My Hero Academia: The Legacy of Lost Numbers

Chapter 46: Clash Between Brothers round 2

Toshinori stood on the ground, gazing at his new Devil Arm. A small smile crossed his face as he thought, Well, it's nice to see an arm on my left side again... but where can I test it?

Suddenly, a voice called from behind him. "How about testing it with me?"

Toshinori turned around and saw his elder brother. "Oh, big brother Izana. You're getting stronger by the day."

Izana's face was filled with regret as he looked at his younger brother. "I'm sorry, Toshinori. I was scared in the past, and because of that, I almost lost you. I failed you as a big brother."

Without hesitation, Toshinori embraced him, his voice filled with warmth. "We were both weak back then. But that doesn't matter anymore. What's important is that I'm here now, with everyone... and with you. Together, we can grow stronger and show our bratty big sister just what the Midoriya brothers are capable of."

Izana smiled, deeply moved. "Thank you, little brother, for being here with me."

Toshinori grinned. "I can sense your strength has increased. I've grown stronger too."

Izana nodded. "While you were in Europe, I was training hard, pushing my powers to become stronger."

Toshinori's eyes gleamed with excitement. "Shall we put our powers to the test?"

Izana chuckled. "Sure, but not here. Let's head to one of Dad's private islands. There, we can really let loose and see just how far we've come."

Toshinori grinned as he transformed into his Devil form, dark wings spreading from his back as he rose into the air. He looked down at his brother with a playful glint in his eyes.

"Shall we go, big brother?" he asked, his voice echoing with the power of his transformation.

Izana smirked in response, his form shifting as he transformed into a majestic Raven, white angelic wings unfurling behind him, shimmering in the light.

"Let's race to the island," Izana challenged, his eyes gleaming with determination.

With a single powerful flap of their wings, both brothers shot into the sky, their speed and strength pushing them toward their father's private island, ready to test their newfound abilities.

As Toshinori and Izana descended onto the serene shores of their father's private island, the air crackled with energy. The sun hung low in the sky, casting a golden glow over the landscape, and the sound of gentle waves lapping against the beach provided a calming backdrop to their impending clash.

Toshinori landed gracefully on the sand, shaking off the exhilaration from the race. He turned to Izana, who had just touched down beside him in his Raven form, his angelic wings folding neatly behind him.

"Alright, big brother," Toshinori said, his voice filled with excitement. "Are you ready to see just how strong we've become?"

Izana grinned, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Oh, I'm ready. Just remember, I've been training hard while you were off gallivanting in Europe."

Toshinori chuckled, rolling his shoulders back to prepare for the fight. "I wouldn't expect anything less from you. Let's see if those angelic powers of yours can keep up with my devilish strength!"

"Is that a challenge?" Izana asked, his smirk widening as he adopted a combat stance, his white wings fluttering slightly in the breeze.

"Absolutely!" Toshinori replied, mirroring his brother's stance. "Let's start with hand-to-hand combat. No powers yet; I want to see how well you've improved in raw strength."

Izana nodded, his expression shifting to one of focus. "Alright, but don't say I didn't warn you when I knock you down!"

With a sudden burst of speed, Izana lunged forward, aiming a quick jab at Toshinori. Toshinori deftly dodged, countering with a powerful hook. Izana blocked the punch, their fists colliding with a resounding thud that sent vibrations through the air.

"Not bad, little brother!" Izana complimented, stepping back to reassess his approach. "But you'll have to do better than that!"

Toshinori laughed, adrenaline coursing through his veins. "You haven't seen anything yet!"

With renewed vigor, Toshinori charged, delivering a series of rapid punches that forced Izana on the defensive. Izana weaved and dodged, countering with sweeping kicks that showcased his agility. The two brothers danced around each other, exchanging blows and banter.

"Is that all you've got, Toshinori?" Izana taunted, landing a swift kick to Toshinori's side that sent him stumbling.

Toshinori grinned through the pain, shaking off the hit. "You'll have to try harder! I've endured worse than that!" He retaliated with a spinning kick, catching Izana off guard and sending him tumbling back.

Izana quickly regained his footing, his expression a mix of surprise and admiration. "Impressive! You've really grown stronger."

"Thanks! But I'm not done yet!" Toshinori said, launching himself at Izana again. This time, he used his devil wings to propel himself higher, attempting a flying elbow strike.

Izana reacted swiftly, raising his arms to block the attack and then countering with a powerful uppercut that connected with Toshinori's jaw. Toshinori staggered back, his eyes wide with surprise.

"Alright, I see how it is!" Toshinori exclaimed, a grin spreading across his face despite the pain. "I guess it's time to bring out the big guns!"

With a flourish, he summoned the full extent of his devil powers, dark energy crackling around him as he transformed into a more powerful version of his devil form.

Izana, sensing the shift in energy, took a step back. "Whoa, I didn't think we were going all out yet!"

"Just consider it an incentive!" Toshinori laughed, feeling invigorated. "Let's see how you handle this!"

With renewed intensity, they clashed again, the sounds of their combat echoing across the island. Each punch, kick, and block resonated with the power they both possessed, and as the sun dipped lower in the sky, the fight became a beautiful display of brotherly rivalry and unbreakable bonds.

"You're strong, Toshinori! I'm proud of you!" Izana shouted, sweat trickling down his brow as he pushed against his brother's strength.

"Right back at you, big brother! Let's see who can last longer!" Toshinori replied, his heart racing with excitement and determination.

