Naruto: Dual-Pupil Uchiha

"Have you decided to follow Kinya and join the Chamber of Commerce?" 

Uchiha Omura looked at the group of ninjas who had followed him. He wanted to confirm their decision one last time. 

"Think this through carefully. Once we commit to this path, there will be no turning back. We won't be able to reintegrate with the clan, and even the village may reject us!"

He had to make sure they understood the consequences of their choice. 

If they decided to go through with this, there should be no regrets afterward.

"Brother Omura, don't you see? It's not that we don't want to stay loyal to the village and the clan, but the entire Uchiha clan is struggling within the village. And we're suffering even more!" Uchiha Kai had finally come to terms with the situation.

Konoha's actions over the past few years had left them increasingly disillusioned.

Several other Uchiha clan members nodded in agreement, turning their gaze toward Uchiha Omura. "Brother Omura, why not join the Chamber of Commerce with us? That way, we can watch out for each other!"

Their words were sincere, hoping Uchiha Omura would join them in this new venture.

Uchiha Kinya also looked toward Uchiha Omura, waiting for his response.

"Sigh..." Uchiha Omura sighed, seeing that his comrades were being swayed by Uchiha Kinya's arguments. He realized there was no turning back. "Kinya, what exactly are the benefits of joining the Chamber of Commerce?"

He had come to terms with reality and made up his mind, but he still needed to know the specifics.

After all, he was responsible for the well-being of the group he led.

"Have you decided to join the Chamber of Commerce?"

A glint of excitement flashed in Uchiha Kinya's eyes as he quickly explained, "For Jonin, you'll receive a monthly salary of 20,000 ryo. For Chunin, it's 10,000 ryo, and for Genin, 6,000 ryo. On top of that, you'll earn additional rewards for completing missions!"

Uchiha Kinya's explanation was thorough and enticing.

As Uchiha Omura and the others listened, their eyes brightened.

They knew that as ninjas, they had hardly earned any money. Even risking their lives on missions, a Jonin would only earn about 10,000 ryo a month.

But here, Uchiha Kinya was offering them a stable salary of 20,000 ryo as Jonin, with additional rewards for missions.

How could they not be tempted?

The group exchanged glances, and finally, Uchiha Omura turned to Uchiha Kinya and said, "Alright, we'll join the Chamber of Commerce!"

"Haha... Excellent! Starting today, our Chamber of Commerce has a few top ninjas in charge!" Uchiha Kinya laughed heartily. Today was a great day for him. "Today, it's my treat—eat as much as you want!"

With today's events, the Chamber of Commerce now had several elite ninjas, all from the Uchiha clan, who possessed special bloodline limits.

When transporting goods in the future, if robbers saw that the Uchiha clan was guarding the convoy, they'd likely back off, thinking they weren't strong enough to take them on. This would reduce unnecessary conflicts.

To celebrate, the Uchiha clan threw a huge banquet that nearly cleared out all the good food and drink in Konoha Village!

The celebration was for a few special people.

"Kinya, is Genya alright?" Uchiha Omura suddenly noticed something unusual and glanced at Genya with curiosity and surprise.

This kid's appetite was enormous.

For someone so young, he was eating more than the four of them combined!

No, it was even more than what members of the Akimichi clan usually ate. And the strange thing was, this little guy was only three years old.

"Haha, don't worry!" Uchiha Kinya brushed it off casually. "It's normal for kids to eat a lot. Last night, he said he wanted to start training in Taijutsu, so he'll probably eat even more soon!"

"Taijutsu training? If Genya is going to train in Taijutsu, it won't be easy!" Uchiha Kai remarked, eyeing Genya thoughtfully. "But... it seems like Genya has some natural talent for Taijutsu!"

The first rule of Taijutsu training is that you need to eat a lot to build muscle strength.

"Do you have a good Taijutsu teacher in mind? I'll have Genya train under them!" Uchiha Kinya's eyes lit up as he quickly asked. He had been wondering how to find the right Taijutsu teacher for little Genya.

"If we're talking about the best Taijutsu teachers, it would be the Hyuga clan or Might Guy!" Uchiha Kai pondered for a moment before adding, "But the Hyuga clan probably won't teach Genya, and neither will Might Guy."

"Why?" Most of the Uchiha clan knew that the Hyuga's Eight Trigrams Palm technique was a clan secret, but why wouldn't Might Guy train Genya? He added, almost pleadingly, "I'll pay him 30,000 ryo a month!"

"Might Guy is one of Konoha's top ninjas now, and he's highly respected in the village. He's focused on missions and won't take on any disciples," Uchiha Kai explained with a shake of his head. It was true—Might Guy was a well-known figure in Konoha, and it was unlikely he'd have time to train Genya.

He didn't have the twenty or thirty thousand ryo needed, so of course, he couldn't take the time to teach Genya.

Everyone else was also quiet. Even Uchiha Kinya, who wanted to solve the problem with money, was considering finding another Taijutsu teacher.

"Uncles, I'll find a teacher on my own. You don't have to worry!" Genya said after swallowing his food.

He had sent someone to check yesterday and found out that Might Guy had no missions lately and had been around the village.

He was planning to run into him by chance!

The dinner and conversation lasted until evening. Uchiha Omura and the others went back to prepare and would join the Chamber of Commerce in a few days. Genya and his father also went home.

After a good night's sleep, the next morning, Genya was up early, dressed in a running outfit, and wearing a red headband that said, "THE POWER OF YOUTH!!"

"Genya, don't you want to sleep a bit more?" Senju Yumi asked, feeling a bit pained as she saw her son about to head out.

"Mom, a day's plan starts in the morning. I need to train hard if I want to get better at Taijutsu!" Genya quickly ate a few chicken legs and then ran out.

He was already at the edge of the village. As soon as he stepped outside, he began running along a path that circled the village.

Genya's speed was decent, but his short legs meant a man in tights soon caught up with him. The man was about 18 or 19 years old, full of energy! 

[At Naruto's age of 13, Kakashi was 30. Might Guy, who is about the same age as Kakashi, is currently around 18 or 19!]

"Uh," Might Guy said, surprised as he caught sight of Genya. "How old is this kid, and he's already running? Moreover, he's speeding up as I try to catch him!"

He was determined to keep up and not let Genya get ahead.

Might Guy couldn't help but look at Genya a few more times.

Genya didn't look back and just kept running at his top speed!

Might Guy was only a step behind Genya, and they kept running around Konoha, one big, one small, without a word between them.
