Monia: How Should I Convince My Yandere Wife To Let Me Free?

Chapter 27: Carter is Upset.

Chapter 27: Carter is Upset.

With the trek back to Monia’s room taking a while, Carter’s call was obviously dropped. But the man called many more times, much to Risa’s benefit. As this was a good distraction for her. “Monia… Monia… I can’t resist her much longer. Her smell… her looks… the way that she seemingly wants to seduce me… It is just all too much. What better than my annoying leech of a brother to calm the raging fire that is currently building up in my womb?” She thought with an anxious tone.

Ring!

His call came once more. Taking a deep breath, Risa finally picked it up this time. “What could he even be calling for? So far, I haven’t done anything to him at all…” She thought with a confused tone.

Carter: “Sis…” He said, breaking the silence between the two.

Risa: “Sis? You’ve never called me that before… What do you want? I haven’t tried to do anything to you yet…” She asked with an upset tone.

Carter: “I… I need some money, badly. And if not money… then I need something else from you.” He answered nervously.

Risa: “Huh? But… you should have had millions left in your account, though?” She replied with a raised eyebrow.

Carter: “I was scammed…” He admitted.

Risa: “…” “Scammed? Stupid fool… like that is enough information to go on. And now he wants something from me? At what point in his life has he even earned a single bit of my help?” She scoffed in her mind.

Carter: “Sister…” He said with a desperate tone, noticing the woman still being quiet.

The man was foolish, but was he silly enough to let himself be scammed out of millions? Risa, even with a great dislike of her brother, didn’t believe that he’d be scammed so easily. “Someone must be targeting him…” She thought with a confident tone. That was her conclusion, but she just didn’t know who would bother to do something like that…

Risa: “How did you lose all of your money, and how much did you actually lose?” She asked with a serious tone.

Carter: “$50,000,000… And I lost it all by gambling.” She admitted.

Risa: “Gambling, really? Were you too drunk to be rational, or something?” She scoffed out.

Carter: “I…I swear that the casino I went to scammed me, Risa. At first, I kept winning and winning, but when the hostesses convinced me to bet all of my money, I lost on the next game.” He explained.

Risa: “The house always wins, Carter, even fools know that.” She replied.

Carter: “Sister, it was a targeted attack!” He exclaimed.

Risa: “Aren’t you just being a sore loser?” She asked in reply.

Carter: “No, no. I am certain of this!” He replied.

Risa: “Why? I’ll admit, you do sound sane right now. And I don’t ever recall you being an alcoholic.” She asked with a sigh.

Carter: “Because of the owner of the casino… she said that, if I got her in contact with Monia, then she’d give me back all of my money.” He struggled out the answer, still worried about his sister’s reaction.

Risa: “…” “What slut is interested in my woman?” She angrily thought.

The butterfly effect was in… well, full effect at the moment. Carter was a lost cause, and didn’t have the ability to make Monia his wife. But such a good ending… isn’t something that will come easily. With the foolish man out of the picture, it was now time for the new obstacle between Risa and Monia to show up. And this time… it’s a beautiful woman!
