Naruto stayed in the Land of Vegetables for three days, during which he helped build numerous houses.

Princess Haruna told the citizens it was done by a mysterious construction team and attributed it to divine power.

Naruto always worked under the cover of night, and while the people were curious, they were happy that their new ruler had such capabilities and didn't ask many questions.

Fortunately, Konoha didn't need Naruto's help during this time, or he would have been overwhelmed trying to handle both duties.

Haruna noticed how much effort Narutoputg put into helping her country, expending a great deal of chakra daily.

She kept this in mind and, during those three days, searched for the perfect place for him.

On the afternoon of the third day, she led Naruto to a mountain. She pointed to it and said, "This mountain is quite famous in the Land of Vegetables."

"As its ruler, it's nothing to gift it to you, especially considering all the help you've given me."

"Though it's close to the city, no one lives here because the land isn't suitable for farming."

Naruto looked at the mountain. The main peak soared into the clouds, surrounded by smaller peaks and lush greenery.

Valleys between the mountains were filled with clear streams, and traces of wildlife could be seen.

The place was so picturesque that it could easily be a tourist destination.

Naruto realized that Haruna had considered finding him such a perfect location—it was ideal for building a base.

He quickly explored the area and returned to Haruna, who had been waiting for him. "Sorry to keep you waiting," he said.

Haruna asked, "So, what do you think? Do you like it?"

Naruto nodded, "Thank you, Princess Haruna. I'm very satisfied with this place. Please announce to your people that no one is allowed near it."

Haruna smiled and said, "We're friends now, so just call me. Don't worry, I'll take care of everything, but I may need your help again."

Naruto laughed, "If nothing is pressing in Konoha, I'll stay here in the Land of Vegetables."

"If you need anything, please come here and find me. This will be my estate from now on."

Naruto then summoned several shadow clones, who worked together using Earth Style to create a road from the foot of the mountain to the top.

The work was completed quickly, but it took a lot of chakras.

After finishing the basic infrastructure, Naruto used Wood Style to build simple houses and a few pavilions scattered throughout the mountain.

He also fenced off some accessible areas to prevent outsiders from wandering in.

He built a large gate at the mountain's basin resembling Konoha's main entrance.

By the time he finished, the place looked like a mountain retreat.

Exhausted from the chakra expenditure, Narutolefte more complex buildings for later.

The estate needed a name, but Naruto couldn't think of one. Watching him complete the massive project, Haruna was always captivated by his creative jutsu, no matter how often she had seen them.

Naruto approached her and said, "Since you gave me this place, I'll let you name it."

Without hesitation, Haruna suggested, "How about Shunrai Estate?" She laughed softly as she said it.

Naruto smiled, "That sounds nice." He hung a plaque over the entrance with the words "Shunrai Estate" inscribed.

"Now that it has a name, I'm officially the lord of Shunrai Estate. You're always welcome to visit, but there's still much to do."

"I'll be relying on your hospitality for a while longer."

Naruto stayed in the Land of Vegetables for the next few days, using his free time to perfect his estate.

The design incorporated many elements from modern life, like channelling mountain springs through pipes to supply the buildings with fresh water.

Most importantly, he constructed a massive underground base within the mountain, blending it seamlessly into the natural landscape with hidden entrances that were difficult to spot without prior knowledge.

The underground space was vast, built not only to meet Naruto's current needs but also with future expansion in mind.

After finishing, Naruto was satisfied with every part of the estate. All that was left was to bring his people to live there.

Resting in one of the pavilions, Naruto admired the beautiful scenery.

Once his chakra had recovered, he teleported using the Flying Thunder God technique to appear before Ryusen.

Startled, Ryusen quickly bowed, but Naruto waved it off. "I'm taking you somewhere."

In an instant, Naruto brought Lusen to Shunrai Estate. Ryusen was impressed by the scenery and found the layout of the buildings to be highly practical. This place was a paradise.

Compared to the dark, temporary hideouts they'd used before.

Naruto said, "Ryusen, I know it's been tough working in those underground bases, but I appreciate your hard work."

Lusen quickly replied, "It's an honour to serve you, my lord. A little hardship is nothing."

Naruto smiled, "I know your heart, but I also want you to have a better environment."

"A better environment?" Lusen asked, confused. "Does that mean... my lord, is this our new base?"

Naruto nodded, "This place is called Shunrai Estate, and I'm putting you in charge of managing it."

"The ruler of the Land of Vegetables gave it to me, and no officials are allowed here. It's my private territory."

Having followed Naruto for some time, Ryusen had grown used to surprises like this.

He wasn't even shocked that Naruto had secured land from a daimyo.

Still, managing such a large estate was a new experience for Ryusen, and he was thoroughly pleased with the place.

Naruto then showed him around, familiarizing him with the estate and the underground base.

As they toured the property, Lusen grew increasingly astonished by Naruto's abilities.

After the tour, Naruto said, "I've stocked the estate with basic supplies and food, but we still need many things. The underground base will remain sealed off until we need it. I'm giving you ten days to get everything up and running."

"Don't worry about the cost—use as much money as you need."

Ryusen confidently replied, "I'm very experienced with this work.

Although much must be done, I can have everything operational in a week. I guarantee that the estate will be fully functional by then."

