Multiversal Selection 2 My Hero Academia Inazuma

Chapter 93: Chapter 92 Almost Over.

Watching Clara sleep peacefully, Karna decided to find out the condition of the world right now since he was not here for a whole month, and if his guess is correct, a lot of important things must have happened by now. He opened his phone and looked at the news.

Aizawa was speaking to the press about the disappearance of Bakugo due to the attack on the UA students while they were in their training camp. It seemed like the conference had just started.

"Is the attack on UA related to the disappearance of Blood Lightning for a whole month?"

"Has something happened to him?"

Inazuma shut off the feed as he heard those two questions. From what he remembered, the attack was supposed to begin while the conference was going on, and All Might would have broken into Kurogiri's bar just as it was ending. He could see that the media would be focusing on his disappearance, so he felt like he should finish everything now.

As he was about to leave, he heard a sound.

"There is a suit in the workshop. Make sure to come back after you save that loudmouth," Clara said without getting up from the bed.

Inazuma went back and made sure the blanket was covering her properly. He then kissed her forehead and went towards the workshop to find a new suit sitting there.

It followed the same design as before, but this time, it had more security measures, and it seemed like both the coat and the inner suit would compress into a belt, making it more comfortable to carry.

For a moment, Inazuma felt like doing a Kamen Rider pose, but he shook himself out of that thought.

He then began running towards the mainland at full speed. Thankfully, since his disappearance, the island had remained in the exact spot it was in on that day so that research could be done to bring him back. He was easily able to find the direction he had to go in.

At the press conference

Nezu watched as Aizawa handled the media with maturity. Suddenly, he heard the sound of a message on his phone. He was surprised because, for their plan to have no loopholes, it had been decided that there should be no communication while the press conference was going on. Nezu began to have a bad feeling and picked up his phone to find just two words.

"I'm back."

His eyes widened slightly, and he felt like smiling widely with joy. He had no need to see who had sent that message. But since he was in a press conference, he had to control his facial expressions.

Then, a few files were sent to his phone. As he read through them, his eyes widened even more.

"This is impossible."

He could not believe that the existence of another world was in his files, but the pattern in which the information was arranged was written in a secret code. Nobody else would have noticed it, as they would be focused on the content itself. However, Nezu could see traces of himself within it, cementing the fact that these files were created by himself—his counterpart in another world, or more precisely, himself from a year in the future.

Using his high IQ and animal physiology, he speed-read the main information—the impending war and the destruction that awaited in the future.

He immediately typed a message under the table.

"What are you planning now?"

He didn't have to wait long for a reply.

"I'm ending it."

Nezu couldn't stop himself from cursing, which caught Aizawa's attention just as he had managed to appease the media.

Dr. Garaki's Lab

Inazuma typed his response as he gazed at Garaki, who was writhing in pain beneath his feet.

All around him, the entire lab was destroyed, with every Nomu cut into thousands of pieces. He held a sword in one hand while using the teleporting Nomu as a sheath with the other.

The moment he reached the mainland, he had moved straight to the hospital at full speed, making sure not to kill anyone. It only took a few minutes for him to reach the hospital and find Garaki in his office. He didn't hesitate for even a second and drove a vibrating hand straight through his chest, making him turn into mud and disappear immediately.

He knew that Garaki had created a weak copy of Twice's Quirk and had made a clone of himself. After taking care of the clone, he immediately ran to the elevator and broke straight down into the basement, where the experiments were being conducted.

Only seeing it once was enough for Inazuma to realize that there were no living beings left—just Nomu created for destruction and experimentation. He took the two swords from his back and started cutting them all down, whether they were in glass containers or standing outside as mindless guards.

Then, he saw Garaki, who was about to teleport with the help of the Nomu in his hand. He had probably been alerted when his clone was killed and must have seen the red sparks, making a quick decision to escape. But he was too late.

I threw the blade in my hand at full speed, pinning the teleporting creature to the wall, then slowed myself down before kicking Garaki straight into the ground.

I made sure to break his spine while keeping the rest intact.

This bastard hadn't hesitated to kill and experiment on thousands, all for his own enjoyment.

No matter how much he claimed it was about science, at the end of the day, trying to artificially create something that would have naturally happened within a few decades or centuries was pure idiocy—especially when the price for it was the lives of countless innocent people.

Garaki struggled, feeling the sensation in his legs fade. Because of his Quirk's deterioration of his body, he didn't feel more pain than he can handle, so he kept struggling.

He looked at Inazuma with disgust.

"Blood Lightning," he spat out in anger.
