Naruto: Dual-Pupil Uchiha

"Genya, I know you don't want to go to academy, but the ninja academy is where the children of all the big clans gather. You can also make connections there!" 

Uchiha Kinya looked at his son's unwilling expression, then tried to encourage him: 

"We'll only go for a day or two, after that, you can skip class, I won't stop you!"

Uchiha Kinya knew that with his son's talent, studying with those little kids would be a waste of time. He just wanted his son to get familiar with the other kids from big clans! 

Right now, the common people in Konoha had already warmed up to them, but in the end, they were still just commoners.

The power in Konoha was still controlled by the big clans.

That's why the ninja academy existed. After all, the children of the big clans didn't need to learn ninjutsu at the academy. What they needed was to build connections!

Even though his son didn't seem interested in becoming Hokage, it was still useful to make some friends... or at least, get to know the future leaders of the big clans in Konoha!

Genya's words surprised Uchiha Kinya, but he was happy. It seemed that Genya did want to check out the ninja academy after all!

He didn't expect Genya to mingle with the other kids. After all, with Genya's strength and personality, he wouldn't waste time with a bunch of little kids. 

Those kids were too weak! 

So, that was fine.

Genya went to the academy, enrolled, and started attending!

There, he saw a few familiar faces: Naruto, Hinata, and Uchiha Sasuke!

There were some unfamiliar faces as well, but by their appearance, he could recognize a few. Haruno Sakura, with pink hair, was a commoner ninja, but her personality wasn't something Genya respected!

The chubby Akimichi Choji, Shikamaru with his little braids, insect lover Aburame Shino, the dog-loving Kiba, and the tsundere blonde Ino.

As expected, the children from the big clans were all there!

The rest were mostly from other clans, but Genya didn't bother with them! 

"Genya, you came to the academy too?" Naruto greeted him enthusiastically as soon as he saw Genya. Genya smiled back at him!

However,

From the way the people around him are distancing themselves from Naruto, it's clear that Naruto is still being avoided.

"Genya." Hinata quietly greeted Genya from behind, her voice soft and hesitant.

"Is that Genya? The leader of the Uchiha Clan's Police Force?" Shikamaru squinted at Genya, his eyes showing curiosity!

He had heard Genya's name before—a monster with dual pupil from the Uchiha clan, yet a useless one!

But Shikamaru noticed that Genya was different from what he had expected. Although his eyes had two connected pupils, there was an otherworldly aura about him that no child of their age could possess!

This must be due to his long experience leading the Uchiha Police Force!

Shikamaru unexpectedly felt the urge to go over and make friends.

He took a step forward and stood in front of Genya. "Let's introduce ourselves. I'm Nara Shikamaru!"

"Uchiha Genya," Genya smiled and extended his hand to shake, all while sizing up the smartest person in the Hokage's office.

Shikamaru had a small ponytail, and even though he had come to greet Genya, his posture was relaxed!

Clearly,

He is just as I remembered him, he can use his brain but not his hands.

While speaking, he even yawned.

As the leader of the Police Force, Genya hadn't really seen much of him before, but it was clear that the Nara clan took great care in ensuring Shikamaru's protection, likely also training him within the clan!

Not just Shikamaru, but also Choji and the other children of prominent clans had hardly appeared, probably due to being raised in the clan and focusing on their training from a young age!

"I hope we can get along well in the future!" Shikamaru said, his eyes filled with hope.

"Heh, I won't be at the academy for long, but I'll make sure to leave a good impression!" Genya said with a bright smile.

The two exchanged a glance and both smiled.

"That girl is so cute!" At that moment, they heard Naruto's voice, full of admiration.

Genya was momentarily stunned!

He turned his head and looked at Naruto, who was nearby.

Naruto was staring absentmindedly at a little girl not far away. She had short pink hair, a bow on her head, and the most distinctive feature—her large forehead!

Sakura Haruno! 

Wow, I didn't expect Naruto to have already noticed Sakura from the beginning! 

But at this moment, the little girl's gaze was fixed on another child nearby—Sasuke Uchiha.

I have to admit, Sasuke was naturally good at acting cold and distant. Standing there with one hand in his pocket, his "don't talk to me" expression really did make some girls fascinated! 

As for Sasuke's talent? 

Genya could only say that he wasn't exactly a genius of Konoha. His parents were killed, and he only awakened the Sharingan to a single tomoe?

Among the Uchiha clan's children, his talent could only be considered above average.

But, he was a reincarnation of Indra? 

Such is fate!

However, in Genya's opinion, Indra would just be a passerby in the future. His true goal was the stars and the cosmos—the real stars and cosmos! 

While chatting, everyone entered the classroom.

Genya naturally went to sit at the last row in the corner, after all, it was the place where no one would disturb him!

Genya made room, letting Hinata sit on the inside! 

Next to her, another person appeared—Shikamaru Nara. He didn't greet anyone and just sat down, immediately lying on the desk to sleep!

Naruto, that guy, went to bother Sakura and try to sit next to her. However, because he was a demon fox, he was always distanced by the other students, even Sakura kept some distance! 

Compared to Naruto, Sasuke was much more popular!

Gradually, everyone started to get more familiar with each other!

The bell rang, and a teacher entered. The moment Genya saw him, his eyes narrowed—Iruka!

Then the usual class routine began: roll call, interests, hobbies!

It was all rather dull!

Genya even started yawning!

Just as the academy day was about to end, Genya was getting ready to leave when he saw two people standing on a roof not far away!

His vision was excellent due to Dual Pupil, allowing him to clearly see those two people: Uchiha Itachi and Shimura Danzo!

When he saw them, Genya's eyes narrowed. So soon, they had crossed paths?

It seemed like he would need to have a good talk with Itachi these next few days. He had missed the opportunity with Shisui last time, but this time, he hoped to change Itachi's mind.

On top of the building!

One-eyed Shimura Danzo looked at the group of children and sighed, "Children are good, aren't they? They can live carefree lives."
