If the Mind's Eye allowed one to perceive the microscopic truths of the world, then the power of these Mystic Eyes was to comprehend the macroscopic events of existence.

The former perceives the unseen, while the latter perceives the visible—together, they unravel all falsehoods, making Rozen impervious to deception.

With these eyes, Rozen could scan his surroundings with godlike clarity. Even a single grain of sand within a pile, hundreds of meters away, was clear to him. He could see what people were doing inside distant skyscrapers, peering through their windows as if standing right beside them. Even amidst chaotic spiritual energy and mana flows, he could differentiate and track every single trace of power.

Of course, a normal human brain would be overwhelmed by such an immense flood of information. To perceive so much detail at once would cause complete cognitive overload.

However, Rozen's brain had been sublimated by Foreign Mana, further enhanced through Virtual Ether, and bolstered by Thought Acceleration and Thought Partitioning, allowing him to process and filter the influx of data seamlessly—making his vision even more precise than the most advanced radar.

Thus, Rozen named these Mystic Eyes:

Wise Eye.

Furthermore, to ensure they would never be disrupted by external interference, Rozen directly altered his own eyes using Alchemy, integrating the principles of Infinite Chain Reaction to create an autonomous pseudo-neural system that allowed these Mystic Eyes to function naturally, without requiring any magical energy. They operated just like ordinary eyes.
