Chapter 9: 「First Day」
The crimson substance trickled down Izuku's arm while Toga was looking at him in fascination. She slowly opened her mouth and licked the blood.
"You're truly unique," Izuku whispered under his chuckle.
Toga didn't notice his joke and brightly grinned.
"And you are the most unique! I love your blood so much."
With a sweet giggle, Toga took more of his blood and hid it in her bag. She then wrapped Izuku's arm in a white bandage.
"Jeez, your blood obsession is so much."
Reaper who was on the side rolled his eyes before reporting to Izuku.
"Alright, boss. Although it's an important and happy day so we can take it as a break, we still need to deal with two matters."
"Oh? Shoot 'em."
"Firstly, we had many smaller villains joining the slums. We decided to give them shelter, but this will eventually lead the heroes to check this place."
Izuku gave a soft hum while leaning back in his chair, prompting Reaper to continue.
"But that won't be conflicting with our interest since you successfully joined UA, which means we would've been found out sooner or later."
"That's right, so what's the issue?"
"Safety," Reaper grinned, "Our community is strong enough to stand our ground unless the heroes go on full-force on us, which they can't legally do because we are the best at controlling the media. But that doesn't stop the internal threats."
Reaper brought a stack of papers and slammed it in front of Izuku.
"All of those are the new smaller villains. Many of them have bad traits and will find it difficult to blend into us, but many showed their willingness. Which is good, but if we wanted to be sure—"
"—A little demonstration of power seems to be needed." Izuku cut him off with a slight smirk, to which Reaper nodded vigorously.
"Yep yep, Hizashi always knows best."
"What's the second issue?"
"Oh, that." letting out a sheepish chuckle, Reaper shook his head. "It's not an issue but it's a request from all of the slums' residents."
Tilting his head to the side, Izuku gestured to Reaper to speak up. He wasn't used to Reaper being sheepish.
"We want to rename the slums."
"Huh?"
"Yeah. We want to rename it to Hizashi Town."

As Izuku walked along the now-bustling road toward UA High School, he couldn't help but chuckle to himself.
"Hizashi Town," he mused, a faint smirk playing on his lips. That place became a true base for him, he was very satisfied with this result.
Hero society had a strong foundation, a single person would never be able to break it apart. Wasn't that why All For One was recruiting people like him in the shadows to aid his protege in the future?
Perhaps his protege didn't understand that yet, and that was why the League of Villains were hidden and scattered around.
But Izuku didn't intend to be a blind follower, especially because he had no respect for that unknown protege.
If he was going to aid All For One directly, perhaps Izuku would've been willing. But All For One was telling him to support a manchild to rule.
From that moment, Izuku planned to repay his debt for All For One by helping his protege for some time before leaving the League of Villains and continue improving Hizashi Town.
Before long, the towering gates of UA High School came into his view, cutting off his train of thoughts.
'They put me in 1-A, where is it—? Damn.'
Izuku blinked as he saw how tell that door was but he soon pushed it open, only to hear a familiar obnoxious voice.
"And what are you going to do about it, huh?"
Bakugo was leaning back on his chair while propping his legs atop of the desk. A rigid-looking classmate with navy neat hair was moving his arms in weird motion while rebuking him.
"Put your legs down! Such behavior is disgraceful for a hero in training!"
"Fuck off!"
Izuku's lips curled in disdain. "Those are supposed to be the future heroes? So… pathetic."
A slight movement in the corner of his vision caught his attention at that moment. Turning his head, Izuku saw a figure that looked more like a giant worm than a person—a yellow sleeping bag with only a pair of tired eyes visible.
That person was nodding at Izuku's words.
Izuku stiffened slightly, that was Eraser Head.
"Hey! You're the boy from the entrance exam!"
The bubbly girl with brown hair bounded over to him, her eyes sparkling. "Thank you so much for saving me back there! I never got your name!"
Izuku hummed and was thinking whether it was necessary to answer her, but the "worm" in the sleeping bag stirred and stood up in one fluid motion, before pitifully unzipping it and crawling out.
"I'm Aizawa Shota, your homeroom teacher," Eraser Head announced plainly. "Cut the chit chat. We're heading to the training grounds."
"Training ground?"
"Wait, why?"
"What about the orientation program?"
"No party?"
"Change into your gym uniforms. We're conducting a physical evaluation." Aizawa ordered them with a frown, "This is a hero course. Stop trying to waste your time by orientation and such nonsense."
Izuku remembered something at that moment.
'Eraser Head wasn't usually a homeroom teacher. Because whenever he was, he would expel anyone who doesn't qualify for his standards.'

The class gathered at the training field after a while, and they still tried to chat and have their fun. Izuku honestly couldn't help but give them the eye, they had just been scolded for that and they seemed to have forgotten it completely.
"Alright," Aizawa said, his sharp gaze cutting through the chatter. "You'll be using your quirks in these tests. And one more important thing is: the person who ranks last will be."
"WHAT?"
"NO WAY!"
"Please tell us you are joking!"
Izuku laughed openly at the reaction of his classmates before lightly murmuring, "Come on, why so scared? Do well and you'll pass. Don't ruin the games."
