Itadori stopped in his tracks, sensing a familiar yet unsettling presence.

Could it be... that voice again?

But the more he listened, the more certain he became that he recognized it.

"Hee hee hee, little lady, your skin is so soft. I bet the blood that spills out will be so beautiful, right?"

"Mmm! Mmm!"

The muffled cries continued, as though someone was trying to scream but was silenced by something obstructing their throat.

Itadori's mind cleared instantly. He knew exactly whose voice that was.

---

In a dimly lit alley, only a broken streetlight flickered against the graffiti-streaked walls. Laughter echoed eerily through the shadows.

Under the sparse lighting, a blonde girl with twin buns in her hair held down a brunette dressed in a prestigious academy uniform with an impressive figure. The situation might have looked like something out of a bizarre horror movie, if not for the clear threat she posed.

The blonde was gripping the brunette's neck tightly while holding a dagger in her free hand, its blade inching ever closer to the brunette's face.

Yaoyorozu gritted her teeth, desperately struggling against her attacker's iron grip. But her wrists had already been twisted painfully during their initial scuffle, and now she found herself unable to break free or even cry out for help.

'Am I really going to die here?' She thought, terror gripping her heart.

"Hee hee, my name's Toga. What's yours, little lady? You know, I think we're going to get along *very* well." A sickly smile twisted Toga's face as she leaned in closer to Yaoyorozu, her face flushed with anticipation.

Just then, Toga's expression changed, and she abruptly jumped back from Yaoyorozu, eyeing the entrance of the alley with a hint of annoyance.

Yaoyorozu, finally released from the blonde's grasp, gasped for air and looked over to see what had startled her attacker.

A tall, shadowed figure stood at the mouth of the alley, observing them with calm intensity.

With a slight smirk, the figure adjusted his stance, crossing his arms, "Yaoyorozu, what kind of game are you playing here?" He asked mockingly.

"Itadori!?" Yaoyorozu called out, her voice full of both surprise and relief.

Toga's twisted smile returned, a gleam of excitement flashing in her eyes. For some reason, this time, her cheeks were flushed even redder.

"Ah... such a familiar scent! Big Brother!" She squealed, eyes gleaming with deranged affection, "I can smell it. I want to cut you open and watch the blood flow. Can I, please?"

Most people would have been horrified by such a request. But Itadori simply crossed his arms, his smirk growing, "Alright." He replied, his voice as calm as ever.

"Really? I'm so happy!" Toga's expression lit up, her smile even more manic as she rushed toward Itadori, dagger in hand.

In a heartbeat, she closed the gap and thrust her dagger straight toward his chest.

Smack!

Before either girl could react, Itadori's hand had shot out, catching Toga by the neck and effortlessly lifting her off the ground. He pinned her against the wall, holding her in place with an iron grip.

"This level of aggression... it's not enough to make me break a sweat." Itadori murmured to himself, tightening his hold.

Toga's delighted expression didn't waver, even as her face turned red from the lack of oxygen, "Big Brother, you're different from the others." She croaked out between strained breaths, "This... this feels amazing!"

Without hesitation, Toga's hand snaked behind her, drawing a second dagger and aiming for Itadori's arm.

Crack!

The moment her dagger touched Itadori's skin, the blade shattered into pieces, surprising even her.

Yaoyorozu, who was watching the confrontation, managed to gasp out, "That... was that a substitution technique?"

Itadori glanced back, smirking confidently, "Seems like I've leveled up since the last time we met."

Toga's eyes sparkled with admiration, her voice hoarse yet filled with adoration, "Big Brother, I think I'm in love. Let me kill you, please?"

Judging by her gaze, she wasn't joking. The madness in her eyes confirmed that she was deadly serious.

"I think I'll pass on that." Itadori said with a lazy grin, hurling her toward the entrance of the alley.

"Eh? Big Brother, you're not going to kill me?" Toga asked, looking both surprised and intrigued.

"What would be the point?" Itadori shrugged.

"Hee hee, you're so weird, Big Brother! But next time, I'll make sure to kill you!" Toga declared with a wild laugh, raising a hand in farewell before slipping into the crowd and vanishing.

"Itadori, why...?" Yaoyorozu managed to ask as she struggled to her feet, clutching her bruised throat.

Just then, a chorus of footsteps echoed down the alley, and a dozen police officers entered. Leading them was Officer Naomasa Tsukauchi, who had encountered Itadori and Yaoyorozu during a previous incident.

"Itadori." Yaoyorozu whispered gratefully, her voice faint.

"Hmph. Don't get the wrong idea." Itadori replied dismissively, "I just didn't feel like handing a criminal over to the police."

As Itadori observed the officers approaching, he silently cursed their interference. If not for them, he would have dealt with Toga in his own way.

Officer Tsukauchi's frown deepened as he approached, nodding toward Yaoyorozu, who was visibly shaken, "Miss Yaoyorozu, I apologize for our delay. Let's get you back to safety."

Yaoyorozu had managed to press the emergency button on her phone during the struggle, and the police had arrived shortly after. However, Itadori had intervened before they could reach her.

Turning to Itadori, Tsukauchi said, "Itadori, as a witness, please come to the station with us and explain the situation."

Itadori's face remained impassive, "And if I say 'no'?"

Tension filled the alley as Tsukauchi and Itadori locked eyes, each silently assessing the other. Just before things could escalate, Yaoyorozu interjected, waving her hand to defuse the situation.

"Officer Tsukauchi, I'll go to the station tomorrow and give a full report. Itadori's probably exhausted from fighting off that attacker."

Tsukauchi hesitated, then nodded, "Alright, Miss Yaoyorozu. Please rest, and we'll follow up with you tomorrow."

As the officers left, Tsukauchi cast a lingering glance at Itadori, as though sensing something familiar and dangerous in him.

---

"Itadori, would you accompany me home?" Yaoyorozu asked, her voice soft, "My father would want to thank you for saving me again."

Itadori considered for a moment, then nodded.

Within minutes, a sleek, extended Bentley pulled up by the alley's entrance, and Yaoyorozu's family driver opened the door, his face clouded with concern at the sight of her bruises.

"I'm alright." She assured him, gesturing for him to drive.

Inside the car, Itadori casually helped himself to a glass of wine from the built-in fridge.

"That girl just now... I thought she was hurt, so I tried to help her." Yaoyorozu began, her voice low, "But she caught me off guard. If it weren't for you, Itadori, I..."

Itadori glanced at her and shrugged, though a small smirk lingered on his face.
