Chapter 119: Experiment on Becoming an Otsutsuki! The Path to the Moon!

"I recall that the requirement for awakening the Tenseigan is a fusion of Otsutsuki chakra and a high-purity Byakugan," Ishihara mused. "Is merely enhancing the Byakugan's purity even effective?"
