Multiverse selection 1 Fairy Tail Karna

The Fairy Tail Ms Fairy competition started without a hitch with each of the Fairy Tail female members highlighting their beauty with a touch of their own magic added to improve the interest of the audience.

First was Cana who transformed her clothes into a swimsuit. Although it did not reveal much skin, it was more than enough to knock out Karna with a nosebleed that earned cheers from the crowd.

Then came Juvia using her water magic which lost control as she was focussing completely on Gray, resulting in almost everyone being drenched in water and halting the competitions then and there. Thankfully the two Charizards had learned overheat which they used to dry up the entire Venue.

Next came Mirajane who raised the expectation of the entire guid as she was famous for the model works she had done in the magazines. The guys started cheering with some of them even throwing out money. But those few idiots got hit with flying brooms that Porlyosika had prepared just for this situation.

"Hello everyone, today I'm about to show the beautiful power of the transformation magic" Mira's announcement gave rise to a lot of cheers. Everyone in the audience shouted out but Karna sighed as he knew what was about to happen.

And lo and behold the Happy transformation and the Gajeel transformation froze the entire the crowd and left the entire venue with an awkward atmosphere.

Lisanna sighed from the sidelines as she watched how Mira tackled the competition.

Next came Erza who used her requip magic to dazzle the crowd she continuously changed outfits until she settled upon a small skirt, glasses and a white summer shirt which earned the approval of the entire crowd as they cheered her on.

Next Levi came and used her scripture magic to transform her clothes. This was followed by Bisca who displayed her talents as well.

But during this time, Lucy was panicking as she had no experience in participating in these types of competitions.

Karna at the time had his brows slightly furrowed as he sensed what was happening in the backstage of the competition. He knew Evergreen was turning all the female contestants into stone as they have their guard down due to the festive atmosphere.

"And the last contestant is Lucy Heartfilia" The announcement was given, and Lucy was about to use her keys to summon Plue and do a combo to get the price money for her rent. But before she can even begin.

"There is no need of such useless competition since the real queen of Fairies is here." Evergreen declared as he landed on the ground with golden sparkles spreading all around her.

"The title has already been mine since forever" She said in a haughty tone while hiding her face with a fan.

"Hey, it was my turn now" Lucy complained but Evergreen just scoffed and removed her glasses immediately turning her into stone.

The crowd froze. Till then, they were of the idea that it was a fun drama between the guildmembers. But turning Lucy into statue immediately made them realise that it was serious. They were all experienced wizards, so they knew about petrification magic. It is not the kind of magic that you use for fun. The victims of petrification can easily lose their life if there is even a small crack in the key areas of the body.

"Evergreen" Master said in a serious voice as he stood up "This is not a joke anymore, turn Lucy back now" he ordered in a voice he had never used on the people who he considered as his own children.

Evergreen winced slightly at the tone master was using but she didn't waver as she had made the choice to stand with Laxus a long time ago. She looked straight at master and threw a bundle of glitter on the ground creating a small explosion that filled the entire place with smoke.

Karna immediately channelled a wind arrow and removed the smoke. He knew that smoke would automatically be removed within a few seconds, but he still felt like doing it for seeing something fun.

And he guessed right, the moment it was removed, it revealed Bickslow who was pulling up the curtain halfway revealing the statues on the backstage. With Laxus and Fried halfway through the stage as if walking towards creating an entrance.

For a moment everyone froze. Instead of being shocked by the state of the other Fairy Tail girls, all the guild members came to the understanding of what happened.

Master put his hand on his face as he was not able to deal with the wave of cringe he was feeling. Natsu and a few others were shaking as they were trying to hold back from laughing. Gray for the first time felt like his stripping was not the worst thing that can happen to a person. Gajeel sympathized as he knew what happens when a cool entrance is destroyed.

"If you want I can make the smoke come back for a few seconds for you guys to complete your 8th grade syndrome" the comment from Karna was the last nail in the coffin as everyone who were trying to hold back their laughter laughed out loud. Porlyosika went back to her home as she felt like it was enough cringe for an entire year for her.

Bickslow kept on slowly pulling the curtain while muttering that he does not exist. Evergreen felt like hiding in a hole as she felt all the preparations she made crash before a single wind spell. Fried was looking like nothing mattered to him, but his red ears told everything about what he was feeling then.

Laxus had veins pulsing on his face as the waves of embarrassment hit him. He had wanted to use this opportunity to display his composure and might, but it had backfired in a really heavy manner. He can't even scream at Karna because Karna had taken the most appropriate step when someone uses smoke as a distraction.
