Chapter 80: Anus Annihilator

After two weeks of isolation at home, Feng Fan finally stepped outside. The moment he stepped out, his eyes were drawn to the sky, where a massive flying sword glided gracefully overhead.

The sword shimmered with radiant shades of blue, its brilliance captivating to behold.

Standing atop the blade was a stunning woman, her long blue hair flowing like a cascading river, adding to the ethereal beauty of the scene.

The woman saw Feng Fan watching, and moved her sword in his direction, when she was only a few meters from him, she stopped the sword in the air.

"Feng Fan, I didn't know you were living here. When did you move?" asked Huang Xue, her tone aloof, though her eyes betrayed a hint of curiosity.

'More than a month without seeing me... and he didn't even tell me where he was,' she thought, a subtle pang of annoyance flickering in her heart.

Feng Fan, who could hear her thoughts thanks to his unique ability, scratched his head with a wry smile. 'Oops, I forgot. Xue Qiang is going to scold me for this.'

"Hello, Huang Xue. I moved less than two months ago. It was a bit rushed," he explained, trying to smooth things over. "By the way, how are you flying with your sword? That looks amazing!"

Feng Fan's eyes gleamed with envy as he glanced at the shimmering sword beneath her feet. 'Sword flight is so cool… I can't wait to do that,' he mused.

Huang Xue nodded slightly. "When I broke through to the Foundation Establishment realm, I learned a sword flight technique. It enlarges the sword and allows it to hover in the air. It's surprisingly easy to control."

"Oh, that's impressive," Feng Fan replied, trying to mask his envy. He hesitated for a moment before adding, "I should get going now. I need to head somewhere. See you later."

Huang Xue nodded again, her gaze following him as he started to walk away. 'Hmph, it seems he doesn't want to talk to me...' she thought, feeling a twinge of disappointment before ascending into the sky.

Feng Fan watched her leave briefly, then sighed and continued on his way toward the Fifth Peak, his mind now focused on testing his strength.

Soon, another figure soared through the skies, also riding a weapon. It was Xue Qiang.

Unlike Huang Xue, Xue Qiang made no effort to hide her feelings. The moment her eyes landed on Feng Fan, her brows furrowed in clear annoyance.

Feng Fan didn't need to hear her thoughts to know trouble was coming.

As soon as Xue Qiang spotted Feng Fan, she willed her spear to fly toward him, stopping abruptly right in front of him.

"Fanfan, where have you been this past month? Why didn't you tell me anything?" she demanded, her tone filled with clear irritation. "I came to see you three times, and you weren't there!"

Feng Fan sighed internally, noticing the storm brewing in her gaze. But what caught him off guard was her next thought: 'Were you with that vixen Huang Xue?'

He quickly put on a sheepish smile. "Sorry, Qinqin. A lot happened. I got a master in Array Dao, and he insisted I live closer to him. It all happened so fast, and I've been busy these past few weeks."

Then, with a slight chuckle, he added, "How about we head to a nearby city next time and grab something to eat? My treat, to make up for it."

Her eyes widened, and her thoughts screamed so loudly he almost flinched: 'AAAAAAH, a date?! Is he asking me on a date?!'

Feng Fan, who had heard her mental outburst, blinked in surprise. 'Is there really a need to get that excited over food?' he thought, a little baffled. But he kept his expression neutral, offering her a genuine smile as he waited for her answer. Find your next read at empire

Xue Qiang's stern expression softened into a bright smile. "Alright, I'll forgive you this time. When are we going?"

Feng Fan paused to think before replying, "How about after I break through to the Foundation Establishment realm? It shouldn't take long, maybe two weeks at most. I'll come to your quarters after that, okay?"

Xue Qiang nodded enthusiastically. "Okay."

'If you disappear again, I'll lock you in my room,' she thought.

Hearing her thoughts, Feng Fan felt a cold shiver run down his spine.

"Where are you headed now? Do you want a ride?" she asked, pointing to the spear beneath her feet.

Feng Fan glanced at the spear with a tinge of envy. "No need, I'm not going far, but thanks. See you later, Qinqin."

Xue Qiang smiled and took off, satisfied with the date to come

As she flew away, she thought, 'Mother always said not to push a boy too far, or he might start hating you. If Fanfan ever hates me… I'll have no choice but to lock him in my room. It's better to avoid that, I think.'

Feng Fan's smile faltered, his expression turning exasperated. 'Crazy girl!' he thought with a sigh.

Feng Fan continued on his way to the Fifth Peak, this time without any interruptions.

When he arrived, the familiar sight greeted him: arenas filled with fighters exchanging blows and a roaring crowd cheering them on.

"Ah, nothing like blood and violence to brighten people's day," he muttered to himself with a grin.

Feng Fan scanned the area for a few minutes until he spotted the section where Foundation Establishment fighters were battling. He made his way toward a referee to inquire about joining.

On his way, he overheard a conversation between two men.

"Hey, isn't that the Anus Annihilator?" one of them said, his tone a mix of shock and disbelief.

"Damn, it really is him! I saw his fight. This guy's a menace to anyone's ass! No one who faced him walked away with their dignity intact…"

"I heard he vanished after that match. Could it be… he's back??"

"Man, I seriously pity whoever ends up fighting him. Better to steer clear of this lunatic."
