Background
It is debated amongst scholars the nature of a Koraidon's existence- whether it was truly a beast from the prehistoric past of the Paldea region whose descendants became the common Cyclizar, or whether it is in fact, an alternate version of the common ride Pokemon from another dimension, where its primal powers manifested.
But there is one factor that is never contested by either side of the debate- that wherever Koraidon hails from, they are the undisputed kings of the land and sky.
The Koraidon are not some unique existence brought forth via a mutation or the manifestation of some divine being- they are mortals, through and through. Mortals so mighty they strike with blows that can force gods to shudder, banish and subjugate evil curses with a swipe of their tail, or draw the power of the earth and sun alike to fuel them as if it were their divinely-appointed right.
The Koraidon species, harboring amongst them warriors deserving more than any other the title of "legend" are thus summoned from across time and space via a sole representative- one you recognize.
It is your friend, with whom you braved the Titans, conquered the Pokemon league, quelled the conflict of Team Star, and braved the depths of Area Zero. Now, your sandwich-swallowing friend has returned, donning a crown bestowed upon him by the gestalt legends of his kind- he is the one true Winged King, the manifestation of the Scarlet Book's legend.
Class Skills
Madness Enhancement: D
Because Koraidon is already suffused with such immense physical might, there is little to be improved upon by Madness Enhancement. This skill slightly increases his already unparalleled strength and heightens his already ferocious aggression.
Personal Skills
Dragon-Kind: EX
Indicating one's status as a natural-born dragon. As "dragon" is a natural element that suffuses the universe with its infinity energy, and the Koraidon are naturally inclined to such power even without the terastal phenomenon, Koraidon's very origin is that of "dragon".
This skill also indicates one's ability to use the natural traits of a dragon such as their self-replenishing dragon core, magic resistance, and breath weapon, and the ability to use greatly enhanced "dragon-type" attacks in Koraidon's case.
Powerless Shell: C
The ability to suppress one's skills and parameters to conceal their true strength and even status as a servant- as well as to temporarily surge in power when those suppressions are removed, as if via recoil.
By entering lower forms of power such as his sprint, swim, and glide builds, Koraidon can hide his true strength by weakening himself. However, each of these builds still requires some measure of physical strength to function, so all that gets repressed is his draconic might, and as such that's all that really gets a boost when he deactivates this skill and enters his "Apex" build.
Charisma ---> Ancient Majesty: B
The primitive form of the Charisma skill, striking opponents dumb with the raw, primeval splendor of a true, naturally-born king from an age before mankind. It is a skill common amongst a number of other "dinosaur" servants.
While it has a passive effect like Charisma that grants the user an irresistible presence amongst allies and enemies, Ancient Majesty specializes in its activated effect, which produces an AoE mental attack that forces targets to try and resist being awestruck by the user's primal power. As such, it is capable of targeting stronger-willed enemies who would normally be immune to the Charisma skill, albeit only being able to affect them in one way.
Wisdom of the Dragon King: A++
It is the glorious strength of Koraidon that turned them into legends, but it is their willingness to bow their heads in humility and share that strength that turned them into kings. It was they who allowed the first primitive humans of their time to ride upon their backs and experience their strength as if it was their own, to know what it was like to soar through the skies and sprint across land and sea like a mighty dragon. The proof of that gift remains today, in the form of Cyclizar.
Koraidon is capable of bestowing the Riding skill, as well as any variations of it onto anyone else- the weaker the target, the less time and energy is required on Koraidon and his master's part, thereby working the best on normal humans and the worst on other servants. The ranking of the Riding skill that Koraidon bestows is rank A++, putting it at a high enough level that its users can ride all manner of mounts, including phantasmal beasts and members of dragon-kind like Koraidon himself.
Crossing Paldea: A
Stemming from an intimate familiarity with one's homeland, even after eons have changed the land, and the physical acumen and dexterity to overcome all of its natural obstacles when traversing in.
This skill is functionally identical to Atalanta's Crossing Arcadia skill, allowing the user to ignore physical conditions of the battlefield (including enemies) that would inhibit travel and movement speed, allowing one to at one moment climb a cliff face with such ferocity it would appear as though they would rip it down, to hopping with such grace that one could spring off the head of an enemy without alerting them.
Noble Phantasms
Orichalcum Pulse: Breath of the Planet
Rank: B+
Type: Anti-self
The sunlight thrums with intensity, sending its ancient pulse into a wild frenzy!
Koraidon's very presence will command earth, sea, and sky to obey him, causing the sun to burn brightly even in the dead of night and the planet to send up its power through land and water into the Winged King, pulsing in rhythm with his immense heartbeat. Like a reptile basking in the warm sunlight, this will cause Koraidon's already immense strength and draconic might to spike further, sending him into a wild frenzy upon the battlefield.
Additionally, so long as he is on the planet Earth itself, the World will continue to respond to his presence- meaning that when secluded on a foreign layer of reality enforced by someone else's "World", such as a Reality Marble or a Lostbelt, he will be disconnected from the World and not receive the strength boost- but the pulse of the planet will begin to continuously beat against the boundary to this foreign world, weakening it and shortening its duration until the Orichalcum Pulse can reach its champion once more.
Collision Course - Hour Zero Impact: Surrender your Crown Winged King, End the Era of the Ancients
Rank: EX
Type: Anti-Planet Anti-Country/Anti-World
"AGIAAAAAAAAAAASSS!!!
But in the end, no matter how strong or mighty, the most important thing a king must learn to do with his strength… is give it away. The era of kingdoms and crowns must come to an end, and the power of its people must be allowed to grow and endure in its place. And a king must learn to set his crown aside on his own, lest that choice be taken from him by force.
And so, Koraidon, the greatest kings of the ancients shall cast down their royalty on their own terms- not taken from them by force, but given away with force.
It is said that the Winged King could split the very land in half with nothing more than the strength in his bare fists- power capable of single-handedly creating the Great Crater of Paldea and sundering the World itself. The time has come for him to give away that strength, and he has much to give away.
And it seems the first volunteers to receive that strength have stumbled onto a collision course with their very own extinction event…
With one final cry and the activation of this noble phantasm, Koraidon's strength surges until even he can no longer control it, sending him spinning into the sky like a wheel of flaming light and breaching the atmosphere- then coming careening back down with such great force that it matches the impact of the comet that ended the era of the ancients and brought about the rise of the human order.
And indeed, just like that impact from eons ago, after the cataclysmic anti-country attack, the World itself will begin to snap into shape- its restrictions over mysteries from past ages will tighten, particularly over anything or anyone who brings the power from a texture of the world that is not the current Age of Man. The older it is, the weaker it will become, returning it to fantasies as now is the time for humankind to flourish. The Winged King's final gift.
Spoiler: LorePersonality
It's the same Koraidon you've adventured with. Though he may swagger about with the brazen confidence of a true king, you know he's still the same silly sausage salivating over sandwiches deep down.
But he has undeniably matured, and come to understand the nature of his royalty- that a king, at the end of the day, is meant to lift their own people higher than them. But allowing someone else to climb upon your shoulders will not diminish your own stature. So, the king kneels to the ground and beckons you forth- time to remind you of what it feels like to touch the sky as a mighty dragon.
