Mythology: Spiritual Ruler

Chapter 75: Remarks on the launch

It took thirty-five days to put it on the shelves. On the first day of next month, the first book of the newbie will be on the shelves!

The two volumes add up to seventy-three chapters, which can be regarded as reaching the starting point average.

I open V at night, so it is understandable that there is one less chapter during the day. After all, the speed of revising the manuscript is really limited, and I have to write a two thousand-word thank you note, which is equivalent to one more chapter. To be honest, the thank you note is about the same as the main text, which I didn’t expect.

So the update tomorrow morning and the remaining chapter today will be put together in the evening. I will add another thousand, three chapters and seven thousand words. I will see if I can write one or two more chapters during the day tomorrow. After all, it’s on the shelves.

Let’s talk about the thank you note itself. I have been writing all the way to now, and in fact, the author himself is a little surprised. Even my family doesn’t know that I am writing a novel. Seeing me sitting in front of the computer every day, they probably think I am preparing for the exam-laughing to death, don’t they know what level the author is now?

In short, mythology is a niche topic, and it is rare to find similar books on Qidian. The book about the god of death is already a rare masterpiece, but it is a pity that it is updated every year. I still felt it was a pity at the beginning.

Now that I am writing it myself, the author gradually feels the difficulty. Greek mythology is not like the prehistoric world that has been written thousands of times. Although there is a general trajectory, the timeline is unclear, there are many versions, and there is no well-known power system. It is actually more difficult to write than the original.

And everyone can see that this book is not a monster-killing and upgrade article after all, and the author cannot write 10,000 words in minutes by describing shock, disdain, contempt, and face-slapping operations. In fact, I feel that I spend more than three hours on average for each chapter, not counting the time spent in the group. Maybe this is also the gap between novices and masters.

It is said that if I can write 1 million on Qidian, I must be a god. If I can write 1 million, maybe I can learn from the masters and write 10,000 every day.

So after it is put on the shelves, except for the first day, it is updated every day on the basis of 4,000 normally. It is possible to combine chapters, but the number of words in a single chapter will not be too large. I have also used chapter cards a lot when reading books. The author is experienced in this regard.

As for rewards, just let it go. I will be very happy if everyone is willing to subscribe. After all, there are many people in the group who have a monthly plot collapse with 10,000 yuan a day. The past is a lesson for the future.

Of course, if there is really a big boss, I am not unable to bend for money and see if I can post two more chapters within my ability, and cure my own problem of slacking off in the group when I have nothing to do, haha.

Then, back to the plot.

If the first volume is the opening, similar to the golden three chapters in other novels, explaining the operation of the golden finger, then the second volume is the expansion of the world view.

Mythology is not the myth of one person. Every god or person has his own position and should have his own story. This kind of book with a high sense of presence of supporting characters is actually not suitable for novices, but it can also train a person's writing skills. The author can only say that he will try his best to write. If he can't write well, there is nothing I can do.jpg.

Next, the story of the starry sky is over, and it is almost time for Zeus, a well-known figure in Greek mythology, a big stallion, a close friend of the queen and the princess, and the god of childbearing, to appear. The second half of the second volume is a story about the alternation of the gods and kings. I have already thought of the ending, but the process and the branch line depend on inspiration. I can only guarantee that, just like no one has guessed how Ryan's "one-day god king" came from, probably no one can guess what the end of Kronos will be.

This is also a point that I felt happy about before. Although I gave hints in many places, as long as I didn't show it too directly, basically no one guessed it. But this is very reasonable. If I haven't written it yet, everyone knows what I'm going to write, and the novel is not interesting to read.

In addition, from now on, I will try to raise and lower the subjective initiative of different supporting characters again, as well as the IQ of the few that exist (if the author's IQ is still enough). The same is true for character creation. In addition to those with IQ, I also have to write some without IQ. I feel this is more difficult, but in Greek mythology, there should be more gods with no intelligence than there are. It is not uncommon for gods to make trouble when they are angry and do not care about their lives.

Before, due to the fact that the fate trajectory did not change much (in fact, the ability of the new author is limited), I always felt that the plot was Ryan's one-man show, without any real crisis and confrontation, which is not good.

This will make it seem that nothing has changed, or that everything is "under Ryan's control", which is boring. Even if he wants to be omniscient and omnipotent, that is the finale. On the premise of ensuring that the basic situation does not move, I should also try to create some real opponents or unexpected troubles to add some challenges to the plot.

The premise of all this is to let them "move" first. This is also in line with the situation that fate gradually deviates from the trajectory, and even deviates from the control of Ryan. After all, since fate is uncertain, even he himself can no longer see everything.

Finally, it is the content in the introduction. The magic network is naturally not just a network, the sequence will also exist, and it is definitely not a mechanical deity, but a reasonable evolution based on the existing worldview. I have hinted at this very clearly, and I guess many people can imagine how the "sequence" will be manifested in Chaos.

Of course, since I wrote the magic network first, there must be a sequence. Since the author only set the main line, the side lines are randomly arranged according to inspiration, so I don’t know whether there is a demigod lich Socrates, a god Aristotle, an alchemist Pythagoras, or a debate between gods and men. Many contents are just a thought. If the follow-up does not conform to the logic of the main line, then cut it. For the goddess of the moon, I originally asked Ryan to be a teacher, but in the end it became a little loli self-taught god diary, and I rewrote it. I don’t know how many words.

Okay, the plot content ends here, and the next is the thanks section.

First of all, I would like to thank my parents for giving birth to me and giving me a computer for typing, so don’t think that I write about fatherly love and filial piety in my book every day, but there is definitely no such thing in reality. I also want to thank the editor, my operation, and many seniors in the group, who all gave me a lot of guidance and support in the process of writing the book. (The author is really a newbie, not from an external site, not a physical one, and not a small account. I have been writing books for two months and only started to work in this field around the National Day. Not to mention writing articles, my major is all science and engineering)

Then there are several seniors who recommended my chapters, including Tuoba who wrote [The Final Divine Duty], Parrot Biting Tongue who wrote [The Immortal Eater], Bai Ren Zhan Chun Feng who wrote [My Weird Life], and Happy Six Ears who wrote [Dreams Connect to Ancient Times? I am really not the Ancient Taoist Ancestor].

Finally, I would like to offer the books of my friends in the author group, in no particular order.