The island became their battleground, and with each strike exchanged, both brothers knew that they were not just testing their powers; they were reaffirming their bond as siblings, united by their past and strengthened by their present.

Deku sat in his office, surrounded by papers and reports detailing the latest hero activities across Japan. As he leaned back in his chair, he couldn't help but feel a sense of pride in the progress of his family, especially his sons. Just then, one of his office workers knocked and entered with a beaming expression.

"Excuse me, sir! I have some exciting news!" the worker said, barely able to contain their enthusiasm.

Deku looked up, curious. "What is it?"

"It's about your sons, Toshinori and Izana. They're currently having a sparring match on one of your private islands!" the worker exclaimed, excitement radiating from their voice.

Deku's heart swelled with pride at the news. "Really? That's fantastic! They've been training so hard. I'm glad to hear they're pushing each other to improve."

The worker nodded, a smile on their face. "It sounds like they're really going all out! Apparently, they're testing their powers and abilities against each other."

Deku chuckled, leaning back in his chair with a satisfied grin. "Those two always were competitive. It's great to see them bonding like this. I hope they remember to take it easy on each other."

"From what I've heard, it seems to be a pretty intense match, but in good spirits," the worker reassured him. "The island is a perfect setting for it."

Deku nodded thoughtfully, envisioning the lush landscape of the island and the sound of waves crashing in the background as his sons fought. "I wish I could be there to watch. I've missed their training sessions. They both have so much potential."

The worker looked at Deku with admiration. "It's inspiring to see how proud you are of them, sir. You've set such a strong example as a hero and a father."

Deku smiled, grateful for the kind words. "Thank you. Being a father to them is just as important to me as being the No. 1 hero. I want to ensure they grow up to be strong, not just in power but in character."

With renewed determination, Deku leaned forward, gathering his papers. "If they're sparring, I'll send them a message to remind them about safety. I want them to learn from each other, but I also want them to know that it's okay to ask for help and to support one another."

The worker nodded, clearly impressed by Deku's thoughtfulness. "I can help you draft a message, sir."

"Let's do that. And thank you for bringing this news to me," Deku replied, his heart light as he contemplated the bond growing stronger between his sons. He knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, their family would face them together, united by love and support.

As the sun dipped lower in the sky, casting long shadows across the island, Toshinori and Izana faced each other with fierce determination. The air crackled with energy as both brothers prepared for an all-out clash.

Toshinori, feeling the surge of power within him, summoned his Devil Sword Midoriya, the blade shimmering with dark energy. Its hilt was intricately designed, with swirling patterns that seemed to pulse with life, reflecting his own inner strength. The moment the sword appeared, its presence filled the air with a heavy intensity.

Izana, not to be outdone, called forth his Angel Sword, a weapon of radiant light that glimmered like a beacon. The sword's hilt was adorned with ethereal feathers, symbolizing his connection to the angelic realm. As he gripped the sword tightly, its light illuminated his determined expression, showcasing his resolve to prove himself.

"Are you ready for this, big brother?" Toshinori asked, a confident smirk on his face as he steadied his grip on Midoriya.

"Always!" Izana replied, a fiery determination gleaming in his eyes. "Let's see what you've got!"

With a battle cry, Toshinori charged forward, his Devil Sword slicing through the air with lethal precision. Izana met him head-on, their swords clashing with a thunderous sound that reverberated across the island. Sparks flew as the dark and light energies collided, illuminating the dusk with a brilliant display of power.

"You're stronger than I expected!" Izana exclaimed, parrying a powerful downward strike from Toshinori. "But I've trained just as hard!"

"Let's see if you can keep up!" Toshinori shouted, pivoting on his foot to deliver a swift kick that sent Izana skidding back.

Izana recovered quickly, launching himself back at Toshinori with a flurry of slashes from his Angel Sword. "I won't hold back! I want to see the full extent of your strength!"

Toshinori dodged and weaved, using his agility to stay one step ahead. "I feel the same way!" he shouted, channeling energy into his sword to unleash a wave of dark power that surged toward his brother.

Izana countered, raising his Angel Sword high to summon a barrier of light, deflecting the dark energy with a dazzling flash. "You'll have to do better than that!"

With both brothers now fueled by adrenaline, the fight intensified. They exchanged blows, their swords ringing out in a symphony of clashing metal and powerful energy. Each strike was met with a counter, each movement showcasing their skill and determination.

Toshinori executed a spinning slash, aiming for Izana's midsection. Izana ducked, narrowly avoiding the attack, and retaliated with a swift upward thrust of his sword. "You're getting predictable!" he taunted, landing a grazing hit on Toshinori's arm.

"Predictable, huh? Let's change that!" Toshinori grinned, summoning his Devil powers to temporarily cloak himself in dark flames. He charged again, this time with increased speed, aiming for a decisive strike.

Izana, sensing the shift in energy, focused his will and called forth a wave of light to counter. "You won't catch me off guard!" he shouted, releasing a burst of radiant energy that met Toshinori's dark flames in an explosion of power.

The force of their clash sent shockwaves across the island, and both brothers were momentarily pushed back, panting heavily but exhilarated. They stood a few feet apart, eyeing each other with respect and a renewed sense of determination.

"Not bad, little brother," Izana said, wiping sweat from his brow. "But I know you can do better."

"Same goes for you, big brother," Toshinori replied, his smile broadening. "Let's take this up a notch!"

With that, they charged at each other again, their swords ready, both brothers fully committed to the fight. Each clash echoed not just their physical strength but also the deep bond of family and rivalry that fueled their determination to grow stronger together.