Naruto nodded, "I knew I could count on you. After a week, I'll have even more important tasks for you."

Naruto entrusted the management of the Shunrai Estate to Ryusen and returned to Konoha.

He had left a Wood Clone there, and although people had come looking for him, he managed to dodge any requests by Konoha.

Fortunately, no missions were assigned to him during that time.

After handling a few basic matters in Konoha, Naruto immediately set out for the Land of Rivers.

When Naruto appeared at the orphanage, a child was the first to notice him and shouted excitedly, "Uncle Kenji!"

The other children quickly followed, pouring out from the orphanage.

Tenba said, "Uncle Kenji, you're finally here! Some people thought you wouldn't come, but Lily and I always believed you would keep your word."

At that moment, Lily and Dali also walked up.

Lily teased Tenba, "Didn't you say Uncle Kenji wasn't coming?" Tenba, scratching his head awkwardly, replied, "I was just kidding."

Naruto was soon surrounded by a large group of lively children chatting noisily as they led him into the orphanage.

Standing in the crowd, Naruto said, "Uncle Kenji has been busy recently, and it wasn't easy for me to find time to visit you."

"But soon, I'll send someone to take you to a place much better than this."

A child of about eight or nine asked, "Uncle Kenji, does the place you're talking about have houses?"

Another younger child chimed in, "Is there food?"

Naruto smiled, "Yes, and not just food—it's far better than here. There are lots of things you don't have here."

"But when you get there, you must promise to behave. Anyone who doesn't listen will have to stay here."

The younger children quickly pretended to be alone while the older ones laughed at their actions. Naruto laughed along with them, feeling relaxed.

However, his visit was brief, just to update the children, and soon he left, waving goodbye as they watched him go.

Naruto had many things to do. First, he needed to erase the traces of their previous hideout and bring the two people stationed there to Ryusen.

He also had to assist Haruna and regularly appear in Konoha to avoid suspicion.

A week passed quickly, and when Naruto returned to Shunrai Estate, the place was bustling with servants.

They cleaned, served tea, and attended to all the daily tasks under Ryusen's supervision.

The estate was running smoothly, and following Naruto's instructions, everyone addressed him as the estate's lord.

As Naruto toured the estate, he couldn't help but admire Ryusen's skills.

Coming from a wealthy family, Ryusen was well-versed in managing such affairs, and in just one week, no details were overlooked in the estate.

When Ryusen heard of Naruto's arrival, he hurried over and said, "Lord, I've completed the tasks you assigned me, though it did cost some money."

Naruto smiled, "Don't worry about the money. If we run out, just let me know. You did an excellent job."

"But now, I have an even more important task for you. Come with me."

Using the Flying Thunder God technique, Naruto led Ryusen out of the estate and teleported them to the Land of Rivers.

Together, they headed to the orphanage. Along the way, Naruto explained the situation to Ryusen, though Ryusen still felt slightly confused.

He asked, "Are you planning to care for these orphans, my lord? I'm unsure why, but what do you need me for?"

Naruto replied, "I want you to help disguise them as merchants and escort them in groups to the Land of Vegetables."

"It's a complicated task, and I can't take them directly, so I need your help."

Ryusen would never refuse Naruto's request, and Naruto knew that Ryusen was the perfect person for this mission.

After all, Lusen had once been a merchant, so Naruto trusted him to handle the children's journey. If any real danger arose, Naruto could step in to resolve it.

Soon, Naruto and Ryusen arrived at the orphanage. The children were already familiar with Naruto, but it was their first time meeting Ryusen. Naruto introduced himself and said, "This is Uncle Ryusen, and he's here to take you to the place I promised. He knows many things, so you must listen to him."

The children, with their innocent eyes, looked at Ryusen. Naruto then introduced the kids to him:

"This one here is Tenba, a bit mischievous. That's Dali, and that's Lily. As for the rest..."

Naruto chuckled, "Honestly, I can't remember all the names, but you'll have plenty of time to get to know each other."

With Naruto's introduction, Ryusen quickly bonded with the children.

They ate together, and Ryusen even told them stories, quickly making him familiar with the group.

Naruto handed Ryusen a map and said, "This is the route from here to the Land of Vegetables."

"Follow this path and pretend to be merchants. If you run into any danger, notify me immediately."

Lusen nodded and accepted the map. Naruto stood up and addressed the children, "Uncle Ryusen will now take you to the place I told you about."

"You must follow his instructions carefully, or it could be dangerous. Do you understand?"

In unison, the children replied, "We understand, Uncle Huangtu!"

Naruto pulled Tenba aside and said, "Most kids listen to you. While I'm not here, you need to help Uncle Ryusen."

You know the dangers of the road, so make sure nothing goes wrong."

Though Tenba had resisted when he first met Naruto, this only showed his cautious nature.

Unlike the other children, he already understood how to think critically.

Seeing Naruto's serious tone, Tenba nodded solemnly and said, "Don't worry, Uncle Kenji. I'll make sure to assist Uncle Ryusen."

With everything arranged, Naruto waved goodbye and left the orphanage.

He had originally planned to stop by the Land of Vegetables, but just then, his Wood Clone sent him a message—someone from Konoha had come looking for him.

Tsunade had likely sent them to call him to the Hokage's office for a new mission, meaning it was time for him to head out again.
