in my gut with no effort making me fly back wards.

Slam

My back hit the ground again knocking the air out of me again. But this time I felt like I was suffocating. I grapped my throat trying to get some air in but the funn sensei wouldn't let me rest. I saw him running towards me. Without a second thought I got up preparing to block the attack.

Funn sensei launched his right hand towards my head looking to end it.

Bang.

My brain felt like itbwas being rattled. To minimise the impact of the punch I laughed my fore head in his punches trajectory making it more bearable.

Funn sensei smiled of approvement. I quickly took the chance to hit him with a counter attack. My stance was prepare to channel all the gravity towards my right arm. I twist my whole body towards my arm to launched at him my spiral punch.

Smack

But yet again funn sensei caught my hand. He started to smirk as tho he has won but I twisted my lower body into my right arm giving it more power which was able to push funn sensei onto the ground.

Pufff

Thud

Where funn senseis body was suppose to be it was replaced with a log.

"How quick" loket said loutloud. I felt my tense up as kunai appeared on my neck. I felt The sharp kunai nicked my neck.

"Yes quick and precise" said funn sensei coldly.

Funn sensei withdrawed his kunai letting me go. " i didn't even see you do the hands signs" said loket while sitting down trying to catch his breath.

" I've have used the substitution jutsu so many times that it became like second nature. But i am surprised you could actually land a hit on me. " Said funn sensei praising loket.

"Well it was a one sided fight, you where throwing me around like ragdoll." Said loket in defeat.

" I still can't believe that I got easily tricked to fight you, I hope you learnt something from this fight" said funn sensei.

I got up and said" yes I will appreciate your continuous support from now on". I than ran back towards the camp.

"Wait didn't agree to that. And he's gone. Sigh that kid will surely be the death of me." Said funn sensei in frustration.
