NARUTO: Demon's rebirth in Naruto

Chapter 8: Shadow Cast of the Heavenly Demon

Naruto dragged himself to his room, his mind buzzing. Man, what a day, he thought, flopping onto his bed, barely able to keep his eyes open. Within moments, he slipped into a deep, dream-filled sleep.

In his dream, naruto found himself back in Konoha, the kid as he is now. his attempts at martial arts…..

"Tch, my body's too weak," he had realized early on, giving up on that path entirely. He wasn't strong enough, so instead, he dedicated himself solely to ninjutsu and the physical techniques from this world.

Life played out in fast-forward. He saw himself studying jutsu with relentless determination, pouring over scrolls, mastering chakra control, transforming jutsus, and honing every technique he could find. He pushed himself to exhaustion daily, determined to become something greater.

he became the strong ninja in the leaf village, now he wants to leave konaha and want to start his dominance, he tried and tried in his dream to leave konaha but its not happened. naruto eventually gave up. now he wanted to rule the konaha and he became the hokage and got a stone face.

On a bright morning, he looked out proudly over the village from atop the hokage stone face, standing beside the stone faces of his predecessors. His own face had joined theirs, carved into the mountainside.

He felt atleast i acheived something in this world.

But then...., his vision darkened.

A colossal figure began to take form behind the stone faces, casting an immense shadow over the stone faces, it kept increasing until it cast immense shadow all over the Konoha. It was a statue—an ancient figure, he recognized immediately as the statue of Xuan Tian from his previous life in the martial world.

Its form was towering and ethereal like a divine being, exuding a presence of GOD. So powerful that naruto could feel the weight of it pressing down on him, forcing him to his knees.

naruto… he couldn't look away. He was transfixed by the power, the godly dominance that seemed to reach from another realm. His own hokage stone face, once a proud achievement, was swallowed up in the shadow of Xuan Tian's presence, becoming insignificant beneath the looming figure.

Naruto jolted awake. He sat up, his body drenched in sweat, his breathing ragged. He grabbed a cup of water and downed it in one gulp, the cool liquid barely cutting through the heat of his revelation.

Naruto's mind raced. he laughed "Haahaaahaaa".

So, this… is what I'm missing, he realized, i am loosing my true self… my original self… the Heavenly Demon.

In the morning naruto does rigorous body exercises. He ran laps around Konoha, sweat pouring down his face as he tore through the village street, he runs all over konaha. after he done it and reaches home there his outfit is already at his doorstep. He takes it and does his daily routine.

Soon enough, it was time for the academy's photo session. Naruto wore his new black attire, a sleek outfit that matched his dark gaze and intense aura. He smirked as he looked into the mirror—this was a look that fit him far better than before.

At the photo session, naruto stood in front of the camera, staring it down, and let out a quiet "Hmph," as he struck his pose. The photographer, feeling the energy coming off him, snapped the shot a little quicker than usual.

When the photos were done, Inoichi showed up to escort him to the third hokage's office.

In the hokage's office, the third hokage greeted Naruto with a warm smile, though he looked carefully at the boy before him. "Naruto," he said kindly, "I just wanted to check on you. How have you been?"

Naruto shrugged. "I've been fine, old man. But there is something I need."

He looked the hokage in the eye, his tone almost daring. "I need the basics—clothes, weapons. None of the shops let me buy anything. I want you to make some arrangements with these things."

The hokage blinked, taken aback by the boy's straightforwardness. After a moment, he nodded. "I understand, naruto. I'll speak to the shops. There's a weapons store in Konoha you'll be able to access to buy armory at reasonable prices, and I'll make sure there are ninja stores that will provide the essentials to any ninja, including you."

Naruto says "thankyou old man". Then naruto asks his voice steady, though his gaze was intense. "I also want to clarify one thing, is my father, the fourth hokage? we both have same resemblance, same eyes and same hair color"

The hokage gets shocked. After a moment of silence, the hokage nodded. "Yes, naruto. The fourth hokage was indeed your father. He sacrificed his life to save you and all of konoha. He hoped you'd be honored as the hero who held the Nine-Tails back for the village.

Naruto scoffed, eyes narrowing. "A hero, huh?" He shook his head." I think a hero can't be getting a treatment like I am."

The Hokage sighed heavily. "We wanted to keep the details of the Nine-Tails a secret… but somehow, the information spread throughout Konoha."

The hokage reached into his desk and pulled out a key, holding it out to Naruto. "Your father's house is still preserved. His belongings, his privacy… they're all intact. You, as his son, you have every right to them. Here is the key and its location details."

Naruto took the key and the location scroll, barely glancing at it as he pocketed them. "Thanks," he muttered, showing neither gratitude nor resentment, just an unreadable calm.

The hokage watched him closely as Naruto turned to leave, feeling a strange pang of worry.hokage thought any person at time like this either shows sad or hatred at his father but Naruto isn't. This wasn't the naruto he knew… this boy was different, colder, with a power lurking beneath the surface.

As naruto left, the hokage quietly told Inoichi, "Keep a close eye on him."

Inoichi nodded. "of course."

Outside the hokage's office, Naruto's smirk returned. The key in his hand felt cold and heavy—a reminder of the past he didn't fully care about, but one that had now become a stepping stone toward his goals.

If I'm going to train as I want, he thought, I'll need a place far from prying eyes.

His apartment wouldn't do, not for the intensity of training he planned. With renewed purpose, he walked through the streets of Konoha, heading toward the location of his father's house, prepared to unlock the power he knew was waiting for him there.

The Heavenly Demon has returned… and soon, this village will know it.
