Elfman shouted as he punched the leader of the group making him go straight through the wall.

While the other two lackeys were being beaten to pulp by the two Charmeleons easily.

"You bastard" the leader Regorious was an ex guildmaster of a dark guild which was disbanded when it was taken down by a few wizards of Fairy tail.

The fact that he was planning on doing this heinous ritual near Magnolia shows that he was planning on taking revenge on Fairy tail by reducing the trust people had in them. If they had gone through the ritual and killed a lot of children so close to the town. The entire town will blame the guild for it as the guild is considered as the de facto protectors of the town.

Luckily the two fire breathing pseudo dragons chanced upon them committing the crime nearby.

The Charmeleons were right now dealing with the two lackeys who although were not as strong as Regorious, they were still really strong enough for them to be serious.

They both used the combination of metal and fire punch together.

"Gruuu" (I can't wait to get that extreme speed Karna was talking about, just now the quick attack had easily dealt with the guards on the way here) Ash growled.

"Grrrriii" (Keep your head in the fight, Idiot!) Agni screamed back as she punched her opponent to submission.

The fight ended with the Charmeleons taking down the Lackeys and now joining Elfman and providing support to Elfman by shooting flamethrower from the side. Within moments, the three of them managed to push him into a corner with a lot of injuries on his body.

"You bastards, do you think you can stop me now" Regorious shouted as he took out an ominous looking stone from a corner of the table.

"I have been planning this for along time, after your Archer took out our guild- "

"Ah, yes I remember, Karna told me he took out a guy's guild who had a weird name" Elfman interfered his monologue with a look that said he got it now.

"My noble name Regorious is not weird, that uncultured bastard just like you had the gall to say that to my face. I choose that name so as the world can know how great I am" Regorious shouted out in an entitled manner.

"Wait then, what was your real name" Elfman asked curious and even the two Charmeleons stopped attacking as they were curious as well.

There was silence for a few moments, then Regorious whispered out.

"…Jeff"

Now, there was complete silence for a few moments and then.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHH!"

"GRUGRURGURGRYGRRGYRGYRGRY"

Elfman and Ash started laughing out loud while Agni was shaking as she was trying to maintain a bit of composure.

"Hahaha… I can't even…hahaha… Dark wizard Jeff…. Hahahhahaha" Elfman wheezed out in the middle of the laughter.

"GRU RURUU" Ash also growled out something but was lost in translation.

Watching this, Regorious's blood flowed into his head in anger, making his face take a deep hue of red.

"You imbecilic bastards!, first I'm gonna kill you, then all those pieces of shit in the prison outside and then I'm gonna burn down your guild!!" Regorious or now Jeff screamed in anger.

The laughter stopped as suddenly a fire ignited on all the three fairy tail members.

"Well, what do you know. I almost forgot the reason for which we are taking this bastard down" Elfman growled as he morphed into a red coloured lizard like beast.

The Charmeleons also increased the flames on their tails, making their power shoot up high.

By that time, the angry Jeff had swallowed the stone and suddenly started writhing in pain.

"Attack, don't hold back!!" Elfman shouted as the sudden fall of his enemy did not phase him. He was raised in the guild with Karna around to train him. After the fiasco with Lisanna almost dying, Karna had taught him the idea of never holding back when facing an enemy you can't forgive.

The two Charmeleons started using flamethrower along with Elman whose new form allowed him to spit out lava blasts.

But before the target can hit, a large wave of energy shot out from Regorious knocking them back and dissipated the attacks that they send out.

"Ah that hit a bit hard" Elfman grumbled as he got up from the wall he crashed into. "you guys okay" Elfman asked as he saw both of them get up, they had a green shining aura around them.

Elfman recognised it as protect, a move that he saw Karna teach them, saying that they had the potential to learn it.

"Gru" "Grug" both of them growled back saying that they are alright.

They saw that the tower they are in had gotten destroyed and when they looked ahead, they saw Regorious in the sky with two new wings stretched out behind him. His body seemed to have taken a red hue, and his nerves were now visible with a deep dark black color.

"Is he that crazy, he has got to be. That bastard is using dark mana overload!" Elfman, recognising the form screamed in disbelief.

Dark mana overload is a forbidden magic which involves a wizard intaking a dark magic concentrated artifact. It morphs the said wizard into a demonic form with special abilities, but it is also a death sentence as the person will die immediately within an hour or a few minutes depending upon the amount of time their body can handle the energy.

But the end result is always an explosion that spans a certain distance, also depending upon the energy in the artifact.

Regorious muttered something incoherently and started flying towards the direction of Magnolia.

"Damn it, that bastard is planning on detonating inside the city, and there is no one among us who can fly or make sure that a message reaches there in time." Elfman said out loud frustrated at the circumstance. He knew that if the current demonised Regorious reaches the city, the casualties will be heavy.

Suddenly two bright lights began to appear near him.
