Naruto: Eye System(Rewrite)

Chapter 104: Chapter 26:Backup has arrived!

Yuto formed a single hand sign, and in a puff of smoke, five shadow clones appeared around him. Without wasting a second, two of them flickered away from the battlefield, vanishing into the dense forest, while the remaining three clones took positions beside him, ready to engage Orochimaru.

Orochimaru's cold, snake-like eyes narrowed in amusement as he raised his Kusanagi sword. Without a word, the blade extended unnaturally, lunging toward Yuto like a piercing spear.

Yuto smirked. "You're not the only one with tricks," he muttered. His solar lightsaber flared, its golden blade suddenly expanding to meet the Kusanagi in mid-air. The two blades clashed, sending a shower of sparks in all directions. Yuto pushed more chakra into his blade and roared, "Eruption!"

In an instant, his solar lightsaber expanded in a violent explosion of searing heat and energy. The force of the blast should have incinerated anything in its path—except Orochimaru was nowhere to be seen. A puddle of mud remained where he had stood.

A mud clone.

At the same time, Yuto's body also vanished in a puff of smoke, revealing that he, too, had used a shadow clone as bait.

From a safe distance, Orochimaru chuckled darkly, his snake-like tongue flicking out. "You catch on fast, Yuto-kun," he purred, his golden eyes gleaming with predatory amusement.

Yuto made a disgusted face. "Tch. Stop talking, Pedomaru," he shot back.

Orochimaru's eye twitched in irritation, but before he could react, one of Yuto's clones flickered in front of him, a massive Odama Solar Ball crackling in its hands. The golden orb radiated intense heat, distorting the air around it.

"Burn!" the clone shouted as it hurled the attack at Orochimaru.

However, the Sannin simply opened his mouth unnaturally wide, and from its depths, dozens of snakes shot out, coiling around the clone and the solar ball before launching both into the distance.

BOOM!

A massive explosion lit up the sky as Yuto's clone was destroyed along with the solar ball.

Yuto took advantage of the moment, swiftly switching places with a kunai behind Orochimaru. In one fluid motion, he slashed downward with his solar lightsaber, slicing Orochimaru cleanly in half at the waist.

"Got you!" Yuto muttered, his eyes narrowing.

But instead of falling, Orochimaru's upper half grinned at him. From the severed torso, a snake's tail burst forth, carrying the upper half away. Meanwhile, the lower body remained rooted, suddenly unleashing a swarm of snakes in Yuto's direction.

"Of course that didn't kill him," Yuto grumbled as he flickered away, switching with another marked kunai.

Meanwhile, the sky was filled with explosions.

"HAH! That was nothing! Behold, true art!" Deidara yelled, flinging a handful of clay birds into the air.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

The clay birds detonated in a spectacular fashion, lighting up the battlefield with colorful, fiery bursts.

Naruko, who stood atop Yuto's dragonfly summon, had a tick mark on her forehead. "Tch, you call that an explosion? Let me show you how it's done!"

She grinned mischievously, then shouted, "Multi-Exploding Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

POOF! POOF! POOF!

Hundreds of clones appeared in the sky, all armed with explosive tags. With a collective yell, they all charged toward Deidara.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

A chain of continuous explosions filled the sky as Deidara barely dodged, his expression shifting from excitement to panic.

On the dragonfly, Hitomi sighed, rubbing her temples. "They're… they're not even fighting anymore… This is just a competition of who can make the bigger explosion. What the hell is going on!?"

On the ground, Sora and Manda were engaged in a fierce clash of their own.

Manda slithered into the ground, narrowly dodging an icy breath attack from Sora. Moments later, he burst out of the earth like a missile, his enormous fangs aiming straight for Sora's throat.

The dragon twisted its body mid-air, barely dodging as it retaliated with a barrage of ice spikes.

FWOOOOSH!

Manda coiled his body and spun like a massive top, generating a wind vortex that deflected the ice projectiles. Then, opening his massive mouth, he unleashed a violent tornado toward Sora.

Sora roared and countered by sending a wave of icy wind forward. The two forces clashed, creating a freezing storm that spread across the battlefield.

Far away, in the snowy Land of Iron, a black crow soared through the cold air, its small body cutting through the wind. It glided over the rooftops of a quiet inn before swooping inside through an open window.

Inside, Kakashi sat on a chair, engrossed in his book. His lone visible eye flickered up as the crow landed on his table, dropping a small scroll in front of him.

Recognizing it as one of Yuto's crows, he instantly put his book away and picked up the scroll. As soon as he read its contents, his eyes widened.

"Team 7 is under attack… By two S-rank ninjas!? Orochimaru!?"

Without hesitation, he activated the small seal at the bottom of the letter, channeling his chakra into it. The seal burned away.

Miles away, one of Yuto's clones, who had been stationed outside the battlefield, sensed the signal.

Time to move!

The clone immediately switched places with the crow, appearing inside the inn in a flash.

"Kakashi-sensei," the clone greeted.

Kakashi grabbed the clone's arm. "Let's go."

Without another word, the clone activated Chakra Anchor again, switching both himself and Kakashi back to the battlefield.

Orochimaru's tongue shot forward like a whip, aiming straight for Yuto's throat.

Before it could reach him, a blur of silver appeared between them.

ZSSSH!

A flash of blue lightning cut through the air as Kakashi appeared, his hand crackling with Chidori. The electrified blade nearly sliced Orochimaru's tongue clean off. The Sannin quickly jumped back, his golden eyes narrowing.

"Kakashi…" Orochimaru hissed.

Simultaneously, the ground trembled as something massive arrived.

BOOM!

A gigantic toad suddenly crashed down onto Manda, pinning the giant snake beneath its weight. On top of the toad stood a tall, muscular man with long, wild white hair and red paint-like markings on his face.

Jiraiya.

The Toad Sage smirked. "Yo! Thought I'd drop in to see what the fuss was about."

Yuto, who had been prepared to fight to the death, exhaled in relief. "Finally, some backup… But wait, why is Jiraiya here!?"

Orochimaru's expression darkened. "Tch… How troublesome."

Kakashi adjusted his headband, revealing his Sharingan. "It's over, Orochimaru."

Jiraiya cracked his knuckles. "Time to teach an old snake some new tricks."

The battlefield had just shifted dramatically.
