Uchiha Fugaku stared in shock as the massive Susanoo crumbled beneath him.

"Susanoo…"

In fact, even Uchiha Itachi was stunned.

He had never imagined that Haru could destroy his father's Susanoo using just Wood Release combined with Lightning Release.

And from start to finish, Haru had remained calm and composed, showing no signs of being overwhelmed by the situation.

Fugaku's back made intimate contact with the ground, creating a massive crater.

From the impact, it felt as if every bone in his body had been shattered.

Not only was he unable to continue fighting Haru, but he also lacked the strength to even stand.

Haru took a deep breath before releasing Fugaku's neck and surveying the surroundings.

They were now amidst the ruins of the Wood Release.

Itachi, using his Susanoo's fists, cleared a path and rushed to Fugaku's side.

"Father."

Seeing Fugaku lying on the ground, Itachi immediately deactivated his Susanoo and began checking his father's injuries.

Itachi immediately knelt beside Fugaku, as if listening to his final words.

"Promise me… take care of Sasuke…"

Fugaku tried to reach out and touch Itachi's face, but he couldn't manage it.

At that moment, Haru couldn't help but clear his throat.

While Fugaku and Itachi were talking, Haru had used his Byakugan to assess Fugaku's injuries.

Six broken ribs, a fractured right arm and left leg, and varying degrees of internal damage.

With that, Haru tossed a kunai, which landed next to Fugaku's left hand.

Thanks to the pressure point sealing, Fugaku's left hand gradually regained movement. He could use the kunai to end his own life.

This was the extent of what Haru could do.

He might have been able to use force to keep Fugaku alive, but in the end, Fugaku's value paled in comparison to Itachi's.

If, after hearing Haru's words, Fugaku still chose death to end the coup, then Haru would have to let him go.

Itachi glanced at the kunai on the ground, his heart filled with tension.
